My courier, as issued from 1st flour Jai Stambh Chouraha, AB Road, Guna(MP) from reliance courier's hasn't arrived destination and it has already been 12 days. Myself as a student that courier matters plenty as it contains my important grade sheets . After having called many times at the number provided at the invoice, he says, well we will track your courier tomorrow since last 5 days and is nowhere near helping me out. He keeps on making stupid excuses like i am at home or its too early . Please help me out .

This is most useless courier services, I have ever seen in my life time. They have denied delivering on the required place. They want to deliver only to nearest place. In charge us telling if you want to take it, take it either i will return. Also he made statement, i did big mistake calling you, i should have returned this. Please don't go with this courier, either your receiver has to suffer like any thing.

So why deducted Rs. 22. as VAS service. I request you to refund my balance which deducted from my mobile number as a VAS service.

    My internet or broadband suffers from problems almost in every 15 days. It stops working and even when i complaint to your customer care no. they never calls me back and never sends a technician to solve the problem, this has been almost 100 times they have done this.

      Saw an offer on insta care app, in which i saw data offer, in which in rs.156, reliance provide 1 gb 3g net, with 30days validity
      But when i clicked on 7thsep 2016, i got only, 800 mb data, with 13days validity. When i called to 198 then, there is no option for, complaint available.

      Same type case, i filled before 1month and problem resolved.

      This time i need resolution and compensation for harassment rs.10000, if problem not resolved then, i go for consumer court because reliance doing this type of wrong practices again and again.

          Wen we bought jio simcard and lyf mobile hand set which is product of reliance.when we bought product from nearest store they told us jio simcard give 3 month free 4g and unlimited calls. After just one month all the services they are blocking slowly.we went to nearest service center of JIO they refused to take our complaint and said that it's not our problem. I am the not only one facing this problem all people of our city facing such problem.i am leading because people of our less aware about complaint forum.sir my only request is please take step against them as early as possible. They are looting us. We are middle class people we know how we joint money and buy mobile .

          Today I went to Reliance digital e city to get my gio sim where in I waited from 10:30 am till 7pm but they asked us to leave by telling server issue..

          The worst project is jio where in their server is not so good and lack of planning to issue the sim please take proper action

              Dear sir/madam,
              On 8th of june i received a all from reliance customer care telling to port to your network and gave fake plan
              Plan details are as follows
              Monthly rental 599
              Unlimited std and local
              Unlimited 3g
              First i was shocked that how can they give unlimited 3g for just 599 so i confirmed them for 5 times and they agreed and told yes it's unlimited 3g and not 2g, so i proceeded with their offer and told them to port, they informed me that it would take a week for getting ported which didn't happen as told and my connection was ported on 27th of may (That's fine i understand your servers might be busy).

              Now after my network was activated i spoke to your customer care and asked about my tariff
              Tariff told but your people on phone

              I was shocked and gave an immediate complaint on megha for which i haven't got any reply.

              Then later on when i went to my office there was no network at all not even 2g, even checked manual and automatic mode of network but no result. Just no network of reliance other signals of airtel idea docomo where all full in my office, even 4g network is good.
              So i made another complaint regarding the network issue, and i was informed that i would get a call back within 3hrs and my issue would be resolved in 24hrs.

              Then i tried to speak again to another executive to take my issue a little serious and requested him to resolve it asap. He told me that he's transferring the call to his superior, they made me wait for 10 minutes and just disconnected the call. I was really pissed again and made a complaint on him

              And then was later told that it will resolved by 29th of may.
              On 29th of evening i gave a call again as my issue was still not resolved and i never received a call from any of your back end department. It took again 30 minutes to explain him the whole issue and then later he transfers the call to his superior, i was fooled once again as it was not the superior and the call was transferred to airtel prepaid department which then again was transferred to postpaid department (Wasted 20 minutes again). Then again i had to explain the whole story (15 minutes wasted).
              Then this guy was just awesome he tells me to wait for 4days more for the issue to be resolved. I was so confused again that to whom should i believe, so i told to transfer the call to someone superior than him or who can give my answers, and he tells me that he can't do as everyone is on leave (Really).
              So i told asked him that until this gets resolved should i stand on road for 3 days for network, and he says yes sir you have do that there's no other way. (He thinks i'm fool)
              I requested him if you can't resolve the issue please give me an option to port to another network and i'm ready to pay the bill for 2 months also which i've not even used, and he tells its not possible.
              Now my request is please resolve this issue by 30th of june and give me the proper plan as promised, if you can't then at least give me an option of porting as its a business loss for me if there's no network at all.
              And if you can't help me out in both the ways then i'll be forced to launch an fir against you and drag this matter to court. And don't worry i've got all the evidences with me, so don't take this matter so easy.

