Reliance Courier — Complaint regarding Courier service

I would like to complain about the poor service from Reliance Courier. I sent a parcel on 9th May 2026 from Ratlam to Rajgarh Biaora, Madhya Pradesh, but it has still not been delivered. Today is 13th May 2026, and the parcel has been stuck in Indore since 9th May.

We have tried contacting the Reliance Courier office in Indore several times, but no one is answering our calls. This parcel is very important for us, and the delay is causing serious inconvenience.

Kindly look into this matter urgently and arrange for the parcel to be delivered as soon as possible.
