On friday 12 Sep the dish was Installed & coupons charged.
Till now there is no clue as to what is the problem in activating, though the local Reliance agent visited home, & many follow ups later.
The Toll free & Mumbai nos. are perpetually busy!!( get a feeling that BIG Tvis clloapsed, but my friend in another locality got it done in 15mins after installation)
Lost four days of weekend holidays( monday was also holiday in TN) & a new LCD TV was waiting to see the great bigTV signal, but very frustrating experience
I have given up now !!

I would be happy if we get channels like adithya, siripioli, ss music etc and some other channels that are becoming popular in the city of chennai. Not only myself most of the viewers would expect this from the reliance big tv dth service so we would be thankful if you fulfill this wish of ours
Reliance big tv has big mouth -- so big that they can not control. Their Customer Care -- huh! even bigger *****. I am a consumer having problem with signal quality for last 10 days. Lodged complaints several times, obtained complaint numbers from them. Assured that within 48hours the problems would be sorted. Surprisingly on next call they are informing me that the earlier complaint is closed by some one (reason they don't know) and I have to lodge another complaint. PLEASE DON'T TRUST THIS COMPANY. They are BIG FRAUD.

    Pls refer your complaint id no: 75614018 dtd 11/09/08 at 06:45 am, after making useless 16 calls to your customer care, iam forced to write this mail to you. Onam, one of the biggest celebration in kerala, the best of the best television programmes, you deactivated on the same day and till date you are not taken any action to reactivate my transmission, I reminded your customer care several times and they given me reply that engineer comes to you at the earliest. Your unprofessional business deal restricted the good times of my children and my family.
    After taken your one year fee from me and why you deactivated my transmission? Why you are not rectifying my transmission? Why you disconnected Big Tv exact on the onam days? Now am very much excited to see when and how you are going to pay my losses made by your irresponsible attitude.

    Still can you say that ‘ BIG TV TOH AISA’

      I am ASHISH D.RATHOD and i purchased a MP3 player on 5 july from vashi new mumbai.It was a YES company MP3 PLAYER model (YMP-18) and it had 1 year warrenty, but it was not working properly .And within 1 month i gave that MP3 for repairing on 15/08/2008. They told me that it will be repaired and given back to me within 10 days .But now it is nearly a month i have not got my MP3 player back .I am writing to you with a hope that from writing you my problem will be solved.Now i want to replace it and give me a fresh piece.AND i have lost my 3 months warrenty period of 1 year.

      Reliance Digital — bad service

      I am ASHISH D.RATHOD and i purchased a MP3 player on 5 july.

      same problem arised with me and i totally agree with Mr.ashish rathod's complaint.
      On 21st April 2008, I had purchased New Phillips TV 29inch. after 1 month i got screen problem in this TV. I had informed in reliance and they gave me contact number of service center. they took my TV. and now they are not replying. what i want to do?

      I totally agree with your comment..I was looking for a AC..I have selected one and while buying it they told that the selected model will be available in 4-5 days and they made me to buy reliance digital voucher for Rs 25000. I went there after 4-5 days to purchase the AC again after 5 days and now they are telling me to wait again for 5 days saying that stock is still not available. I feel like cheating.

      customer service and the attitude of the executive is not very good... i purchased a philips home theater system from reliance and after 2 days it was not working then i talk to the customer care for the help and send the executive to repair it but their responce is very poor... next time i 'll never purchase any item from reliance...that is now sure...
      absolutely, i also have the same experience with reliance digital. really dont know from where do they purchase their goods. I had bought a Motorola L9 worth 8000/-. The phone started giving problems within one month of purchase and when i contacted Reliance for the same, they didnt entertain even to listen to the problem; rather suggested to go to the Motorola service centre since this is with warranty. But when they were to sell the product, they made promises as if they own the manufacturing company... Wht the Hell...is it my head ache? First buying defective stuff and then running around to get it repaired...
      People Please Beware from purchasing product from the Reliance Digital.
      They have not only BAD Quality of products to sell, as well they didnt repair it. in addtion to that they
      remove or replce the internal part of the product while serviceing which makes the your new valuable product not working even for few days...!
      Reliance Digital buys products from lagminton Road Mumbai ( the cheapest Electronic Market in Mumbai)
      at cheap rates and they sell it at show room price to the customers.
      please dont take any electronic items form Reliance Digital.

      for me its k i bought an micro SD 4 gb which failed in just 14 days time
      when i contacted them they made me wait for 4hrs at last they asked me to go to segate srv cntr even the manager says the same.
      i asked them to throw it in trash..
      came to an mind never go to fraud(reliance)

      this is the way they learnt to do business

      Me too agree with you guys... I purchased sony cybershot camera but withing two days it gives problem... i went there but they didnt help me for the same neither there phones are reachable...and it almost 15 days from where i dont get any knid of response from them...

        I had purchased a Sony Home Theatre from Reliance Digital loacted at Ambi Mall, Gurgaon on 17.08.08 against payment vide credit card.

        Delivery was promised on 20.08.08.

        Till date the product has not been delivered despite numerous phone calls to the store.

        No information is forthcoming on product delivery nor the call is put across to somebody responsible.

        The company has my money with them and the product too is with them.

          This is in connection with the membershiio which I have taken with Reliance Big Flix, they intitially collected an amount of Rs. 400 as refunadable amount and promised to return the same with out any delay if I don't want to continue with the membership. But now they are asking for around 15 days to return my own amount. So I would like to get this to the notice of all those who are planning for this and are already the members.
          I am writing with a lot of pent up frustration. There has been response to my earlier grievance i.e. asking you to reverse the autodebit that was levied last month without my consent. To make matters worse, I received an email from them a few days back on 30th August that my card will again be autodebited (again without my consent).

          I WISH TO CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION and have been running from pillar to post with the request. Whenever I try to cancel my subscription online, the site responds with a message "Could Not Cancel your subscription, please try again later".

          When I call their Call center they tell me that due to system glitches, I am not being able to cancel the subscription. Everything else is working fine on your site - only "cancel subscription" link doesn't. Surprising and hard to believe. I then again went to their Vashi Store and the lady there said that she would not be able to help since her senior was responsible to handle cancellation issues and that lady was not available today.

          I have requested them to ensure that my card is not auto-debited this time and even last month's debit is reversed to my account. I DO NOT WISH TO CONTINUE SUBSCRIBING TO THEIR SERVICES.
          I am a victim myself so am am not greatly surprised

            This is Prahsant Khurana, custumer of Reliane Digital.

            I want to bring in your kind notice that I have been cheated by Reliance Digital, Gurgaon Outlet

            I had purchased a videocon ac on 30jun08, sales person was mr Sudhir.

            I had specially requested for next day
            installation due to some medical requirments of my father and Mr.Sudhir had promised and commited me for next day installation though ac was deleiverd next day but not installed as no engineer had come,

            i ws trying to reach to my sales person on 1jul08 at 4029099 but ther was no response from this number for the whole day.

            Ac was installed next to next day as on 2jul08, that too it is installed by unskilled engineer who even could not advise us that it requires a mcb switch and stablizer has to buy of how much kv, but somehow he managed to iinstall.

            This is not the end...

            After installing the AC, when we switched it on, there was a unusual sound coming from it, i called a engineer from reliance digital
            who checked and informed us that there is a manufacturing defect.

            I called Mr. Naresh for the replacment of the AC and he has promised me that it will be replaced. But even today after 5 days its not been replaced.whenever I call him up he makes excuses that we dont have same brand of ac now, you will have to get it repaired.

            I will never take a defected ac as i have paid for a new one.

              My Wife and myself wanted to gift a refrigerator to our parents on their wedding aniversary. Wwe baought a Samsun 315 Ltr fridge from Reliance Retail outlet in Ambiance Mall Gurgaon. Firstly the product was dilevered three days late after constant follow up. NO one in their customer care picks up and call. Secondly when the fridge was delivered, it had dents on the walls. Now it is lying in my drawing room all packed. Samsun engineers have come thrice and have not been able to install. They clicked picture, evidence was taken to prove that, the product was sent with dents. Such a pathetic state of affairs. I'll never buy any product from their again.

              I purchase a motoraola set on 29.06.2008 from Reliance Digitel, Ambience Mall, Gurgaon. Set was fualty, I contact the concern in Reliance they ask me to go Service centre. They change the battery but the problem is still as it is. I again went to Reliance on 17.08.2008 and handover the set to Reliance RESQ.and promise to return the set on 24.08.2008. But now they are saying ki set is at Service centre than i aksed ur one employee ki Reliance sold me faulty set he say ki " Reliance meinj toa aisa hi hota hai" Please don't force me to go consumer forum.and look in to the matter urgently. My Job sheet no in ur record is. [protected]. I need my set or refund my amount.
              I have purchased a L.G 105 ton split A.C from Reliance Digital, Ambience Mall, NH-8, Gurgaon(Haryana) in the Month of June 2008.

              My A.C has started problems in cooling and i made a complaint on 23/8/2008 .
              on 30 /8/2008 Engineer had visited and asked there is Gas leakage. and it will be refilled on 31/8/2008 and asked to contact to mr.Srikant.I have spoken to so many official but no body has visited to refill the gas.
              At least rs. 300 has spend only for made phone calls.
              On 3/9/2008 i have plan to go to Consumer Court with this issue.

                I had bought one 7.5 Kg capacity, fully automatic, LG Tromm model, washing machine on 22nd June 2008 from the above mentioned shop i.e Reliance Digital . I paid the full amount Rs. 26, 990/- as charged by them, through full and final down payment, on the spot. I was told that the washing machine will be delivered in one day time. But in turn, a damaged Machine was delivered after two days of buying and the reliance digital engineer, who came to install the machine could not install it and show the demo run. He told that the machine is faulty and hence can not be installed. He reported back the same to his office and I was informed by reliance people that another machine will be delivered to me. After two days of the same the faulty machine was taken back by Reliance digital.

                Since that day, I have been following up with reliance digital people namely the sales leader Mukund and Customer relationship manager Arun, on almost every alternate day for delivery of my machine. Every time they inform that its not there in their stock and will be delivered soon, but with no result. Furthermore Every time, they sight one or the other excuses and say that it will be delivered soon.

                Today on 10/07/08 i.e after 18 days of paying the money for undelivered washing machine, I again followed up with them . Their sales team leader and their customer relationship manager says that it may take 10 to 15 days more but still they can not tell any date for to delivery of the machine as LG, the manufacturer has not confirmed to them, when they are dispatching their stock to Reliance Digital and when the stock will reach them. Hence there is no other option for me but to wait for the same.

                When I requested them to give the same in writing, they refused to give and said that they will only verbally tell and inform me and no writing is required.. The most surprisingly both the sales leader and customer relationship manger, rudely asked me to do whatever I can do next as they cant help further.

                I am surprised, first of all, on their unprofessionalism and irresponsible behavior and secondly their- I do not care - attitude for a customer who has paid money and is asking for the delivery of bought item. They have taken the down payment of the article in full, but still are non-committal, when the material will be delivered to the customer, even after 18 days and still want to take 10-15 additional days. That too when at the time of buying of the same, they assured and promised of the delivery the very next day. Neither they are doing anything to address the aggrieved customer but are threatening th customer to do whatever next he wants.


