[Resolved]  Reliance Bigtv — tamil channels not seen, sun channels, polimer, thanthi, puthiya thalaimurai

Now rest of the channels (thandhi, pudhiya thalaimurai, vendar, jaya plus, hungama, etc.) have resumed Apart from sun network. Please update on the sun network issue asap. I think all subscribers are eligible for some refund due to non availability of sun network. For the time being at least have the guts to answer our calls. Its really annoying and insulting for us. I have been associated with big tv for more than 7 years now. Please try to value our association.

We too facing the same issue (Sun Network channels are not available) for more than 2 weeks and no response when we are contacting the customer care number. Very poor service providence, didn't expect such service from Reliance digital. Need immediate action to resolve. Else we need to think over to switch to other network.

All Jaya tv channels gone along with sun channels. Sony channels also gone from last 15 days. Says technical error. Am thinking to switch over. Its a big problem everytime no don't know y I recharge. No response from big tv team. They are overcharging us without providing services for all channels.
