Reliance.com — did not get upc code

Dear customer care,
I want to port my number in vodafone, but in my phone there is no network of reliance 2G. I am very much disappointed with Reliance.
my number is [protected] UPW. In Gulaothi City there is no network of reliance 2G.
I have send many sms to get UPC but not got yet on 28 October, 2017.
please help me and tell me the UPC code.