                My money Rs 27, 000 is stuck for the last 18 days ans still they are not telling when the material will be delivered to me. I am not able to get the article which I have paid for and that too dont when the same will be delivered to me. I have gone through a lot mental dissatisfaction and agony that even after paying Rs 27, 000/- I am not able to get the article.

                I want compensation from Reliance Digital for such unprofessional behavior on their part for the sale through wrong promise of delivery, misleading me every time i call for delivery with wrong information and telling lies. They have done false promise to the customer of delivery and repeatedly after sales, committing false promises. In a way they misled me to buy the product with wrong promise, if I would have been aware of the same, I would have never bought the same form them.

                The every rude and don’t care attitude of its employee is another shocking finding and they bluntly say, that whatever you want, you can do now. I have suffered humiliation by them and have suffered mental trauma and torture.

                I am staying with my old parents and young kid and have bought the washing machine so that my old mother will have less physical labour. As I already had the washing machine, but disposed it, so that the new washing machine can be installed in its place, my mother has to undergo a lot of physical pain to wash the clothes by hand.

                Further, I am a chartered accountant and at a high post in a MNC, its against my social status and respect that I don’t have a washing machine and my mother washes the clothes by hand daily. I have suffered the damage to my social status .

                Thus I hold Reliance Digital culprit and expect a minimum of Rs 4 lacs as compensation for the above. Still the whole damage can not be saved as still Its not clear when they will deliver the same bought item to me, so for every further day of delay from today, I will charge them Rs 5, 000 per day of delay.

                I bought hyundai UPS Invertor & Luminous batteries from Reliance digital Retail Limited - Banjara Hills on 5-May-09. Following day the same was delivered to me at my residence, next day on 7-May-09 it was installed and found the faulty, on 8th I got it replaced with Luminous UPS by paying INR 1, 000/- and aign the unit had the same problem. I logged a compliant ref # 50010016 at Tel: 44722222 and waiting for the response from Reliance service team. I'm an NRI came on short leave to Hyderabad, I already lost one week, only two weeks more are left, I would request the company either to replace the faulty unit or rectify the problem, so that I can use the system for the remaining days. Otherwise the purpose of purchase will be defeated and I would prefer obtaining refund, with penalty from Relinace.                 I purchased Samsung LCD TV from Reliance Digital Indirapuran, Ghaziabad, last week, which got delivered the next day as peomised, but one week gone by but no one turned up for installation. They told me not to open the box as its their responsibility to do installation, on calling them they gave me a call ID: [protected] which is still open.

                Reliance Digital Retail Limited — Non Supply of Free Airtel DTH connection along with Samsung LED TV

                I purchased a LED TV in reliance degitals Mangalore. Order Number [protected] it was offered to me a Free Airtel DTH connection aliong with the LED TV. till date Reliance degiatls have not turned back with Connections.


                i called and visited many times they pass the bug on Airtel DTH no one is ready to help me with the connections

                  I have purchased Philips 29'' FLAT TV, from Reliance digital Hyderabad on which they had offer of free Home theater with 5.1 channel speaker. On the display they quoted total MRP of the product was Rs 22, 370/- & their combo offer it cost Rs. 14, 990/-. But the later I realized that they given me product of Total MRP just 20, 979/-. So I felt cheated. Could please look into that. Thanks

                    On[protected], I bought a JABRA bluetooth headset from Reliance Digital, Shipra Mall. However before the buying the product I asked them to check the compatabilty of the same with my Mobile Phone. In lieu of this they commited that this product is compatibel with your Handset and it will do all the related functioning. After buying the product when I tried to pair the headset with my handset it was taking 4-5 times to get it paired and MP3 player was also not supportive, which I had cleraly mentioned to the sales girl at counter.
                    Later the floor supervisor MR. AMBRAISH GHOSH came into picture and he simply put all the blame on me & misbehaved by saying using the words like " SHUT UP", he can't help me, etc. and also having a very Sarcastic smile with his Colleagues. He litterally put all the blame on me and said that I shlud have known about the featues of the JABRA Bluetooth Headset. However I, as layman, should have been told whether the headset is compatible with my headset or not.

                    So What Happened after that, did you get any replacement?
                    Anyways, I am going to Reliance Digital today for Shopping, I will look out for that Ambarish Ghosh, and give him a hard time. For sure, people like him shouldn't be in Customer service related jobs.

                    I bought a window AC 0f 1.5 ton capacity of LG make from Reliance Digital, Shipra Mall, Ghaziabad on 10-07-08. Model No LWA18G2DF1, Serial no of the product is 804NLBC014311. Reliance Digital charged me Rs. 600 for installation. I had asked why they were charging as high as rs. 600 hundred when other dealers are charging only Rs. 250 to Rs. 500 at the most. They told me that installation shall be done under supervision of highly experience technician and quality hassle free installation shall be ensured. The AC was installed at my house no mentioned above on 11-07-08 by. Reliance digital sent only a carpenter to installed the AC, who lacks the even basic knowledge of an electrician, did not follow the instruction given on the manual and could not give any answer to our query about the functions of the said AC. He hurriedly installed the unit and charged me extra Rs. 230 for wire and plug, despite I had already paid Rs. 600 for installation to charges to Reliance Digital. Please look in to it. I am an old customer of LG. The most of house hold appliances in my house are of LG make. I have another AC installed in my house also of LG make. I was bonafide and satisfied LG customer. But this time I had really a bad experience. Looking forward for your care and support.

                    I partially agree with the Complaint above.. Had I read these comments earlier I would have not bought the Digital Home Theater from the store.

                    My story

                    I bought the HT and it was said its price is 10499 and when I went to the billing counter it was 10999..I got shock that how can geant like reliance be so bad at this. Moreover I was promised for the installation of the same in 24 hours and now its 96 hours and no one is responding. When ever I call at the store either no one picks up the call or if they do so then "in few minutes we will call u back". WHEN BACK DUDE? I have not receieved any call till time. I am really shocked and surprised to see this kind of behaviour. Looking fwd for the solution at the earliest.
                    Does anyone from Reliance management is reading these comments/complains and taking any actions.
                    sir i purchased one laptop as well one digital camera worth oof rs 50 thousand, at the TIME sellg of product every body was after me, as soon as made payment, i become a stranger for them.i called them the next day that i am NOT satisfied with camera performance, & i want to change this product.they replied pl come today and get it changed.anyhow i visited the showroom ad met the manager and reqquested him to get camera changed, however i was ready to go higher price.But mr PURI body language as well the behavior towords me was very rude, and he thwown my product on my face and said GET lost.I need the strict action must be taken & OTHER STAFF surroudned me that time. i am also working with HERO HONDA as service manager but never behaved such. My request to you is camera must be changed to higher quality, othervise there is no option left for me to complaint in consumer forum.HOPE U WILL HELP ME TO SOLVE MY PRB . THK

                    I went to reliance digital shipra mall to bye fully automatic top loading washing machine. As they do not have all models only one piece available. Sale representative miss behave and told if you want to bye bye his one other wish go out, also requested cataloger but misbehavior. If reliance do not have all product why dis paled information on network???

                      It was an unfotunate day (18 May 08) when i had visited RELIANCE DIGITAL - GURGAON store, looking for a mobile phone for my wife. The sales attendant some 'sardarji' guided us to buy a Samsung Mobile Model SGH-J600 and assured us if anything goes wrong in 7 Days of purchase phone will be replaced. My bad experience with SAMSUNG started unfortunately on 7th day when my phone refused to start, i went to the showroom, where i found that 'sardarji' was a promotor from SAMSUNG and whatever promises were made by him were FALSE, i had a talk with Customer Relatioship Manager and found that is incompetent enought to handle such issue, she was roaming here and there cluelessly. The best part was my conversation with STORE MANAGER i am sorry he can be easily designated as 'Store Damager' becuase he lacked basic courtesy and did not have any control what his staff/promoter are promosing in the store, he also refused to listen to us and went back to his room without providing any solution. Then i went to Samsung Serivce Centre in Sec-31, GGN. They said it is not possible to give us a DOA now becuase it is now 8th day of my purchase and refused to understand the fact that on Sunday they are closed...The so called Store incharge 'Sushil Sharma' assured that he will try to get my mobile exchanged, its now 8th day and i'm still waiting for his call and my mobile phone.                         I bought a Philips TV on 13 April 2008 from Reliance digital Ghaziabad. When I switched on this TV, some green spots were visible on the right corner screen of the TV. I immediately contacted the Reliance digital, and registered my complaint, to which they replied that within 48 hours an engineer will visit my home and will get my problem fixed. But even after 72 hrs no one visited my home. I regularly followed up. Now its more than 1 month since I m going through this agony. If someone please tell me what to do now, will be very thankfull.

                          Harrowing experience with Reliance Digital, Gurgaon! Buy at your own risk!!

                          I purchased a window AC of Videocon make VWR5244 form Reliance Digital’s outlet at Ambience Mall, Gurgaon on 4th May 2008. Ever since I purchased the AC, I have been facing problems of multiple sorts.

                          I am describing what happen with me

                          On 12th april 08 : i bought a fridge from reliance digital, order number [protected], product LG-FF-265TMG4-LI, cost 14990, agent removed the Demo offer, he mention you just need to open the fridge and plug it on

                          on 13th april : fridge was delivered with delivery Note 80140556, 9:30PM, truck number DLILD5167, they refused to open the fridge as they just deliver it ..
                          i opened the fridge it was damaged from back side ..

                          on 14th april : as i tried to call on 13 but no reply .. i tried it on 14th Reliance digital number[protected]/4472222 .. they always take your numbers and assure we will call you back but never call back .. i hold that for 10 mins and registered the complaints without any proof just as verbal

                          15th april : at 10 PM in night reliance digital engieneer visited, named Vimal, [protected], accepted this fridge need to replaced .. and took my signed and left

                          16th april :no follow up from reliance .. i called up again .. they mentioned, they will open a call log with LG, manufacturer, LG open a request N8C41507947, after so many request with reliance called up 10 times, talkied to so many agents named Mona, monika, pooja .. and supervisor Naresh, Ravindra ([protected])

                          17th april : LG engineer visited and confirmed this should be replaced .. now Reliance and LG both confirmed it will be replaced and LG will give the replacement .. Arun Rawat from LG (ASI) [protected] and ravindra confirmed about replacement ..

                          Arun asked me for 2-3 days time for logistic and confirmations of delivery ..

                          18 - 22 april : no follow from reliance and LG ..

                          no one called up, no replacement assurance

                          23 april : i followed up again with Reliance and LG .. then they told there was some confusion now its cleared and LG will give the replacement with in 1-2 days ..

                          24 -26 april : i called many guys, 15 times LG service center, 10 times reliance service center, 20 times Mr arun rawat asi LG, 5-6 times Ravindra TL reliance .. LG ware house mr Joshi [protected], truck driver from LG Sudesh [protected],

                          other complaint number from LG : N8C42510136, N8C42510333

                          till now My fridge is not replaced .. I fed up with service provided by reliance ..

