[Resolved]  Reliance.com — About MNP

sir,
i have a Reliance CDMA mobile from last 5years( [protected]), due to non satisfactory service , i applied MNP , i received a sms on my above number to successfully registration of MNP (reg no. 1026890) on 20th January 2011, my sr no. UCS1479004 processed, but my porting request has been rejected by reliance due to so called legal reason on 25th January 2011,after many approaches i could not got any information about that "So called legal reason" from my service provider.

Req no: RGV4A5SE has been rejected due to legal reason and i have visited so many reliance outlet and service center but they did not tell me any proper reason. So i want to know that reason. Plz help me sir.

My name is MD Muzaffar Ashfaque, Reliance GSM customer for orissa circle having number [protected]. Few days back i have applied for MNP, it already approx 12 past but airtel officer told that relieance is not releasing my number so i am not able to convert in to airtel. i am getting all promo message from airtel and all but cant switch my sim as my reliance gsm sim is still working thats why my airtel sim is not working.

My name is somnath hazra & my mob no is [protected] of BSNL company. I wish
to change network through MNP toRELIANCE MOBIL G S M .So I had submitted all
documents + charges to RELIANCE company DELAR on 5th march.2011. and10th march reliance sim hsaben active only for outgoing But till date INCOMING COULD NOT ACTIV. (MNP CAF code is BA754999 )
which create a big problem for me as from 13/MARCH/2011. to till date my no is not working and it affect adversely to my business.
Sir pl. intervene the matter and help me

I have suggested the Reliance web world to change my Postpaid connection to Prepaid connection for last 3 to 4 months but no action as been taken, I would like to know why there has been so much of delay & since whats the problem. Hence forth I want be paying the bill. If no action is taken

Reliance.com — Recharging of Message pack which got deactivated the same day and charged

I am using reliance numbers for a very long time since the Launch of Reliance GSM in Haryana and from tehn i am using the message pack service which is now at 39 for 1p/sms.
Recently on 10 July 2011, due to low balance my pack got deactivated, so i spoke to Aditya( Customer Care executive) and based on the discussion i went on to recharge with Rs 39 on the same day for new activation of message pack.
But to my surprise i received a message in the evening same day that my pack has been deactivated and when i enquired Kesh(executive), he told me that its my request to deactivate the pack nd they can do nothing. I told him why should i recharge to actovate the pack if i wnt to deactivate it the same day. Then he told me that it was fault of Executive (Aditya) so they can do nothing.
I want refund of the same price its not only 39 but they have charged Rs1 for every message sent.
This is the third time Reliance has cheated me and taken the money off.
But now i want refund this is too much. I am their regular customer and still taht response is not satisfactorily.
Still waiting for any calls from their side. I am Reliance GSM user of Haryana.

The Team is not resolving they are just imposing the fault on others. Now they are telling that the number is not recharged on that day.

How is it possible if my number was not recharged that dy then how it got activated for 4 hours,
the company is just cheating and trying to pay their executives salary from the end customers.

I am long time user of Reliance but this act has pulled me down and i would definitely go for other providers and also encourage my friends to opt for good service providers and not the cheaters.

they are just trying to change my words.. why should i keep the service message in my inbox and why should i remember that
number and the team is telling that the recharge was not done at all. this is the details they maintain if that was not done
then how can their executive on the same day told me that it was activated and deactivated again.

Even for such a small amounts they are trying to fool the end customer.

Thanks Consumer Forum for letting my words so that at least the public can know how far down Provider(RCOM GSM) can go.
