Our reliance digital tv is showing an error 400 on the screen and none of the channels are showing. Smart card no.[protected]

The customer care number always says services have been temporarily disabled due to emergency and no response to the emails. There is no way to even reach a customer service executive to even have you r problem heard let alone solved. Worst customer care ever. Strongly advise against choosing reliance digital tv.

I've been trying to reach their toll free number[protected] for over a month now and as you can try for yourself it has a recorded message in case you are an existing customer (Haven't tried for a new connection).

I'm posting the issue here as a last resort. Reliance if you have an iota of business ethics in you, fix your customer care and after sales service.

Buyer beware! Don't choose reliance!

    Set-up box not working from last one month. I am trying to call customer care through toll free number, but getting disconnected automatically. From last one month call's getting disconnected automatically. Unable to launch complaint also. Three months back only i recharged for one year. Now i'm not able to see the tv also or i can't change the operator also. Kindly take action against the big tv, as they are not providing services properly.

      Reliance digital tv is worst service provider two weeks etv services are not available now gemini channels are not available called customer care they say customer service is temporarily unavailable.
      Tried calling multiple times same result
      They cannot get the answer called and resolve the issue this is worst call center
      They call us when there is due but they will not answer when there is issue

      They called me to subscribe for long packs now they are not broadcasting telugu channels
      Please this is not acceptable
      Resume the channels
      Else i need refund back to subscribe to other providers

        We don't get any sun network channels for a week. We paid the monthly charges to see these type of channels. Big tv removed these type of channels without any notice. Is there any value for our money. We can't talk to the customer care service of big tv for a week. Correct these issue suddenly. Or repay our monthly charge and we want to deactivate this connection.

          I am feed up with talking to this useless customer care executive of Big TV. I have taken and paid annual package Rs. 3600/_ for Regional - South Plan. (Sun TV).

          Since last couple of month few channels have been deactivated without intimation showing message (this channle is temporarily not available due to technical reason ) since last 1 week and suddenly they have deactivated . Several complaints has been registered. But no proper response from dealer and customet care of Reliance Big TV. As dealer says it is not my responsibility, so dont call me again.

          Dealer : Star Electronics, Nashik (Mr.Gupta[protected] /[protected]/[protected])

          Never seen such worst service provider and dealer after taking money from customer. Instead staying in market they guys should wind up their business and get out. Big Name --- Fake Fame -- Worst Service.

            Hi,

            I am getting below error-
            "error type (2) has occurred. Check your cable connection and retry"
            We are unable to contact customer care on "[protected]" / "[protected]" and
            I have mailed complained to customer care ("[protected]@reliancedigitaltv.com") on oct 3, 2017 and i have not received any response from them.

I am not getting the surya malayalam and soney hindi channels to my connection and i am not able to contact the customers care from past 10days. Everytime the customer care recorded message cut in between and not able solve the problem.                   Sun network is not visible past from 10 days and we are missing too many entertainment and tv shows please provide and give back sun network connection. Because diwali is nearing and we have too many programs, entertainment, new movies in sun network and we are missing some news channels also, we kindly provide the sun network connection as soon as possible

                  From October 3, 2017 all kannada channels from sun network are not working. Erlier for almost 5 days the same problem occurred for Colours kannada and Colours super channels. If you call to customers care center they are not responding properly ad every time we call them, it costs 2 rupees each.

                    From oct 5th onwards all the sun network channels are not relayed by reliance big tv. They are displaying it as technical issues. Will they compensate the amount to the customers who are viewing for the non relayed days. When we call for toll free also, they are keep on telling, that now we cannot talk to their customer service people. When we register this complain in my services also, they are taking this. Hence we need a solution either to relay the sun network and credit the amount to our account for non-relayed days.

                      We had recharged our smartcard on 9/10/17 and channels are not activated and the screen is showing as unsubscribed channels and also it is displaying as error 200. The paid money is being wasted without our use. So please rectify the problem as fast as you can. Your toll free number [protected] is not working and answering as services unavailable. Plz resolve the problem.

                        Very Pathetic Customer Service sun products are not coming from past 2 week, Today morning all the sun products have been replaced with other channels, y the hell u guys removed without notification to customers, no one picking the call from customer care, what a worst service, never expected from reliance, planning to move to other network if it is not resolving. reliance is money beggars, taking the money from customers and cheating

                          My subscription was due to expire on 12th of oct 2017, i recharged the account on same day. When i try to reach the customer care (With the provided toll free numbers on their website[protected] and[protected] to update the payment status and to continue with the existing value pack as i do every year (Reliance big tv customer requested to call on every annual renewal to continue the same annual pack). The customer care toll free numbers doesn't work after forwarding the call to the customer care executive, as the ivr say due to some mandatory reasons the service (Customer care service) has been stopped and we will not be able to connect, call disconnects. Not sure how come the customer care is closed due to some xyz reasons, it is the only point to contact for any issues and it itself closed. After multiple attempts ivr says you have reached maximum tries for the day. This is pathetic service. Unfortunately i renewed my account, but for sure not going to continue with reliance for the next time, as i have no other option as the refund of the amount will be a pain as there is no customer care whom should i contact.