                            I purchased Videocon Air-conditioner from Reliance Digital Store at Shipra Mall on 19/04/2008 and I am constantly suffering from that day. The first blow was that it was delivered to me right at 01:00 AM on 20/04/2008. The delivery personnel just rang the bell while we all in the house were in deep sleep. But this was not the end, it was just the beginning of the sleep-less nights which were about to come.

                            The next day, The Installation staff came and installed the air-conditioner in my room. When they switched it on to take the trial, it started making noise even more than a dessert cooler. They tried to insert various foam pieces and tried other things but could not eliminate or reduce the noise. Ultimately they went promising that tomorrow they will send some expert to resolve the problem.

                            Nobody came the next day; I tried to call the Reliance staff but could not get any response. Then I called Shri Bharat Nagpal, In-charge of the service division at Noida sector 63 offices. He promised me to send some expert engineer on next day. On Tuesday, 22April, 2008 an engineer named Mr Ravi came. He inspected the air-conditioner and said that this problem can not be solved by adjustments, hence the AC requires replacement. He promised me that it will be replaced by Thursday, 24 April 2008.

                            I contacted Shri Anuj over the phone at the service center on Wednesday to enquire about the replacement. He said that an engineer from Videocon will visit and give the report about the problem then only it will be replaced. Meanwhile I and my family were not able to sleep properly in bedroom because of the heavy noise which AC made, if I chose to run it or the scorching heat, if I chose to switch it off. I requested Mr Anuj to do whatever is needed to resolve the matter at the earliest so that I could get relief from sleepless nights and incessant follow-ups during daytime.

                            Videocon engineer and Reliance engineer again visited my house to inspect the AC on Thursday, 24 April, 2008. Videocon Engineer also tried his best to eliminate the noise in presence of Reliance engineer, but could not solve the problem and went away. Reliance Engineer Mr Kuldeep said that the AC needs replacement and he will try to get it replaced by today itself. He again talked to Mr Anuj and briefed him about the problem requesting him to replace it. Mr Anuj said that he is unable to do anything until he receives official report from Videocon. This upset me so much that I immediately rushed to the office of Reliance digital at A-175 Sector 63, Noida. I wanted to meet the service head to resolve my problem. It was conveyed to me that he is on leave but I can meet Mr Anuj. I met him and again requested him to get my AC replaced at the earliest to end my sleepless nights. Mr Anuj asked me to wait for some time and he contacted Service Head of the region and briefed him about the problem. He arranged the telephonic talk of the regional service head with me, who promised me to replace and install another AC by Friday, 25 April 2008.

                            On Friday, 25 April, 2008 when I enquired from Mr Anuj about the status of AC delivery, he said he will revert back soon to me to apprise me of the developments. Despite the assurance by all the personnel at Reliance Noida, the fact of the matter remains that, I am still suffering and my airconditioner has neither been replaced nor ractified

The next day, the Installation staff came and installed the air-conditioner without satisfying our requirements. After that within two weeks the drain pipe attached to the A/C was dropped down. We had given the complaints to your customer service section vide the complaint no. 80027 (Godrej) and 80133 (Hitachi) dated on 21.04.2008 and reminded them on 02.05.2008. But in spite of the assurance by all the personnels at Reliance Noida, the fact of the matter remains not rectified. We are not expecting such neglectful service from such an esteemed service providers like yours. So You are request to do the needful to rectify our problem.

                            i bought canon camera from reliance digital noida shipra mall on 'feb 2 2009' 3 month before and the uniross bettery charger is given with that with 1 year warrenty. On second day only it stop functioning and i get to reliance store for the problem. they had taken that and giv me the receipt compalin slip and a time to collect. now its 3 month after and i had visited more then 10 times to there store and always same reply towait .                             I purchased an USHA LEXUS cooler on 24th May 2009.
                            The cooler was delivered at my flat on 25th May 2009, 9:00 to 9:15 PM.
                            When i opened the box, there was a scratch on the front side of the water tank of cooler.
                            On 26th June i registered a complaint for the same.
                            Now the game of follow-ups with these bloody people started, finally after more than 15 days regular follow-ups, technician from this group came to my flat.
                            He noticed the scratch and told me that i've delayed.
                            After his this statement, i explained him the whole story. Then he told me that Sir, you have to fight, otherwise these bloody people will not take any action. (Exactly this was his statement by words)
                            Now the things happned, just lilke what the techinician has already told to me.
                            They told me that they have to take a photo of the scratch for proof.
                            Again their technician and photographer visited to my flat after regular follow-ups.
                            Now finally what these [censored] people says that, the scratch is made by you only and we are not respponisible for the same. If you can prove, just do it.

                            I had also visited Reliance Digital. The experience is really bad. I had purchased 5 Datamini pcs from the shop on 2nd october and made all the payments upfront.The delivery was scheduled in next 1-2 days which got delayed & eventually landed after 4 days. All the pcs delivered were faulty. 2 pcs are used one . Till today one pcs has not yet been delivered to me. I had repeatedly gone & requested but they do not respond.
                            Yesterday eveining i went to shop & i asked who is your incharge or boss i want to speake to him . No one was ready to answer then one of the sales / ResQ person "They arrogantly replied Mukesh Ambani". I said i want to speake to the person call him or connect him. They were speach less like dumbs. Finally they did not allowed me to speake to any concerned person.
                            Then I asked them i want to register complaint . The so called store manager proudly replied they do not have process of regitering the consumers complaints. If any one wants he can write in a 100 pgs book kept there. I registered the complaint & asked them for acknoledgment. The store manager, the sales persons started saying they do not have authority to give any acknowledgement & it is also not in there process.Me & my father were requesting them to give me axerox of the complaint & a sign atleast which was also not taken care . After a long verbal exchanges, verbally the so called store manager ( Deepak/Sandeep/ ...) said that he has spoken to seniors and arranged the amount for refund which will be delivered to my credit card next day Till 4.30 pm on 26/10/2009 i have not yet received the amount. Now i have a feeling they all are cheats.
                            During this 2-2.5 hrs in the shop i saw atleast 5-6 more customers facing similar type of problems.
                            They also felt cheated & disgusted.

                            I will not beg for help because i know they do not have process to help the consumers & register their complaints.

But my friend purcahased that model ac at this same store only Rs.24600.00 with free of fixing clamp worth Rs.750.00 on24.04.2010.                             LEAKAGE IN CROMPTON GEYSER
                            I had purchased Crompton Water Heater(ISI Marked) from Crompton dealer Reliance store in Ambi mall, gurgaon in September 2010 for domestic use. Now, I have faced problems in this geyser and have been complaining to their service center about the same. The major problem faced is leakage from the metal tank. I had registered a complaint with their service center on 25/7/2011 with reference no. [protected] but to my surprise till date none of their service personnel have bothered to even visit my place. I get a similar response from the service center that due to unavailability of replacement tanks they cannot visit us. I am really shocked that a company of your stature cannot arrange a replacement tank or even attend my complaint after 1 months of complaining. Their dealer & service center seems to be incompetent to handle the situation. I have thus thought of bringing all this to your notice.

                            I hope that my complaint shall now be addressed seriously.

                              I Booked for a new Symphony Air Cooler from Reliance Digital Bangalore. They delivered an old piece. I have registered a compliant with them today and they say they need someone to come over there to create a report before any replacement and they cannot assure when I can get a replacement. I am very disappointed with their service. I will demand for a refund if the issue is not resolved tomorrow.

                              Yes I too have a bad experience with Reliance digital > i bought one LG washing machine & one Seimens dishwaasher.They have still not installed my dishwasher, ultimately I had to call the seimens technician to get it installed.
                              There customer service is pathetic .They dont have any consumables or accessoried for the product.
                              In my opinion no one should go to Reliance digital, its a bad bargain.
                              I too Booked for a new Symphony Air Cooler from Reliance Digital Hyderabad. They delivered an old piece.                               Since one week troubling alot my baby health also spoiled during this summer no body is responding waste of my valuble time and health.I paid Rs.5600 againest the delivery of Symphony Sumo Jr. Air Cooler bought at Reliance Digital Banjara Hills Hyderabad.

                              They are cheating public selling duplicate products we need to be complaint the National consumer forum about this subject.
                              Even i had a painful experience with reliance digital, banjara hills, hyderabad show room.

                              I had purchased IFB washing Machine and the following problems i faced:

                              1) delayed delivery by 2 days then promised.
                              2) Assured me rescue team assistance in case of need for 2 yrs but when i had some complaint ... no one even bothered to address my complaint.
                              3) very rude behaivour of the staff.

                                Hello,

                                Sub : Service Issue & False Commitment by whole staff of Reliancedigital, Vashi

                                On Saturday 5th April, 2008 I visited Reliance Digital @ Vashi. With kind of representation and information given by representative Mr. Jaison I was impressed and decided to buy two ACs from Vashi.

                                On Sunday, I went into shop again & place Order (Order No. [protected]) for Two AC, from Order Placement till date I got only sufferings and false commitments and nothing else. Order Process / Bill Generation & Payment has taken almost one and half hour & kind of guf[censored]p Cashier & sales person are making I got flavor of what kind of service I was going to get.

                                While placing Order, I specifically told that I am not in hurry & delivery can be made up to 10th April, 08. But sales person on that day were so excited that they confirmed he will arrange for one Person, who will come to home on Monday 7th April & start with modification if required.

                                Monday - Instead of person coming for modification, I got delivery of One AC & upon enquiry I found that it was a Short shipment. We were informed that the delivery incharge is Mr. Gopal and must have made some mistake while loading. Also to our surprise the delivery challan Quantity is showing 1 and the value shown is for 2 acs. So I called up @ Vashi & enquired about short shipment. Representative informed me that there is no AC in Stock. Now with One and Half hour of standing in front of bill desk, I have studied your system and quite confident that without stock in hand your system is not generating Order.

                                Tuesday - I called up Jaison & asked him about this goo[censored]p, he then given line to Mr. Manoj (who was incharge for arranging the technicians for installation and demos) who replied that there was shortage in Actual and system was showing excess AC so invoice gets generated. I asked him arrange for 2nd AC delivery or Cancel the order. Fifteen minutes later he called me and informed that every thing is in Place and AC will be at my doors on Wednesday. Meanwhile he (Mr. Jaison) has sent technician for 1st AC installation. Mr. Jaison has never informed us that the persons will be from his own source and made a scene that the carpenters are from Reliance. At the end we also came to know that person sent for modification were not from Reliance but are local vendors arranged by Mr. Jaison in his own interest. On knowing this we have objected their opening of the Packing of the ACs. On our objection they called Mr. Jaison & Manoj and then Jaison told my brother that there will not be any issue and these persons are very good at installation work and they will take care of everything. So my question to you is what technicians of Relaincedigital will be doing when everything is to be done by the outside peoples at our extra cost?
                                Upon opening package they found there was no remote in Box & on installation found that AC is vibrating much more than expected. From records and as confirmed by Mr. Manoj there was a call for our ACs on Tuesday (8th Apr, 08) for which no one has turned up to clarify the above things.

                                Wednesday – I received a call from [protected] and person confirmed to my brother that Technician has left Vashi with AC & he will be at my residence upto 4:30pm. No one turned up so my brother again called up at 5.30 on the above number & that time the person replied that there was delay and he is leaving Vashi and will be at Dombivali by 7.30 PM. Since no one came by 8.30, I called him on cell no as above, but found that cell was Switched Off.

