I had requested cancellation of TWO Reliance GSM SIM cards I had purchased. Below are the TWO numbers: [protected] & [protected] I had visited Reliance Store (Vasai East) on 24th November for cancellation and was made to speak to customer care from the store. Below are the cancellation request number given by the customer care executive on the same date: [protected] &[protected] Instead of cancelling connection, I have been sent another bill for the same, while I had cleared all payments on 29th November itself. Now I am being told that a retention call was made and I had decided to continue with the service. There are NO calls made from these SIM cards from the date I had made cancellation request, yet I am been given such irrelevant replies. I had visited Reliance Store again on 2nd Jan was given another complaint number:[protected] and was assured a callback in 48 hours. Its been 4 days since then and I have NOT received any call. Now on inquiring again with Reliance Customer Care, I am being told that one of these numbers are changed to Pre-Paid. Received a call from Reliance, however NO resolution provided and the call was disconnected on halfway mark. No call back since.

you call this resolved? I am still getting bills of connections which I have cancelled 3 months back. No one calls or responds. I have to keep repeating issues over and over again. The most pathetic service I have ever seen.

    Hello, I have purchased a reliance gsm from a reliance communication on 5th jan 2016 and i have informed that my no. Which is [protected] will be activated on the same day but its not been activated yet and when i informed to the shopkeeper he just tried to convincing me now he said this no. Cannot be activate as the Icare is not working and i have to take new no. I want this no. Should be activated asap. I have submited my id and money to reliance comm.

      My number is [protected]. Its bengal circle number. Since past 3 month all of a sudden 3g has stopped working outside bengal. I have visited ahmedabad 5 times and its not working. Customer call center number doesnt get connected. Or if it gets connected it is to prepaid department and they say cant help as i am a postpaid customer. Emails to customer care have never received reply.

        I would like to inform you that my mobile no is-[protected] and i got my prepaid number charged with balance of 125 Rs and Net Pack 950 MB without using any service my account got deducted so i want my money back in my mobile account, i called to your customer service many time but nobody answered me please look into the matter and resolve my problem this is the second time its happening with me and earlier i didn't did any thing but now i am really upset, if this will happen again i would not going to use your services anymore and spread the same to my friend circle as well.

            Earlier I had reliance communication card And I changed to Vodafone via portability then after sometimes it automatically converted to reliance without inform me so I need justification for all this things and also want to convert my card to vodafone

              I purchased a sim card bearing the number [protected] and the sim card number[protected]. I have purchased this for the use in my reliance 3g dongle. The faulty sim card seems to have an inherent problem. It automatically connects itself to the Aircel tower. That's however not the big problem. After connecting itself to the Aircel tower, the internet speed becomes really slow. It lags and the internet does not work. I coerce it to link to the reliance tower through manual settings. But by some virtue of its own it again reconnects itself to the Aircel tower thereby a repetition of the same slow internet speed. I have complained that to Reliance Telecommunication. But they don't seem to take the complain. I want the issue of this faulty sim card to be resolved

                  Dear Sir/Madam, The aforesaid telephone is in non working condition since September 2015 in this respect I have sent several reminders but no attention received from your end. It is very painful to notice you that without attending my complaint you are regularly sending your bill as normal. In this respect, I have no other alternatives but to surrender your service connection. Please treat this "AS MOST URGENT" because without use your service constantly for last three months a customer can not pay your bill, which you must appreciate. Thank you.

                    Hello Sir/Madam, I am not able to access internet services on my reliance GSM Phone number [protected] since many days. Not just me, but people near my area also are not able to access the internet. There is no 'E', 'H', or '3G' signal. The phone settings are fine as i was able to connect the internet a few days ago. The network shows all the bars but there is an error sign ('!') on it instead of E or 3G signal. I have recently bought a 3G pack and its going to waste. I kindly request you to fix your network as soon as possible as it is very important to me. Otherwise I will have to port to a different service provider. Thank You.                               * no bill dispatch ondate or executive to collect bill (processing late fee to customer for their mistake) *no responsive customer care (keeps the call on hold for 10min) *payment done still my account is suspended (since 2days, some times 10 days even..) *been calling customer support for 20 times no responsive action taken *this is a worst co-company of reliance (communications staff are inefficient to solve customer complaint or service) *reliance has its own good brand name please dont spoil it with inefficient staff .. thank you