                I got a call to pay my bill on 13feb, i said i have been charged with 100 rs fine which should be waved off because i had already registered a complaint regarding the same it was not my fault. The guy said he is waving off the charges and i should pay the bill or remaingin amount rs 685. I paid it instantly.
                Now this has reached limit, after being said that false charge of late payment was waived off and i should only pay the regular charge, my current bill displays a late fine of two months, now they are seeking 200 rs as fine.

                This is really unacceptable and i ask you finally to disconnect my connection and spare me please.
                I am not going to pay a penny till this is resolved,
                This is the worst service. May your company rests in peace.

                Now i get a call to pay 100 rs out of 200 rs late fee charge, i ask for what reason do i pay you 100rs extra???
                For your mistake why should i pay rs 100 extra??
                I used my reliance data card no.[protected]. It was deactivated since August 1th, 2016 and paid the amount Rs.460 for the month of August. My plan is Rs.450/1GB per month.Even I went to Reliance customer care in person and requested to deactivate this data card and they said it will be deactivated with in 15 days. But still I am getting message from Reliance that I have to pay 686 rs. They cut the service from 15th August, 2016 and I am not able to use my reliance data card from August 16th . Now thy asked to pay 686 for the month of September and October . Whom should I call to resolve my issue. I am very much disappointed in this regard.

                      Sir/Mam This is in regard to the number [protected]. I don't know what to do anymore. It is impossible to talk to the customer care executives as the option doesn't exist anymore. The network on my phone stopped working on 23 Oct. I tried knowing my balance but it said service temporarily unavailable. I assumed it must be due to festival traffic. The situation remained the same on 24th as well. I tried knowing my balance again. This time I got a reply. My main account balance was Rs. 0.03 and data balance was 0.00MB! While two days ago it had been Rs. 192 and data balance had been 285 MB. Since we own smart phones these days that can track your data usage. My phone says I only used 55 MB. If we consider ambiguity of 5MB I still have seem to lost 230 MB of data and my entire balance. I immediately called 198. It took 25 busy tones for the call to finally connect. After which no executive came online and all I got was static. The same process repeated for the next 4 hrs. After which I gave up. I called again the next day, that's the 25th. It again took 20-25 busy tones for the call to connect. The executive came online this time and I was told that he did not see any deductions in the last three days and if there were I would have been informed. Do you get the stupidity here! That is the entire point, I wasn't informed and still my balance remains null!!! After which the executive said "I'm sorry, there is some technical difficulty. Call back later." I called back later. My call connected a total of 3 times in 2 hrs and all of those times I was told to call back later. Both of which times there were technical difficulties. I did call back in the evening and the morning today, i.e 26th. But now talk to the customer care executive option doesn't seem to be working on 198 and I have no idea how to connect to reliance people anymore. I have emailed reliance customer care to no avail. I even went to my nearest reliance store, who also "dropped an email". Still no response! As if that wasn't enough, I recharged my phone on 26th Oct with Rs. 120 account balance and Rs. 27 data pack. My data balance is 9 MB left but still they have deducted Rs. 74 from my main balance! This has happened for the second time but this time there's nowhere to complain. I have even called their Appellate Authority. The lines are always busy. I want my money back and my data as well! Would you see into the matter.

                        hell this is kishor bajaj i had booked a parcel in reliance courier in indore doc no is 73112249 which they provided to me on 29/09/2014, now its been five days there i haven't got my parcel and when i talk to thier person they dont answer properly
                        customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                          There is a delivery man of Indore(RAU) name is Mr Hukum (Mobile No [protected]) had a courier from Ujjain to Rau with Docket No 404488 . When I (Mohammad Javed) and my wife Mrs Shahin Tabassum asked for the courier then he misbehave and abuse and threaten us not to give the courier and told us that If you want to take then come to a particular place then I went there and collect but his behavior is worse cum worst. Kindly take an action against him immediately otherwise he will spoil the Reliance market . I am planning to launch an FIR against his misbehave .                               How can we trust on this Reliace Courier Service, which has no presence on web portals.
                              Once i try to track my courier from its doc. no., i could not found any such place to track the same.
                              Should it be trusted after having the similar name of Ambani Group?
                              Reliance is not Reliable in this case, Trade Mark or Copy Right authorites must check the same to refuse misuse of its renowned trademark.

                              Reliance Courier — Courier lost by courier co. and they are not conpensating for the same

                              I had sent one courier costing Rs. 990/- from Ahmedabad to Indore. The courier was lost by courier co. which they agree. But they are not ready to compensate for the same.

                              Reliance courier is the most unprofessional courier service I had ever seen. When I went to talk about my lost parcel, they straight refused to talk about it and when I handed over a written complaint notice to them, they started bad words and irrational behaviour.

                              I am going to consumer court now, but I dont if something can happen there...
