My number is [protected]. I used to sirf internet with pack of 93 for 56 days @ 1 gb 3g data per day. But on that day i cheked my data was 453 mb at 1:30 pm but at 3:30 it is 0 mb and 298/- was deducted from my account without any sms or notice when i finished data etc. I think i didn't use not more than 50 mb data between that time as i went to sleep. I was just shocked that my earning for many days went in vain. Previously they also deducted much amount without any notice but refunded after contacting customer service. But contacting them is now impossible as they didn't reply by call or sms. Their services is poorest. 2g is like 0.5g and 3g is 1g. I complained to many places but no result. So sir please help me.