                                    Dear Reliance service provider, this is inform to you that my self Jovita Bara my mobile no. is([protected]) and i am a regular user of reliance last 2006.I am using a data pack of 198rs 3G netpack and i am getting 1275 data but from last date of expire data pack balance is deducting from my main balance while data pack is active and data is available also so please stop this process. my all main balance will be deducted on 4/01/2016 monday total amount 134 Rs. So finally stop this process and please refund my all deducted main balance . So do the needful for my complain and i am looking for your cooperation with me. I have called to Reliance customer care no 198 at 5th jan 2016 at 8 am. i talked to a customer care executive- Jayant about my query he talked to me and said that i have registered your compalint and given the service request no.[protected] and your request will be resolved in the next 24 hours but there is no money refundable till at now. I would like to say to Reliance that take serious to your valuable customers and provide properly solutions on their queries. Thanks&Regards JOVITA BARA

                                      Good Afternoon, I am Prashant Sharma working in reputed MNC (Honda) in Gurgaon. This is regarding the issue which I am facing with the Reliance executives. I am extremely disappointed from reliance service provider employees working at Mangolpuri Delhi center. I would like to briefly apprise you the problem which I am facing. I had got a call from ([protected]) reliance side (Employee name - Mansi & Nisha) and asked me to port my exiting no ([protected]). to Reliance number. Then I have sent all required documents on ([protected]@gmail.com) to them along with port number on 17th Dec 2015 & they did my verification as well. Now after 17th days i have not received any SIM from company side & my current number has been inactive since last 8 days due to this I am not able to do any outgoing calls and not receiving any incoming calls due to number portability. Also facing lots of problem to coordinate with office members, colleagues & family members too. No one is replying properly on my issue And when i try to coordinate with Reliance members ( Mansi & Nisha) to resolve it, they are not responding properly and behaving unprofessionally. When I call them, they pick sometimes but did not talk to me & sometimes they cut my call). They are making excuses and not solving this issue I would be highly oblige if you or any concerned member would look into this issue immediately. So i request you to please resolve my problem or tell me how can i restart my SIM again in previous service. I don't want to port now to Reliance so suggest me the steps to again get back my original number with active mode. I am also lodging a complaint against them in consumer forum and will take legal action against them, if my number will not get activate within today. You can contact me morning 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM on ([protected]) as this is my friend number because my number is inactive. And after 5:00 PM you can call on this ([protected]).

                                      Till Now my SIM Card is inactive. What i will do
                                      Everyone is making me fool.

                                      Do whatever you want but my SIM card ([protected]) will active within today, otherwise i will see all of you in court.
                                      I will take a legal action against all of you.
                                      take it as a final message from my side.

                                        Hi Team, I had been using Reliance netconnect past 2 years (since oct 2013 roughly). Recently i was facing network issue in my new locality so called up to customer care and requested for connection cancellation. But they were not ready for that they told me to migrate from postpaid to prepaid. I said okay but next they told me to come to outlet for migrating. Which i said i cannot come for the outlet due to loads of personal issues. and requested them to cancel the connection. but I was again told to come to outlet for the cancellation as well. Where as today i got call from Kushi and Dhananjay -Manager saying cancellation can be requested over phone from customer care. which was not done for me. I was given wrong info. and now asking me to pay bill for 2 months due. whereas i paid bill for 3 months without using the data, hoping they 'll cancel the connection. Finally ending with complaint on me saying to pay the bill . then what about the money which i paid without using the datas, and not cancelling the connection when i requested for and giving wrong informations. I do not have the contact details to whom i spoke but this would be recorded and saved in any databases right. I feel bad for being notified like this inspite of paying my bills on time till Oct. 2015. :( How can I be responsible for the wrong info provided to me. If a customer is requesting for cancellation of connection why not cancelling and diverting in a wrong way. Regards, Icewariya