                                Thursday – Fed up with all this I called Reliance Digital Vashi office & asked for Store In charge for which Receptionist reluctant to transfer & gave line to Mr. Dixit (Claimed him self as Team Leader). I explained him every thing, he asked for 10 mins time & promised to come back. He called me back ( Tel No.[protected] at 11:45 am saying 100% delivery will happen before 7:00pm on the same day with proper installation and problem solving of first Ac and confirmed that he has already handed over AC & Remote to technician.

                                • Now my question is if AC's have left Vashi on Wednesday & Thursday for Dombivali then where it went?

                                • Are we fools, waiting for AC's and not going elsewhere?

                                • Is every body in RELIANCE DIGITAL work on false commitment? Is this a very common feature of yours or you select your customer on lottery system to get sufferings?

                                Once I lost money in Reliance Petroleum & now I lost FAITH in Reliance Digital.

                                For rest of my life, I will make sure that I will avoid every thing which is related to Reliance & also give this example to others regarding your so called commitment.

                                I am facing a similar problem with Reliance Digital after purchasing a refrigerator with them on 8th April. I have decided never to buy any product from them. False commitments and lack of after sales support. They are a complete burglers i would say.
                                Even i also agree to this.. I also bought a product from relaince and was promised that it will be delivered within 5 days but recieved it only after a month of followup and that too the delivery happened at 12.30 am in the night. The excuse given for late delivery and such odd time was there was no stocks available and when it was available i was given a priority and that is the reason got it delivered as soon as they have recived it. Anyone who believes this, Plz reply.. Atleast i didnt!!!

                                i have purchased a inverter with battery (Luminous) from realiance retail ltd. last year. now there are battery backup of luminous battery is not comfertable and i made many complainst for that but they visit two or three times but not solve my problem. my battery in warranty period. and complaint no. 91172, 94540, 97315, 101907, CMP[protected], CMP[protected]. every time give me a complaint no.from luminous customer care department. i am not satisfing about luminous inverter & battery.
                                I have a similar experience ...bought an AC from Reliance Digital Gurgaon store ...its been more than a week not intalled yet... it was better installations were handled by respective companies...Vinod Nair
                                I'm facing similar issues with a Hitachi A/C I bought from their showroom in Shipra Mall, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad. The complaint number was 89507 dated 12-May-2008, and they haven't been able to close it yet. It looks like their single-point agenda is to somehow manage to get it past the warranty period. Its about time this company is rechristened 'Unreliance'.
                                It seems that the policy of Reliance is "trouble customers".

                                Unfortunately, I too had the "mis"fortune of buying a Hitachi split AC from Reliance Digital at Hyderabad on 14th May 2008.

                                The installation guys (local sub-contracted guys) landed up before the AC was delivered. As we had some electrical work to be done by us, we had earlier co-ordinated the installation and electrical guys to come at the same time. My electrical person landed at the appointed time, but the installation guy refused to come. Reason - he had already come in the morning and so now cannot come for 2 days. The AC was bought at Reliance. The installation was supposed to be carried out by them for which we had paid the necessary charges with the AC. Is it our fault that they land up before schedule when the AC itself is not delivered? Well. After a lot of arguments, the guys come and fix it up. The work gets over late in the night.

                                Next day when we check the installation, we find that the outdoor unit is placed on the floor without the rubber bushings. Clearly this means the the bottom sheet will rust within a few days of the first rains. The hole they made in the wall was so big that after installation, a person could still put his hands through it. They did not bother to fill it up. Some more arguments, compalints, visits to their store and a few days later, it is sorted out.

                                The very next day we find that the cooling is not as it should be and ice is forming in the indoor unit resulting in water dripping all over us. We lodged a complaint which was to be attended to within 24 hours. There was no response from them for over 2 days.

                                We made at least 20 calls to them, went to their store at least 5 times, spoke to their Branch manager a couple of times and also had to speak to their Zonal Manager at Bangalore. Finally it was rectified after all these efforts the next day.

                                Since the last 2 days we are once again facing problem of water dripping from the indoor unit and lodged a complaint. It is more than 4 days but the problem has still not been attended to.

                                It seems that they are not at all equipped to carry out After sales.

                                The reasons we have got from them are:

                                We dont have refrigerant gas.
                                We dont have "instrument". (What do they mean?)
                                We will come tomorrow. (Which never comes)

                                Reliance is not but "ABSOLUTELY UN-RELIABLE"
                                I so completely agree with all this. As a consumer I have decided that come what may and how much reliance and ICICI shares profit I never have and never will use any service from Reliance or ICICI, never buy their stuff and never invest in their company. It is a matter of ethics. even if you say all companies do that, these companies take the cake for no ethics and how they treat consumers is for all to see. I think everyone should do this and teach these companies a good lesson
                                i bought an LG washing machine from reliance digital retail ltd. shipra mall indirapuram on 12th aug'08 from Ms. Vaishali..there was an offer with the purchase of getting a free vacuum cleaner..but as per the staff it was out of stock..they wrote "vacuum cleaner pending" on the back side of the bill and asked us to recheck within a day or two..since then we have visited them several times and the excuse is still the same..they don't even talk properly when we visit them..and the calls that are made are never answered or excuses are given as always...and the most remarkable thing is that since that day Ms. Vaishali is also on an off because everytime we call or visit them, we are told that Vaishali is on leave today..who asked them to give an offer when there is no stock available..??? and as you all can see such dedicated staff they have...we do not trust reliance digital retail limited at all now and will tell the same to all people we come across..we begin from here!!

                                We at CHCL.Lko are using almost 50 to 60 Split and Window A/c from your esteemed house which we had purchased in the year 2006. After about six months the machines started facing some problems with the compressor and PCB Switch due to which many of the units were not working upto its mark. We had registered the complain but received very few service that to till the expiry of the warrenty period.Now it is sept 2008 and till date our 1 unit od 1 Ton split is out of order due to faliure of PCB switch and 2 units of 1.5Ton and 1 unit of 1 Ton due to non availbility of compressor. Sir we being in the Health sector cannot afford to loose even a single customer due to this.You are requested to look in the matter and do the needful at your earliest.Thanks

                                I am fully agee with all above complaints, I have also gone through same situation, not with Reliance but with others, I think all do the same thing, It should be blamed to company or brand manufacturer, they should have process in place to select the delear based on performance rating.Ultimately their brand is getting affected due to such poor services.
                                I also purchased BIG TV from Reliance, Initially they told me that there will be 106 channels and told me there except Zee TV, There will be all the channels available.


                                After 1 month of installation i came to know that no channel is coming except Dordarsan and star plus.

                                I really hate Reliance, and the way their baniyagiri works.


                                Airtel is always reliable and second is TATA.

                                I am writing this because I am suffering from a worst service being offered to me by LG after sales. I logged several incidents wherein to reach at no result.

                                Its been since January till now that I have not received any satisfactory results from LG’s poor service and assurance. Here is the briefing of references that I logged with LG to rectify the problems in my TV – but they were not rectified.


                                N9C13101782 – Logged this case on 31st Jan’09. Engineer visited my home, replaced the part and after 5-10 minutes (in front of the engineer itself, the TV went down). The engineer inspected it again and told me to log another complaint as he found that another part got faulty.

                                I have to log another request with LG for this –

                                N9C20100530 – Logged this case on 1st Feb’09. Engineer visited my home, replaced the part and got the case closed.

                                After he replaced the part, the TV’s clarity was not up to the mark. The horizontal lines in bunch of 4-5 could be easily visible dropping from top to bottom.

                                N9C20102351 – Logged another case (3rd) for the clarity. Engineer visited my home and told me that my set top box is having some kind of problem and need to be diagnosed. After that he got the call closed from customer care.

                                After that I called up engineer on his cell to visit my home again to check what the problem is. He then inspected the TV by plugging a DVD player and found that there is some issue with its clarity. He told me that the IC is faulty and needs a replacement.

                                He told me that he will come the next day and will replace the faulty IC so as to rectify the clarity issue but he didn’t turn up.

                                I followed up from the LG service center and then they told me to get another case logged with the customer care so that the TV can be inspected by a senior engineer.

                                N9C22400291 – I then logged this case on 24th Feb’09 after which 2 engineers visited my home. There was one senior engineer informed me that the TV needs a thorough inspection and needs to be taken to the service center.

                                The TV was sent to the service center the next day. The driver and his colleague who came to collect the TV set didn’t even cover in the box with cushions and taken it by keeping it at the backside of the truck.

                                One more day passed and the senior engineer from LG service center called me up to observe the TV as he found it to be running fine. I went to the service center and found that the TV was running fine but I also found that there are some more functions that have been added (like AV1, AV2, and AV3, component, etc).

                                The engineer then sent the TV back to my home stating that its working fine now.

                                But when I turned it on, I found that the TV’s AV2 wasn’t working and also the speakers are making extra noise which can be heard easily while watching the set. The problems inside the set start growing like anything.

                                I called up the customer care again in order to escalate the things and received several phone calls that the case will be looked upon on higher priority. They themselves logged another case # N9C30504310 because the earlier cases were closed without my consent that my TV set is working fine.

                                After 2 days the engineer came with a part (main IC) and replaced it. Even then the TV’s problem was not resolved.

                                He then took the TV again to the service center on 5th Mar’09. I haven’t received my TV back at home till yet. The small truck driver and his colleague again didn’t cover the TV set in a protective box and kept it by simply covering it by a cloth and kept it at the back side in his truck by tying it with a rope!

                                I don’t know what would have happened to my TV set in those roads of Gurgaon?????

                                Since then I have given assurance that my TV will be sent back to my home the other day or they will call me up to tell me the status. They even stopped receiving my phone calls and many a times somebody else pick up the mobile phones stating that the intended person is not here and a message can be passed though. I left a couple of messages to the supervisor with no results.

                                Here are the details of the Job sheet which LG service center sent to me –

                                I totally agree with all the complaints and hopesomone senior at the organisation looks at it . i had purched a 1 Ton split AC of Voltas for which is the 1st free service is due . i got a call from Relaince Digital informing that the technician would turn up on the 13th March 09 . no one has visited so far and not sure when this will be done .

                                with this kind of service i would not buy anything further from RD and would recomend all not to buy .

                                I tried to call the customercare number - its says this number is discontinued.
                                I paid 4000 to 5000rs for protection plan..were there is no customer care number given. So, basically reliance is out to sell product and fool customer.
                                Beware of such brands who are big and big at cheating customers.
                                I bought a Samsung LCD on August 15, 2009. They said the installation would be done the next day. Though I got the LCD, the installation is still pending.

