[Resolved]  Reliance Courier — Still received bills even after termination of sim

Dear reliance communications customer care,
Last month i posted a complaint regarding the phone bills for my numbers [protected] and [protected]
As discussed last month about the the bills of these numbers which i have not even used and still i received bills on this numbers. As i said these both numbers have been damaged and i am not using these numbers since last 3 months and still you people as sending bills after bills. And last month i cleared all the bills that you people said me to pay for terminating these two numbers. After paying for those bills last month your executives assured me that my numbers will be terminated as they are notified in the system regarding the termination. I even received a call from you executive regarding the complaint last month and even that person said that the numbers will be terminated.
But now after a month you have again sent me email showing bills on both numbers for this past one month.. How stupid and irresponsible and such a big cheating is this. When i paid and cleared all my due amount last month for terminating the numbers and you people said that the numbers will be terminated, and then this happens.. What is all this. Such big company and still doing this kind of cheating. I am not going to pay a single penny now. This is so stupid when the sim card have been damaged, how can you people still generate bills? When the person is not using the network. You people just generate the bills because that person once registered in your so called reliance connection. Cant you people see if the sim is active or not.. Three months before both the sims where damaged accidently and you reliance people are generating bills on these number, wow i mean such big cheat this is. I want an answer, why have i received bills on both numbers after a month of terminating the numbers. And now please don't say you have not received any complaint regarding terminating the numbers and i have to pay the given bills. I will not pay the amount you have generated as usage charges. Please check your system, update your system, if not throw all your system.
