इतनी घटिया सर्विस मैंने आज तक नहीं देखी मैं सीहोर रहने वाला हूं मां का पिन कोड है 466001 करीबन 1 महीना पहले मैंने यहां से अपना कीमती सामान कोरियर करो ₹800 खर्च करें पट्ठे ने बोला दिन तीन में पहुंच जाएगा जल्दी पहुंचाने के लिए मैंने रिलायंस कोरियर के लिए सो जाओ मेरा कुरियर आज तक नहीं पहुंचा अभी फोन लगाओ तो बंदा बड़े प्यार से कहता है पहुंच जाएगा मुझे यह बताइए कि कब पहुंचेगा सीहोर में आपका तो राइट पर्सन जो है किसी काम का नहीं कृपया मदद करें कोई और कंपनी पर केस कर दूंगा

Dear sir, courier person belong to barwani dist barwani 451551 behaviour is so bad and say if you want to courier you have to pick from his shop also if you not come today it will be send back by tomorrow thats not my resposibility to send courier at the customer end. Also say to compaint where you want its my daily routine
Request to plz take action against that person if you are not intrested than i have to complaint to consumer forem.
I hope it will be my last complaint.

My product order i'd[protected] was despatched (Neemuch to korba chhattisgarh) from neemuch at 10th june 2019 and was11th june it shows shipped to surat & then there is no further details of it so when it will be delivered to korba chhattisgarh because now it takes too much time to deliver n now it's been 20 days to despatched but what is the problem behind this process why is not to be deliver please find the problem n resolve it n please deliver the product to my address please

I have courier my product ol 15 july from Gwalior branch. Till now it neither delivered nor received it back. Plus the coordinator is not ready to corporate and not willing to take any interest.
Sir, it's been more than one month. And it was really very important product that is missing.
I request you to take personal interest in this regard.THANK YOU

Hi team-i have hand over courier to khategaon dewas location dated on 21/05/2019 to bangalore but till courier not delivered. I am trying daily follow up but no one can respond me.
I don't understand why courier staff not take serious in this matter.

No responce from coustmer care no. And not working no. Any of them is not in Service .
Delivary boy of reliance courier are out of station and saying to wait for him, they dont notify to pick up or recive to courier and recject and back my courier 😡

I am fed up and disappointed with this... My 3 couriers are missing and i can't even track them i m trying since 15+days... This is ridiculous... Please you need to help me out... I m literally fed up with this.. To those whom i've sent the couriers have lost faith in me just because of your poor service... The couriers are of mumbai and pune.. I am extremely disappointed.. Either you refund me the amount or get me my parcels back

I have courier a parcel from reliance neemuch branch (C. No.[protected] on 16.02.2018, but the parcel not yet delivered. The branch in charge regularly given assurance that we are tracking the parcel and will deliver but no result, i am fed up, very bad experience, i suggest all user to use branded and well known couriers services, they (Reliance courier) dont respect customers.

My jio phone bearing imei no. [protected], iccid no.[protected], rsn no. Rmpfzkdf0848837, ean no.[protected]; sim no. [protected]; which was purchased on 08/02/2018 at jatharpeth chowk shop, akola maharashtra, for the purchase online process was completed.
Now it is not working. Only shows on screen as "jio digital life".
Kindly replace.

I m ankita parashar from gwalior.. I have dispatched my parcel on 25/10/2017 from gwalior to ujjain.. But still my parcel missing. Don't know what's your # staff doing. Whenever i called to mr. Neeraj (Gwalior reliance service) he always use to say mam we are searching but now i got new replay let see mam what happenes..
Don't why you keep this type of bloody rascals in your staff.. My parcel still missing. I m not getting what to do. But i will do police complaint. Thats why i update here.in gwalior very poor service which i get from reliance courier..
I m totally unsatisfied.. Please close your reliance courier service

I had a reliance broadband connection with 6 month subscription, due to 2 months (They didn't pay eb bill to gov so no power to broadband hub in my area) non working reason i cancel my connection at middle

Customer care initially told within 45 days balance amount will refund
But till now i didn't get refund
And even they not reply to mails

So please don't go for long period subscriptions in reliance go for monthly plans
Or go for any other best broadband
Reliance service is worst

Sir i had tried many times to contact ur customer representative to know about the roaming pack for my no. But connect hi nahi hua then i recharged my account with 5 rs which is a one day roamong pack (Got information from paytm) but it failed every time then i recharged my account with 40 rupees on 1 oct 2017. And i had already recharged with rs 47 on about 22 of aug 2017 which gave all local+std call 25p/min for 90 days. After that i was going to delhi. I received some incomming calls during the day and i found all of my balance had been finished. Then i again tried to recharge with 5 rs but it failed every time like before after that i recharged with 85 rupees on 3 0ctober at about 6 pm which gives 69 rs main balance and 31 rs as promo balance. Today i have 51 rs in my main account.
So sir i want the call details with balance deduction from 1 to 4 of oct 2017. Plz provide these details and solve this soon

I called up customer care on 15th aug at around 1.15 pm from my reliance number for some query. Since it was somewhat confusing, i asked the question twice and the cc executive (Harpreet kaur.. The name told by cc exec.. Hope it's correct) spoke very rudely.in this service industry, it's strange to find such rude and ill mannerd executives in a customer oriented company. When she was asked to transfer line to seniors, she kept the phone on hold for 12-15 mins and finally disconnected. I do not wish to continue this 9 year old relation anymore with rim where such ill mannered executives work.
A response from someone senior expected.

