My subscription was due to expire on 12th of oct 2017, i recharged the account on same day. When i try to reach the customer care (With the provided toll free numbers on their website[protected] and[protected] to update the payment status and to continue with the existing value pack as i do every year (Reliance big tv customer requested to call on every annual renewal to continue the same annual pack). The customer care toll free numbers doesn't work after forwarding the call to the customer care executive, as the ivr say due to some mandatory reasons the service (Customer care service) has been stopped and we will not be able to connect, call disconnects. Not sure how come the customer care is closed due to some xyz reasons, it is the only point to contact for any issues and it itself closed. After multiple attempts ivr says you have reached maximum tries for the day. This is pathetic service. Unfortunately i renewed my account, but for sure not going to continue with reliance for the next time, as i have no other option as the refund of the amount will be a pain as there is no customer care whom should i contact.
