Respective sir, today a VAS service activated on my reliance number [protected] without my any confermation. I strongly oppose this activity. A wabepage opened but I did not touch any option. So why deducted Rs. 22. as VAS service. I request you to refund my balance which deducted from my mobile number as a VAS service.

My internet or broadband suffers from problems almost in every 15 days. It stops working and even when i complaint to your customer care no. they never calls me back and never sends a technician to solve the problem, this has been almost 100 times they have done this.