I was a postpaid customer for which I had to deposit 1250 INR however as I have terminated my connection, they're suppose to give it back. They're not giving my refund and making me call differnt numbers to resolve this. It's a head ache, all the say is we've couriered the DD, which I don't believe at all. Please help me resolve this asap or else I'm taking this matter to the court! Just google how reliacne is cheating people, a lot of people are facing this issue and I shall not bear it. I'll definitely sue reliance. Pathetic service!

I am receiving this email for the sim provided from my previous employer, hdfc bank. I left the org in 2014 and submitted the sim to them. Why am i getting notice now when sim belongs to co.

Under instructions from and on behalf of our client i. E. M/s reliance communications ltd., a company incorporated and existing under the provisions of companies act, 1956 having its office at kubera park, a1/b18, near lulla nagar chowk, pune 411040, we hereby serve you with the following notice:


1. That our client is engaged in the business of providing telecommunication/data services to its various subscribers against which our client gets consideration. You the addressees has applied for mobile or data card connections with our client after submitting all the relevant documents required for the said purpose with our client.


2. That the said request of you the addressees was duly accepted by our client and you the addressees were allotted with reliance internet or voice connection, vide caf number caf no[protected]. The said connectivity vide billing account number was activated by our client for you the addressees and since then you the addressees has been using the said numbers to the full and complete satisfaction of you the addressees and therefore, availed the telecommunication services of our client along with all ancillary services subscribed by you from time to time, through the said number.

3. That our client has been raising its bill upon you the addressees from time to time with respect to the telecommunication services availed by you the addressees. But you the addressees always delayed/ defaulted in making of the payment of the outstanding amount on one pretext or the other due to which the said connection was disconnected by our client on account of nonpayment by you the addressees. As on today, a sum of rs. 332/-, is outstanding and remains payable by you the addressees to our client as per the records maintained by our client in the ordinary course of its business. It may be noted that despite repeated communications with your officials, you the addressees have failed to clear the outstanding dues towards our client till date and the same is still payable by you.

4. That in these circumstances, you the addressees are hereby called upon to make the payment of rs. 332/-, within a period of 5 (Five) days from the date of receipt of this legal notice.in case of non-compliance of this notice, we have clear and definite instructions from our client to take proper legal action against you the addressees before competent court of law at your own cost, risk and consequences for recovery of the aforesaid amount along with penalty and interest calculated from the date when the same had became due payable by you the addressees to our client.

5. That our client also reserves its right to take legal action against you the addressees before the concerned police station and /or the concerned court of metropolitan magistrate for registration of fir for the criminal offence of calculated fraud committed by you apart from taking further civil remedy for the recovery of above stated amount due and payable by you to my client. You are hereby further called upon to pay a sum of rs.5500/- (Rupees five thousand five hundred only) toward this notice charges.

Last month i posted a complaint regarding the phone bills for my numbers [protected] and [protected]
As discussed last month about the the bills of these numbers which i have not even used and still i received bills on this numbers. As i said these both numbers have been damaged and i am not using these numbers since last 3 months and still you people as sending bills after bills. And last month i cleared all the bills that you people said me to pay for terminating these two numbers. After paying for those bills last month your executives assured me that my numbers will be terminated as they are notified in the system regarding the termination. I even received a call from you executive regarding the complaint last month and even that person said that the numbers will be terminated.
But now after a month you have again sent me email showing bills on both numbers for this past one month.. How stupid and irresponsible and such a big cheating is this. When i paid and cleared all my due amount last month for terminating the numbers and you people said that the numbers will be terminated, and then this happens.. What is all this. Such big company and still doing this kind of cheating. I am not going to pay a single penny now. This is so stupid when the sim card have been damaged, how can you people still generate bills? When the person is not using the network. You people just generate the bills because that person once registered in your so called reliance connection. Cant you people see if the sim is active or not.. Three months before both the sims where damaged accidently and you reliance people are generating bills on these number, wow i mean such big cheat this is. I want an answer, why have i received bills on both numbers after a month of terminating the numbers. And now please don't say you have not received any complaint regarding terminating the numbers and i have to pay the given bills. I will not pay the amount you have generated as usage charges. Please check your system, update your system, if not throw all your system.

And in this matter mahindra & mahindra debited rs. 96328 due to your courier company not provide pod till date and your office not given proper response. Plz look into the matter seriously to resolve this issue.