                                i have purchased samsung 32" LCD & sony home theatre system on 26 sept-09. salesman told me about Dashera offer that i could get a complementary gift of gold jewelery from GITANJALI, worth Rs. 9000/- on purchase above 25000/- and my amount was above that, when inquired he told me i will get it in next 2 days as it was not available that time. after that i visited the shop twice & i could manage it in 3 rd trip. when i saw the gift i was surprised to see that a gold chain was hardly worth of Rs 1500/- of 9 carat gold (i found the cost from my nearest jeweler). then i again visited the shop asking the clarification as i was clearly cheated in the name of complementary gift. surprisingly attendant told me that it was a complementary gift & for that you have to follow it from GITANJALI. i made it clear to him that the offer was from your side & not from the GITANJALI & at the time of purchase salesperson clearly told me the amount of complementary gift.                                 I have purchased Videocon flat screen 29’ Tv on 15/10/2009 at 1:44 PM from Dr.A.S.Rao Nagar Reliance Digital Stores. As promised by them they have delivered it by evening (Just dumped it and said technical person would be coming and explaining the functioning) at 6:30 PM. I waited for them but no response, so called the service desk, they said u can start using it if any doubt they would send some one to attend the problem.. As on today 22/10/2009 no response from them.. would like to know is this service they provide to the customers. I even tried to contact the number which was given in the booklet but it’s a WRONG number and the person who lifted the phone was very RUDE.. if this was the case then why did the print the numbers on the booklet…?.

                                One more problem when I turned on the Tv for the first time there are some pink spots appearing on the left side of the screen which gradually move towards right side bottom. After some time they disappear.. is this the starting problem would like to KNOW…?

                                If any one is really looking into customer feedback. It is the right time to solve these issues becoz ur business is doing well if not they you would be loosing your customers at regular intervals

                                I have purchased a Nikon P90 Camera from your Store on 24/10/2009. I noticed some problem in that the picture quality is not proper as compared to some low range Digi camera's. I have paid Rs.27000/- for this product and your customer service people don’t have respect to talk to the customers. With in two days of time I brought the product for replacement and the Store people are saying that once the product is sold we are not responsible for any fault the company and the brand is responsible is it ture. It So I will also write this mail to Nikon saying that your store say this.

                                You dont even have a person with the product knowledge no one to take responsibility of the customers. I have been shown all fake qualities by you sales person and now when I am showing him the problem he agree with the problem but he is not ready to replace.

                                Is this the way your store deals with customers. I feel you have to take stronge steps on this issues.

                                I can see so many complaints up here. What are the store people doing.

                                I need a proper response on this issue and I request you to please look into this matter as soon as you can. I am not asking my money back I am asking for the replacement of the product because I have brought this product just 2 days back.

                                Videocon Flat Screen TV — Out of Order

                                As this complain is very old but I would like to share how the big companys sell there products and service assurance is ZERO.

                                I am having Videocon Flat Screen TV. It stopped working and I booked a complaint in the 24X7 compalin service centre in early morning. I was informed within 48hours they will resolve my complain.

                                Next day I am calling to inquire, is anybody visiting me today for TV repair, as due to busy office schedule we may not be home. A engineer was given my call and he should be home anytime between 10 to 7. My wife took a day off and was at home waiting for him. NOBODY TURNED UP.

                                Next day I followed up again and same answer and same thing happened. As my wife had to take 2 days off just for repair and was waste of time as nobody turned up to repair. I got frustrated as it was saturday and somehow managed to get the number of Complain Manager. I spoke to him and discussed the matter how hilarious last 3 days were. He replied confidently, Within 2 hours there should be a engineer to repair your TV. As the engineer was not there but I received a call from the office, the engineer had called up and siad he is sick, so he will be able to repair the TV on Monday.

                                I asked him to cancel my complain and next day morning I got my TV repair from
                                a shop. AT LAST FROM THIS EXPERIENCE I FELT, COMPANIES ARE HERE TO SELL THE PRODUCTS BUT THEY DON'T BELIVE IN PROVIDING SERVICE.
                                Unfortunately I purchased a LCD TV from Reliance Digital shop, Ambience Mall on 31st March 2010. The day I purcahsed the TV, I was told that it will be installed by 11am next day. The product was delivered on 1st April at 9pm . On 2nd April, after repeated call to Reliance digital, somebody came to install the V . It could not be installed as the set ws having some probelm. With repeated verifications, I was told to change the set to another one. I went to the Reliance Digital on 2nd night and change to another TV. Again at the time of purchase, I was told that it will be delivered next day and installation will be done at the same time. TV was delivered at 5pm on3rd April 2010.I checked with Reliance digital for installation. With 100 phone calls to Reliance Digital, I was told around 10pm night that TV will be installed by 11 am on 4th. Today is 4th April and I ahve been waiting for the installation.

                                This is how a big company like Reliance deal with the customer. It is totally unfortunate and I urge Reliance senior officials to read this mail and do corrective measures. I am also going to lodge a Complain in consumer forum.
                                Very true... I purchased a Samsung Refrigerator (FF 230 lt- RT24BDMS1) Sales Order no.[protected] from Reliance Digital, Shipra Mall, Ghaziabad on 27th July 2010. They delivered me the refrigerator the very next day with a broken coolant box (a part of the freezer) with coolant fluid dripping inside & outside the refrigerator. We continuously asked the customer care to replace the refrigerator for three days. They always said that they will ask & revert on this but they never called back. Also, their response was mostly rude & pathetic. On 31st July 2010 we had to go to the outlet again to ask them to replace the refrigerator. It was replaced finally and delivered with a promise that it would be installed the very same day if it's not RAINING outside. Then someone from the servicing department called again on 31st evening saying SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE but we cannot install the refrigerator today and someone from department will visit you tomorrow & install it between 10:30 AM - 11:00 AM. I've been calling them since then... but no response again.
                                It's very irritating that after buying the refrigerator 4 days ago, I'm not able to use it. Reliance being a big industrial house are living under a delusion that they would continue to grow by providing such a pathetic, rude after sale service. From my bitter experiences this time, I have resolved not to buy anything from reliance digital world again & would suggest you all not to buy anything from the outlet as well.

                                I have brought Whirlpool Refrigertor dated-13.5.2011 from Reliance Digital store. there is a dent inside the body of the Refrigetor. I have called several time to the store employee but no one turned up regarding the issue.Even some of the employee behaviour in the phone was very very bad.
                                Its effect the Reliance Digital Retail name aswell as Whirlpool brand name.

                                This is really point of contention that Reliance Digital fails to Deliver my Refrigerator booked on Friday 20th January 2012 at around 3 PM even after 72 Hours. Its more than 72 Hrs and as discussed with Sh. Varun it will take another 24 Hrs for dispatch.

                                In total RELIANCE DIGITAL is taking 96 Hrs (or may be more) to deliver a Refrigerator.

                                Chronology goes like this:-

                                1. Refrigerator booked in person at Reliance Digital Store on 20th Jan 2012, with condition that small vehicle shall ferry the refrigerator to my home (because of Approach) & after 5 PM (as I worked from Mon to Sat in Gurgaon).                                 2. On Saturday 21st Jan 2012, the Despatch person ( his mobile number : [protected]) called me at around 2:30 PM and confirmed for address for delivery. I told him to deliver at 5 PM (I was in office at that time). He rudely denied to deliver after 5:00 PM and told me to deliver on Next Day (Sunday 22nd Jan 2012). I agreed.


                                3. On Sunday 22nd Jan 2012, when I called up Reliance Digital Store at around 5:30 PM & asked for Refrigerator dispatch, they denied the delivery and replied very rudely that today is Sunday & we do not deliver on Sunday. I was fumed. This was disgusting.

                                4. Today on 23rd Jan 2012, When I called up Reliance Store (0124 – 4029099) again at around 4:15 PM. Sh. Varun in again giving me n numbers of excuse for not delivering it today. I am really frustrated. This is height of INCOMPETENCY.

                                If you people cannot run a store, better it shall shut down. Your store cant cater a single customer for Refrigerator I am afraid how this handles n numbers of customers. I am really sorry for this kind of treatment.

                                If I could have the contact numbers of People who can take up this matter and resolve my trauma by punishing the Store & Warehouse Manager.

                                I don’t know how people are managing the store, You do not have the Control over the Warehouse people.

                                I purchased a led tv of LG brand from Reliance Digital Vashi product code - 26VL2130, sales order no[protected], P.O.S. reciept no- [protected], delivery note no[protected]. It was booked on 4th with full payment and the delivery was told will be done the next day along with the demo. But, after calling them about a dozen times they told us that it won't be done as it was a sunday. The next day the delivery guy came around 9:30 P.M. and dumped the TV. He said that we were not supposed to open the TV on our own as the person responsible for the demo had not come because if anything is faulty they won't be responsible and won't replace it either as it will be considered our fault. We are waiting from the past 3 days for the demo person to come and he hasn't shown up yet.Their assurance remains the same every time we call which is "He will surely come tomorrow. Please co-operate." If this further continues i'll have to go to the consumer forum.

                                very bad experience, it took 20 minutes to buy 5 products & it took 55 minutes to exchange only 2 products with size change. That too very unsatisfactory. I think your staff are not at all concirn with the valuable time of customers & would like to appreciate your operations team & training department at head office, especially your cluster head for grooming such good staff.

                                I wont understand that company had introduced the latest pos for simplifying process or complicating. Coz staff dont know to handle it n how to approach customer. Specially that csd girl meena salave who switched counters five times for the transaction bet'n csd & pos, that too the csd is at the one end & the cash counter is at the other end

                                even i have been an assistant manager operations in trent i.E, westside & i m aware of all the process of the rertail. I m still in retail with 12 years of experience working in sales/operations/vm/training/buying & planning.

                                  On 29-Dec-2007, my wife and I recently visited Reliance Digital on Cunningham Road Bangalore, to purchase a LCD Television. We decided to buy a LG 32’’ (model: 32LC4R; offered price: 43,990/-) on part payment and were taken to the finance department to acquire the details of the payment.

                                  We were told that we had to pay the EMIs through post-dated cheques and this option (i.e. Reliance Finance) involves a cost of 1250/- as ‘processing fee’. We enquired about the ECS option but were told that it is not functional yet.

                                  On 31-Dec-2007 (the ‘spot finance’ advertisement is definitely misleading, because this procedure takes its own time), after we received a call stating that the loan has been approved, we went with the required documents (photo ID proof, address proof etc) to make the payment. This is where the misery began – This ordeal took 5 hours!