                            Reliance big tv — lost connection error 400 signal loss

                            Hi,
                            My complaint against reliance big tv.
                            I live in andheri mumbai and i have reliance big tv past 7 year's smart card no.[protected]. My tv connection was lost 20days ago and when i try to contact with customer care there is no response and if some body picking the call they repeted same due to emergency reason i am facing this issue i got the error code 400 singnal loss. And that customer service is very poor of this service provider...
                            I have already paid for full year payment now i feel cheated as no response from company.

                            If anybody look into this issue and take responsbility it's greatfull to me otherwise i have to think about the change service provider...

                              Sun network not working. Worst customer care. No one picks the call. Is there any politics involved. Y it was not rectified. Y it was not informed us. For payment and any other offers you call n messages us so many times. Y can't u inform this issue. A cable operator in our area is much much better than you. We didn't expect this kind of worst service from a corporate concern.

                                Worst customer care i have ever seen. No response. I raised service request. That guy is telling he is ready to install sun direct and confirming that here after big tv will not provide any sun channels. I refused him. So without responding he simply disconnected since i refused sun direct connection. Atleast reliance should intimate customer when we will get sun channels. If not we will switch over. No meaning in waiting unnecessary. I am not able to raise another service request because existing request not closed. None of the customers knows what to do. If this continues, customer have no other options other than switching to different network.

                                Looks like from today onwards k tv replaced with mk tv, aditya replaced with mk six, sun music replaced with mk tunes. Big tv smartly rearranged all other sun channels (Sun tv, sun news) with other tamil channels, without informing customer that they are going to stop all sun channels. If they are not able to telecast sun channels, they should inform customers. This proves that reliance could not face customers easily. This is not the solution customer wanted. Also this is not the communication we want to talk to big tv. Big tv making customers fool. But we as customer switching to different network is the only way we can win big tv. Even consumer complaints also says same reply for all the complaints that problem has intimated to reliance communications team. This intimation also did not work now. Big tv is not even responding to consumer complaints.
                                Worst network and replaced Sun channels with all duplicate channels I didn't see them before even in cable network.i think reliance big TV is closing out in future that's reason they are doing like this.customer service is very very bad and customer care number is not working.worst and worst service provider I'm seeing.
                                As a service provider they have to intimate to customer why sun network channels are not telecasting and when the issue is resolved but just they ignored customer service.Now I'm switching to other network like Tata Sky

                                Six months back i have taken the new connection for 24 months validity paying Rs 4600/- Now there is non activity of sun network channels for the past 10 Days. The Reliance Big TV has to educate the customers that why the connection is not available and when it will be resumed.
                                If not let them announce the Refund to the customers. we will switch over to other network.

                                Lets all the customers will jointly sue the Reliance Big TV for the Refund even if it one Rupee recharge also.
                                Hi, I am an existing reliance BIG TV customer since 2000. When the news broke out that they were going in for a closure, we were ready to shift to TATA Sky as per the suggestion. The call was even place and we got the smart card number too. But when the message came that BIG TV was not shutting down and that all the channels were to be restored soon, we (being the local customers) decided to stay back. Fast forward to today- no restored channels, waste of money as the additional pack channels are deleted from the list and even worse, the customer care number is switched off. Damn worse attitude towards their customers and those who were with them from the start of their tenure... Definitely switching, once the balance is finished off the smart card. Really really a nightmare experience

                                  Since OCTOBER 2017, so many chanels are not available, all sony chanels, Ajtalk, Color,
                                  We are not able to watch cricket now. Requested you on last month if you can not restore all the existing channels, for which we paid, please refund our balnace money, so thT WE CAN SELECT THE RIGHT Service Provider for my interested chanels.
                                  We are using last 7 yeaRS, NEVER IT HAPPENED.

                                  Please treat these as urgent and solve the problem.

                                    Now rest of the channels (thandhi, pudhiya thalaimurai, vendar, jaya plus, hungama, etc.) have resumed Apart from sun network. Please update on the sun network issue asap. I think all subscribers are eligible for some refund due to non availability of sun network. For the time being at least have the guts to answer our calls. Its really annoying and insulting for us. I have been associated with big tv for more than 7 years now. Please try to value our association.
