Hello Sir/Madam,
I am not able to access internet services on my reliance GSM Phone number [protected] since many days. Not just me, but people near my area also are not able to access the internet. There is no 'E', 'H', or '3G' signal. The phone settings are fine as i was able to connect the internet a few days ago. The network shows all the bars but there is an error sign ('!') on it instead of E or 3G signal. I have recently bought a 3G pack and its going to waste. I kindly request you to fix your network as soon as possible as it is very important to me. Otherwise I will have to port to a different service provider.