                                  -- The finance department had apparently not disclosed to us all the available options of payment. We were not told about the ‘credit card – EMI’ option. We overheard the details of this option while it was being explained to another customer. If the payment is made through credit card, the interest would amount to Rs 800/-, which is less, compared to the Reliance Finance processing fee. On questioning, the finance staff told us that the ‘credit card- EMI’ option was launched on just that day while their ‘senior’ staff contradicts this by saying that it was available since 3 days! Why were we not given all the facts to make an informed choice? We needn’t have to make a second trip with the documents, had we known that we could pay through credit card.
                                  -- However, we decided to pay through credit card. The finance staff now takes a photocopy of both sides of the credit card and claims that it is ‘their procedure’. Isn’t it a known fact that the Verification Value Code (CVV number) printed behind a credit card is a confidential number and is an anti-fraud measure? Why do you have ignorant and untrained staff dealing with grave responsibilities (such as finance) here? We soon had another staff member contradicting his peer stating that the photocopy was not required. What if the CVV numbers were acquired from other naïve customers?
                                  -- The credit card swiping instrument went conked. We were with a variety of disinterested individuals, who lacked seriousness and commitment in what they were doing - They wasted 2 hours of our time trying to get the credit card swiping machine work and it didn’t, eventually. Does the mega store have no fix or alternative in such situations?
                                  -- Finally, we paid through post-dated cheques and had the additional charges[protected] waived off after enough argument. Why should a customer be taxed for the store’s mismanagement, failure, and inadequacy?
                                  -- We were told that we need to pay (during installation) for the clamps/brackets that are required for mounting the TV. They told us that the Reliance personnel would bring the required material for mounting the TV and that would cost us an additional 1500! We were skeptical about this, and on the next day found out from the LG corporate sales office that the brackets come along with the TV as accessories. This is also documented in the product manual that is available on LG’s website. On speaking with Reliance, we were told that there was a ‘small’ miscommunication. We wouldn’t be surprised if they would make us pay for that too, eventually!
                                  -- To add to that, the staff is rude, irritatingly incompetent, and an infuriatingly unhelpful bunch. Even the seniors were not helpful. There is absolutely no co-ordination among the staff and each one misleads the customer. The place is a chaotic enterprise managed by un-resourceful personnel.
                                  Shopping at Reliance Digital was a disgusting, trying, and draining experience. We wasted 5 hours on New Year’s Eve dealing with this nuisance and it has definitely left us bitter. We are expecting the product today – after all the torture and struggle.

                                  We do not rely on Reliance for any post sale service after getting a taste of the pre sale service. Reliance Digital has attempted to dupe us and has tortured us!

                                  I am highly dissatisfied with the kind of service and support I have got from Reliance Digital in Shipra Mall Indirapuram Ghaziabad. I have purchased a 1.5 Tn Carrier Split AC and after spending 35000/- for the product, what I have got is incomplete unit without the installation kit. I had to waste whole of my day for getting the installation kit and still I had to return empty handed to home. Is this what Reliance is all about?

                                  I missed out an important meeting which I had in my office just waiting at the store for the customer support executive to tell me at the end of the day that Sir we cannot do anything today, we will get the things done tomorrow...even the store manager was not present in the store

                                  I doubt that I will get any good service in future as well and also I was planning to invest in Reliance Mutual fund, but I now think that I have to change my mind for that.

                                  Reliance Digital - Carrier AC — Non-responsiveness of staff

                                  Hi, I bought a Carieer AC from Reliance Digital (from Shipra Mall, Noida) on 30-Apr-08. They mentioned that ac installation will be completed within 2 working days. The installation is still pending and moreover no one pciks up the phone on the given numbers (provided by Sales person at Reliance India, Shipra). This is annoying as even after paying so much of money, my whole family is still suffering from this hot temperature. I hope that someone listens to it and resolve the problem.

                                  I bought a window AC 0f 1.5 ton capacity of LG make from Reliance Digital, Shipra Mall, Ghaziabad on 10-07-08. Model No LWA18G2DF1, Serial no of the product is 804NLBC014311. Reliance Digital charged me Rs. 600 for installation. I had asked why they were charging as high as rs. 600 hundred when other dealers are charging only Rs. 250 to Rs. 500 at the most. They told me that installation shall be done under supervision of highly experience technician and quality hassle free installation shall be ensured. The AC was installed at my house no mentioned above on 11-07-08 by. Reliance digital sent only a carpenter to installed the AC, who lacks the even basic knowledge of an electrician, did not follow the instruction given on the manual and could not give any answer to our query about the functions of the said AC. He hurriedly installed the unit and charged me extra Rs. 230 for wire and plug, despite I had already paid Rs. 600 for installation to charges to Reliance Digital. I have contacted officils of Reliance digital, but they are collous and not willing to co-operate.

                                  i recently went to a reliance digital store located at the ambience mall in gurgaon. it was not a pleasant experience at all.

                                  staff mismanagement was clearly evident, serious lack of information was there, lack of professional attitude, lack of training, lack of infrastructure even i would say.
                                  (there is jumbo electronics outlet on the same floor as of reliance, where you can see and feel the difference)

                                  i've worked in uk for PCWORLD, a computer superstore, with very high standards of customer service and satisfaction. so i found reliance digital to be really incompetent to be successful, but since we indians are a little less demanding, i may be proved wrong, although it is highly unlikely.

                                  anyways i went there to buy a laptop, but came back empty handed cos i couldnt get any extra information about the product i was looking for, and the personnel could not suggest me any alternatives even.

                                  i was really keen towards buying it that day itself, reading your reviews about the payment woes, thank god i didnt buy it.

                                  im a gadget freak and dont mind buying from ebay even though i've been duped a few times, but i am extra cautious about buying things from Reliance digital, guys at Nehru Place (one of the biggest market of comp products in delhi) lack professionalism but are most certainly better informed.

                                  After seeing the recent ad of Acer Laptop 4715Z in newspaper I called up designated officer Mona on her handphone [protected] . As a good custmer care staff she answered me that the stock is finished & reqstd me to see this at Ghzbd store .
                                  Upon calling Ghazbd store [protected] you can verify yourself right now that the number is on switched off mode . Other contact number[protected] does not exist .
                                  It s really surprising that within two hours of opening the store the stocks deminished . Also noone knows when the new stock shall come .
                                  In my personal opinion Reliance Digital is fooling around with customers & making them run here there by deceptive ad campaigns . It appears that the money collected from IPO s is being used in these frivilious ad campaign .
                                  I am forced now to go to consumer court & seek justice .

                                  I bought a Hitachi fridge worth 45k from Reliance Digital on 24 Septmeber. They sent me a badly dented piece and when their installation guy opened the fridge at my house he promised instant replacement. Ever since, I have been calling and following up with them to no avail. They have been giving me various excuses and still my fridge has not been replaced and I am stuck with a dented unusable fridge. Never ever buy anything from them! And if someone from reliance is reading this please help!!!

                                  I purchased a Crompton Greaves Geyser 02/11/2008 from reliance digital ( ambiance mal)l gurgaon. I paid Rs 224/- for Installation. but geyser is not installed so far, and today is 05/11/2008. When i called, Only one answer I got that we will contact you back. I tried tens of time.
                                  I am very highly dissatisfied with all the processes of Reliance Digital. As i had booked a LCD 32" on 28th Oct 08 and I got delivery on 03 Nov and of the wrong product,

                                  The delivered product was 21" Flat TV of Worth 5990.And my product was of worth 34500.More over my product was changed on 05 Nov .But the installation was highly pathetic and my LCD is hanging tilted on my wall.So it's very unfortunate for me to be Reliance customer even i am old customer of the same. And i was not given any worthful gift even i had booked my LCD on the same day of Diwali.
                                  And the most important thing was i had lost all of my time as i had planned to gift it to my sis as a Diwali present and we all were gona enjoy in our Diwali vacation but Relaince had ruined all the things we were planned.

                                  I appeal to everybody be careful and if you are planning to buy anything from Reliance Digital the go ahead at your own risk as the processes are very bad. So it’s better to choose any other local shop instead of this retail shop

                                  Even I bought TV and home theater from reliance digital indirapuram faced this much problem that I don't have words to explain it. And now again there is no sound in my home theater, for this, I complain but first two days like govt. office I had been getting only numbers i.e. plz sir u contact on this number, lastly they gave me the number of philips service centre. but again 3 days already passed no one came to correct my system.

                                  This is not a problem of reliance but of localities. People employed by any company carry alongwith them local mindset of working and service.
                                  The general attitute of people in NOIDA, Ghaziabad etc areas is like this only, the customers are getting taste of their own curry.

                                  The Service in Reliance digital mumbai, Reliance digital Chennai is excellent.

                                  I went to Bharat Gas agency in Ghaziabad, the chap siting at the counter was behaving in a very rude manner, I went to ICICI bank the person sitting at the counter behaved in a manner which could offend anybody and I felt as if this person is very owner of bank, The autowala, I had to go hardly a kilometer, he asked me 50 Rs without evening thinking .

                                  I was at the Reliance Digital Vashi outlet on 18th Jan to buy a HTC 3G Dual phone. On 18th there was an offer that a DVD Player was free. I wanted to exchange my old HTC Phone for the new one. But since the DVD player was out of stock, I was told Rs 1000 will be reduced and a Nokia Handsfree Bluetooth set would be given. Unfortunately I forgot to carry 2 accessories of the old set and hence could not buy aftre exchange. I went on 19th to buy and I was shocked to hear that only the free DVD player offer is valid and cannot give the Nokia offer. I was not happy and asked the floor manager to explain why it is not possible to which he said the sales executive was unaware and gave wrong offer. I wanted to speak to the Customer Service Manager to which he refused to introduce and said he was the only contact person. After much arguemnt I could get across the Customer Suppprt Manager who aid that "Sir lets go for a cup of tea and solve our differences". I regret the cheap and callous attitude of the store personnel who tried to bribe and take me away from the stor and not highlight th eissue much because of the wrong offer their sales executive made.
                                  I've bought a IFB microwave oven(30L) from Reliance Digital IInd Floor Shipra Mall(Ghaziabad), dated 15.02.09, but regret to inform that nobody bothered to call or come for the demo of the Product.When I asked during the purchase for the demo, I was told that it will be provided at your home only.

                                  When I called the customer support [protected] of reliance i was surprised to know from Mr. Ravi Chauhan that no call has been locked under my purchase of the Micro wave for any demo & when I called on other no: given [protected] Ms. Uma provided me the IFB toll free no:[protected] & asked me to get in touch directly with IFB only.

                                  Reliance Digital — Poor Service after sales

                                  We brought a toatser from Reliance Digital Shipra Mall Indirapuram on 25-Aug .The knob of the toaster was broken within 2 months. We gave the toaster for repair ( replacement of a knob ...big repair ..hahaha) on 14 Dec.
                                  Till date ie 28th Feb i am still waiting for my toaster. Have almost gone to the shop more than 6-7 times..everytime i am told it would be available by the coming weekend.And there is nobody to whom i can escalate to or complaint to ...and i can't belive it in this world of internet they dont even have a website where i can post my complaint/feedback .
                                  So still waiting...
                                  I would never ever go back to reliance digital ...ever again . I would never suggest it to anyone and actually discourage people to go there.
                                  i bought voltas split ac 1.5 ton from reliance digital at 229 nsc bose rd, kolkata-47 on 27.2.09 & was told that free installation will be done by reliance technician on 28.2.09 at 11 am. but nobody came in time and after repeated inquiry over telephone they ultimately sent voltas technician at 6.30 pm on 28.2.09 who claimed rs.1500/- and extra charge for accessories needed for installation.i rushed into home from hospital to face the odd situation and asked them to come on 29.2.09 to finish their job.in the mean time i tried to lodge a complain to reliance customer care through internet.i think i have done himalayan blunder to choose this reliance digital outlet in stead of choosing direct voltas outlet !!!

                                  I was unfortunate that I visited Reliane digital retail outlet at Shipra Mall, Indirapuram. I bought two Bajaj Water Gyeser in the last month of january.The products were not delivered to me on promised time, as such I had to suffer loss of time and money due to negligence of executives of this shop. I have never seen such HOPELESS SHOP in my life.
                                  The second story is more disgusting. I visited on[protected], i.e. nealry one month from the date of purchase of these gyesers for installation. I am very sorry to name SANJEEV, ROHIT and MAYANK, who not only spoiled my valuable time but did not arrange to install these gyeseres even after one month. Now I have left with no option but to file a case under consumer protection Act.In the meantime, I request the HEAD of DEPARTMENT to take suitable action against these officers/staff after proper enquiry.
                                  I promise that during my entire life, I and none of my friens and relative will visit this hopeless shop. I will go to the media also. Now summer has come. I request the proper authorities( However I doubt ..???) to arrange refund of amount paid to this hopeless shop with compensation.

                                  Reliance Digital is proving out to be the worst yet in terms of customer service standards. I was just robbed blind and the store manager promised to "look into the matter" but didn't even take down my contact details. The store promised in black and white a trade-in for my CRT monitor i exchange for a new LG monitor. I took in my existing 17" monitor and was surprised that I had to deal directly with a technician who had no customer management experience. He could not communicated with me and then said something that they could not give me the full value as it wasn't diplaying properly. I explained that this was my existing monitor and was working fine 15 minutes ago. I even told him what he was doing wrong and why the display would probably Since a CRT is a heavy item to lug around and I had no intention of disappointing my nephew I reluctantly agreed to accepting the trade in as a non-workingmonitor. 30 minutes after I asked for him and just as soon as I finished paying for it the manager, an incompetent discourteous person by the name of Prabhat came, apologised and promised to sort it out but didn't take the care to get my contact details or inquire as to the nature of the problem. In short I think Reliance Digital have taken advantage of me and have CHEATED me of around Rs 1000. Not worth my time arguing about it and I was in a rush since it had already taken almost 45 minutes. The only reason I ended up buying it was because of a promise to my nephew but you can be sure I will never set foot in a Reliance Digital store again and as a consultant will recommend my clients and friends to use Croma or purchase from Nehru Place in Delhi instead. Even the street shops provide a greater degree of service. Shame on the Reliance Brand which purports to be India's pride and joy!

                                  I agree with all of you.Really, the after sales service of Reliance Digital(Ambience Mall, Gurgaon) is pathetic.I will advice all of you to avoid this place for buying any electronic items.
                                  I purchased a Philips Steam Iron from this place in October 2008.But the iron stopped working in Dec 2008.When I took the same to Reliance Digital store, Ambience Mall(from where I purchased it), the behaviour of the customer service people was totally unacceptable.They refuse to repair the iron saying that they don't cover the warranty of Philips products.I had a fight with the manager for 30 minutes after which they accepted to get it repaired.
                                  After that it has been over a month and every time I call them to know the status they tell me that the Iron will be be repaired in next 2 days.This has been going on for past 3 weeks.I am still hoping when will the iron be repaired.

                                  Really, the local dealers provide much much better service than Reliance.Reliance Digital is a BIG CRAP STORE with a bunch of people whose ATTITUDE REALLY SUCKS !!!

                                  People please check out the after sales service conditions with Relaince Digital before making any purchase.Also, be prepare to fight with them for any concern as they don't understand polite language.
                                  I bought an automatic Washing-machine on 29th March, 09 from Reliance Digital. I was told that the delivery would be made on 30th, March, 09. I called all the numbers I could get, starting from warehouse, customer service, service center, etc. All I could get was either one more number to call up or number not available. This is obsene. They should not be allowed to do business at this rate. Customers are helpless. They have no where to go. A big thumbs-down to Reliance..!!
                                  I totally agree with you. I had a similar experience from them, not once but twice. I bought an IFB Microwave last year in June. After almost 8 months of follow up the demo happened in the month of January. Thinking that it would have been a single incident of lapse from their end I went ahead and bought an LG LCD from the store in the end of January. Even after three months no one has turned up the demo and installation of the same.

                                  There should be some way in which these incidents be made public and such stores should be made to pay for it.
                                  The same type of customer dealing at Reliance digital, Shipra mall, Noida has prompted me too not to visit Reliance digital shop again. Their employees are confused, poorly responsive and unattentive.

                                  Reliance/LG Mobile Handset — Refusal To Carry out Warranty Repairs

                                  1. I am an Army Officer and am posted at Meerut. I had purchased a LG Mobile handset( Model number 3000) from Reliance World, Abu Lane, Meerut. The date of purchase was 23 July 2008, on the invoice Number [protected]. The headphone jack of the phone went faulty on its own on 07 April 2009 which was well within the warranty period.

                                  2. However, the branch manager mentioned above is just blatantly refusing to accept the set for any warranty repairs. Even the staf[censored]nder him is discourteous and tries to circumvent the issue and mislead the customers.

The two technicians, who came to do the installation, were ill-equipped as they did not carry with them even the basic tools, including Screw Driver. Shockingly, they were found very much inexperienced so far as the CARRIER A/c is concerned. They had to really struggle while trying to remove the THERMOCOL padding from underneath the COMPRESSOR. This, perhaps, is the reason why the COMPRESSOR made THUD noise pronounced at the time of de-energizing. They also left the ventilation LEVER loose. The next day, I promptly lodged a complaint with Carrier Customer Care on [protected] under Ref. # GHZ 0267. Two new technicians, claiming to be from RELIANCE DIGITAL, did come on 25 April, and they fixed the LEVER as also tightened the two out of the three NUTS holding the COMPRESSOR in place. Sadly, however, the noise has not been brought under control. Now the THUD noise has turned into creaking noise. This has been causing 'sudden; disruption in sleep during the night. The whole matter has been brought to the attention of the concerned staff of the Reliance Digital.                                   A Single store of RelianceDigital Will have 1000's of customers per day and there are only 10% of customers who are dissatisfied with the Reliance so, by this you can understand that 90% of customers are satisfied with the service. One more thing to inform you all that we all are in INDIA and not in any USA where you will get the replacements or the services immediately, why don't you ask a brand fellow( LG, SAMSUNG, ONIDA, etc.., ) to provide the same here.

                                  You can't expect 100% from any industry and plz notice that people who are not satisfied will post their view but not the satisfied.

                                  And I am the one who got an excellent service from Reliance.., If you have any Electronic gadget and if you face any problem what do you do?? you will take it to a brand fellow for service and that fellow will take more than enough time to respond/service the product. Check the same with the reliance, they'll take less than half time (w.r.t Brand Service) to service the unit..

                                  You may be couple of the very few who have managed to emerge satisfied with experience with Reliance Digital. I am on the other hand completely in agreement with the displeasure that others have expressed.
                                  Let me narrate you my experience of the last few days.

                                  I have purchased a Carrier 1.5 Ton window A.C. from Reliance Digital at Kolkata. There was an installation charge of Rs. 600 included in the payment asked for.
                                  Now, I have had to pay another Rs. 550 for putting the window A.C. in the wall (this was not mentioned earlier).
                                  After tens of phone calls, now I have the A.C. delivered and sitting pretty in the wall.
                                  Had this been a perfect thing, I would have still emerged a lightly dissatisfied consumer.

                                  But, to top it all, the A.C. is not functioning yet as, because:
                                  1. There has been no visit from an engineer so far.
                                  2. I had asked for a 15 ft power cord to reach the power socket. Nothing has been delivered.
                                  3. I had asked for a drainage tray and pipe to be installed. No action on that.

                                  If someone has to sit and feel cool by looking at the A.C., then I am not one of them.

                                  Lets not talk about the electronics industry. Because it is the vendor and the service provided by the vendor (Reliance Digital in each case) that is completely shabby and irresponsible.

                                  And if anyone who reads this feels the same way, I would suggest, please avoid Reliance Digital at all costs. There are many other stores and vendors who can be much more courteous and helpful and most important of all, can deliver a working product to your home to your satisfaction.

                                  Reliance Digital — Misleading Responces of Reliance Request Employees

                                  Have bought a Spice Phone from Reliance digital(Shipra mall) on 24 May and found one of the number on it's keypad fading (as on 12 June) went to the Shop on same date and asked for the fix, they accepted my request and told me to collect the same in 5 day's and given me Shop's number for enquiry.

                                  1.They gave me wrong number and that doesn't exist.
                                  2.When i reach their afer 1 week, they asked me to wait for another 4 day's ..it's been 14 day's and they are still asking for more day's and not picking their phone .
                                  3.Not providing the proper responce about the exact status of the phone.
                                  after sale service of reliance digital is very bad. i purchased a tauras make steam iron from reliance digital indirapuram.. it stopped generating steam within 3 months of its purchase. a complaint was made with their customer care centre and the iron was given to them for repair. about 4 months have passed but the iron is yet to be repaired or replaced. for a product of Rs.2200 i have spent about Rs.500/- on fuel by visiting their customer care centre or their outlet in shipra mall at Indirapuram.
                                  Reliance should do some changes in their practice and not to cheat their customers.
                                  I bought a geyser recently from reliance digital, Hyderabad on an offer of free installation, geyser arrives and next day plumber comes and charges Rs360/- stating that they charge as fitting is out sourced. When contacted reliance about the charges some lady picks the call and says that the charges are towards plumber work done, but what else apart from plumber work in involved in fitting a geyser. When asked the same she said will contact her manager and get back to me regarding this. Till date no response when called back again they say manager will call you in a short while.

                                  Reliance Digital — THE MOST SHAMEFUL ISSUE: FORGERY WITH CUSTOMER

                                  I have purchased a brand new Handset Sony Ericsson Walkman series model W350 on 30th JUNE 2009 from RELIANCE DIGITAL SHIPRA MALL INDIRAPURAM GHAZIABAD. It was workin fine till 21st JULY 2009. But suudenly it was unable to detect SIM CARD. I submitted my phone to them on 22 nd JULY 2009 as they take this responsibility. They gave me 1 week time to take it back. When i went to them on 1st AUGUST 2009, they told me SONY ERICSSON is unable to repair it. As its MOTHERBOARD already repaired before, so many times.

                                  When i asked Reliance Digital how come its possible I have purchased it from you. And if i am getting 1 yr warranty for free, why i ll use a paid service outside? THEY DONT HAVE ANYANSWER !!!
                                  They sent their two emloyees with us to nearby SONY SERVICE Centre ( Sec-18 Noida(U.P) ) where SONY ENGINNEERS proved things. Finally there was no outcome from

                                  on 30/7/09 visited reliance digital at jalandhar to purchase a laptop, the salesman, it to me appeared not offering or concealing the offers available/ scheme available to customers . at the same time the same offers are available at at other places at reliavce digital gurgaon.please help it out

Mukesh either does not know what he is doing or is an outright cheat by delivering a wrong promise to consumers in order to make personal gains... (on a second note... is it Nita for she is responsible for reliance's etail venture).

                                  My family has stopped going to any reliance store. There is hardly any difference between fresh, mart, super... god only knows how many names there are. The staff is callous, slow and wastes hours of your time. Most of the time, stoes are out of the products you want or they advertise.

                                  Reliance digital in particular, is master at duping customers. I bought an AC, fridge and washing machine. AC was in an exchange offer. The guys wanted to have me come and deliver the old AC to their doorstep. Till I did this, nothing was delivered to my home inspite of I having paid for all the goods. The installation guys were not sent for a week after delivery. They inform me that brackets are not included in installation and ask for Rs 1500. Reliance itself is selling those for Rs 1000. I get them from open market for Rs 500. Then, I am told, that plug and wire cost extra. I had to give up and pay an extra Rs 800 to be done with these guys. But that was not the end of it.

                                  A week later the reliance technician comes to check the AC. Next time I switch it on, it does not work. It took 65 phone calls over 20 days to have a person agree to share the complaint number. The next technician who inspects the AC expresses his inability to understand the problem and rectify it. I ultimately had to get a local AC technician correct it fo me.

                                  These guys are outright cheats. I heard them informing customers of bogus websites and customer care phone numbers.

                                  PLEASE AVOID THIS AT ALL COSTS.
                                  Today i went to the reliance degital store in jalandhar to buy a 2 ton split AC, what a poor show put up by reliance, the person who attended did not know a bit about the product which was wall hung, and i was told to come after 2 hrs as the staff dealing with this section will come after 2 hrs, bugged i came out and instead went to the company showroom of voltas and to my horror the AC which was qouted for 34000 at reliance was for 32500 incl stabalizer and ftting charges where as in reliane these were extra, that means it would have costed me 38500, what a reliant place to shop???This is terrible, first i was tempted to call up the consumer cell and lodge a complaint against them for fleecing people, but i would say please don't shop at any reliance outlet coz the behaviour, attitude and prices are very non reliant.

                                  On 14th August 2009 i visited Relience Digital Store Shipra Mall with my wife and kids.We have bought a Desktop pc brand DELL from same store. during sale of product their sales man use full of diplomacy to sale product us, we agree and asked to bring a pc him. product was compeletel packed so it was not possible us to check the physical status of product. we have request him for unpacking but he ensured us if any problem you will get we will pickup your pc from your home/onsight warnty. you pls. do not hesitate in any matter.
                                  We belived on him and asked to keep product in my car as he has done.But when we opened it we found broken lock of CPU cabnet, on same time we informed them and they asked attend problem next day. But no one reach at my home next three days after three days ony guy came from them after my so many folowup with them and asked me you dont worry we will replace/rectify same at same place.
                                  Next two days the didi not respond me when i called the they ensure me your problem isssue takeup with DELL. their engineer will come soon at your home.

                                  Be wary of buying anything from the Mukesh Ambani's group of companies. We have seen how he cheats the nation's exchequer and taxpayers. You cannot trust any of his companies to deliver good product and service. I have had enough harrowing experiences with reliance. I have decided to never again do the blunder of choosing a reliance product in my life. I suggest anyone who wants to live in peace also do the same. There are enough better alternatives available in the market for which paying the extra few rupees, if needed, is totally worth it.
                                  Never ever rely on Reliance in any form, always go to next for purchasing electronics items. Whether it may be their mobile services, retail store etc etc everywhere they have false advertisements and they don't serve as they promise. Hell to Reliance.

                                  Reliance Digital — False Commitment

                                  Company had given us an offer that on purchase of electronic goods worth 50000/- & above you will get gold chain with diamond worth Rs.20000/-. When we asked to see the chain they said that it will be given after 20 days from billing date.I was planning to purchase a refrigerator only but I booked a refrigerator & split A/c worth Rs.67000/- because of the offer. Now after regular follow up I got the chain. When i inquired about the value it was of Rs.1400/- approx. I returned the chain & strongly protested to the sales pepole at the mall. They told us we dont bother, if you want to go to consumer court you can go. I would like to have your suggestion as to how to go about it further.

                                  Hey Guys, I am again another Victim of the fraud spread by Reliance digital.I am from Nasik and I saw an advertisement on TOI talking about the new Samsung Corby plus viz Rs 9700 approx in market to be offered at Rs 7500approx in RD, plus blue tooth free worth Rs1400/-.The ad gives only one address of RD in Nasik and I carried the ad and go there.On reaching there I get to know that that they don't have a stock of Samsung Corby plus on which the offer is advertised in the newspaper. The excuse given by them is that the offer is valid till the stock last and the stock is over.Since the scheme was started a day before, I asked them to show me the the report of how many Corby they sold yesterday.You will be surprised to know guys that they just sold one piece.And with one piece in hand they started the whole scheme and made fool of the customers.
                                  The explanation of this was that Samsung company is on Year end holiday thus there is no supply of the stock.

And heres a piece of advice to all those affected by unfair trade practices of Reliance Digital team up and severally file one single petition in your respective Consumer Court. This way, you will be saving on litigation costs and hauling Reliance Digital in the said Court. As regards, the mindset and attitude - you are to blame - your casualness and unsolicited personal niceties with the staff there. Be professional in your dealings with a shopkeeper - mall or shop.They are poorly paid and come from humble surroundings and, of course, envy your spending power.

                                  I bought a GE COrdless phone during 18/06/09 from Reliance Digita on Cunningham Road Bangalore.For the last one month, I am running around to get sevice done from Reliance RESQ in Bangalore.

                                  They have been committing wrong information, GE ( the great Big Company) not responding so on and so on...Also Reliance RESQ Malleshwaram, Bangalore line[protected] is barred from incoming calls (The great Reliance Commincations is telecom operator)... at least on 18th and 19th (till 1145 am when I am writing this). So I feel extremely bad about this service and there is no gurantee/confidence that these guys are going to resolve this issue.

                                  So pathetic, suggest not to buy any digital product from these stores.
                                  Needful redressal has been supported by Reliance Support team to the satisfaction of customer promptly.

                                  Samsung/ AC Split 1.0 Ton — Unprofessional behavior & attitude on service personnel

                                  To whom so ever it may concern…………………..

                                  In this email, I want to mention about the problem faced by me for my Samsung Split AC, AS12NFA (1.0T). The serial no. is A227PZBQ300587D & I purchased it in May2008. Recently I started the AC for the first time in this season & found that there was a cooling problem. I contacted the call-centre & they promptly sent the service personnel to address the problem. The service personnel told us that there was a leakage in the coil & the same needs to be repaired / changed for Rs.1600/ Rs.5000 respectively. We agreed on the coil to be repaired. The indoor unit was taken by Samsung representative on 26th Mar’10.

                                  We were promised that the machine will be fixed & installed back within 2-3 days. We waited till Wednesday (31st Mar), but to our disappointment, there was no intimation / call from Samsung. We contacted the service centre by obtaining the ph.nos. of Mr.Rizvi & Mr. Sanjeev. After contacting the service centre, we were told that the leakage problem cannot be repaired & it has to be changed with new parts. We agreed for the same for Rs.5000/-. We were also promised that an engineer will visit from Noida & will look into the problem more closely.

                                  I got a feeling that Samsung personnel are not able to diagnose the problem we were given false promises. Today, after losing our patience we again contacted Mr. Sanjeev ([protected]) & he told us that the part is not available & that Samsung will refund the money to us after deducting 22% depreciation. I don’t understand why such a big organization like Samsung is resorting to such tactics. I expected a quicker & trustworthy resolution from Samsung.

                                  I have asked Mr. Sanjeev to provide me the reason in writing (for not being able to resolve issue & refunding the money). Mr Sanjeev is not agreeing to providing me the reason in writing. This has made me suspicious & I suspect that Samsung engineers have done something wrong to my AC indoor unit.

                                  Also, I suggested that Samsung provides me with a new indoor unit & I will pay the 22% balance money (depreciation) to Samsung. To my surprise, Mr. Sanjeev doesn’t seem to fully agree to this & says that writing & informing the customer is not company policy.

                                  As a customer I am will to look at Samsung’s concern but I don’t feel that your company feels the need to create satisfied & delighted customers through product service.

                                  My main concern is that after paying 22% depreciation, I will have to buy the similar machine at a higher price & also incur expenses like installation etc. again. I don’t intend to undertake such expenses & time consuming effort on my head. Moreover, in this Delhi summer, your company has already made me suffer the heat for more than 10 days due to sheer unresponsive attitude & behavior. This is totally unacceptable to me.

                                  Again, as I mentioned in my earlier email, “I feel Samsung is not interested in their existing customers”. I could have contacted & reported the problem to Mr.Y.Y.Kim, but thought that the customer support function should be appraised about the problem that Samsung customers are facing. I request you to please don’t let me lose faith in your company.

                                  Waiting for your revert & a resolution on the problem. In case I don’t get a proper resolution, I will have to complain to the “national Consumer Helpline” OR “Consumer Forum”. Please let me know if you need any information / clarification from my side.

                                  Reliance Digital Services — Misleading advertisements and poor service

                                  Reliance Digital came up with an advertisement in the Times of India on 10 Apr 10 stating that ACs will be delivered and installed within 24 hours. While i was contemplating whether to purchase the AC the salesman promised that the delivery and installation would be done as per the advertisement.

                                  However as soon as i paid the money the tune changed and they started saying how difficult it would be to deliver and how it can be delivered only in 48 hours. I insisted and finally had to speak to the store manager who assured me that the installation and delivery would happen in 24 hours.

                                  Accordingly the AC was delivered on Sunday at 1300 hours. When i asked the delivery boys about the installation the guys said that the engineer would be arriving in the evening. No one came.

                                  On Monday afternoon at about 14000 hours i got a call from the reliance digital call centre informing me that an engineer would arrive on Tuesday.

                                  Nothing happened on Tuesday. When i called the agency the man in charge one mr Chaudhury said that the AC has only been delivered to me on Tuesday and hence installation would not be possible. When i told him that the AC has been delivered to me on Sunday claimed ignorance and said that he AC would now be installed only on Thursday. When i insisted, he said that the engineers would be there to install it at 8 AM on Wednesday.

                                  Wednesday when no one came till 1100 hrs i called the service centre and they again claimed total ignorance of the issue.
                                  Frankly i do not know when the AC will now get installed. And there is no way that these people can be held responsible for their actions. Surprisingly there is no may Reliance Digital can be contacted on the internet to register a complaint!.

                                  Reliance has cheated and misled me on the quality of service they would provide me if i brought the AC from their shop. It has led to loss of faith on their brand and unnecessary financial and emotional tensions.

                                  I agree the service in fact for Reliance digital is totally ZERO. I bought an INALSA food processor with 2 year warranty. Just after 2 month the body developed cracks and the jar's developed problem, so I approached Reliance and they told me that they will get it repaired. After repeated calls and follow-up for 6 months also I could not get any response so I went and bought the Jar's back to find that they had done nothing looked like not even tried. I took up the food processor at Inalsa service station and after checking they told me that the entire food processor unit needs to be replaced and told me to talk to there marketing manager. The response was very positive and I got the replacement within 3-4 days. Thanks to Inalsa, but Reliance did no value addition as I feel they are not at all concerned about the customer. Just a suggestion if you feel you are lucky and products will not develop any problem in future go to Reliance else doesn’t ever try.
                                  I purchased a LG window AC LWA5EW1DF1 from Reliance Digital showroom at Ambience Mall, Gurgaon on 8.5.2010. The sales person had comitted that if I purchase the stabliser from them, then the installation will be free of charge. Even in the bill it is mentioned -"installation free". The next day two technicians came for installation. On asking for their ID, they said they do not have any ID and they have come from some ADHAMYA SERVICE CENTRE and they would charge and amount of Rs.400/- for installation. On checking up with LG servicecentre, they conveyed that installation should only be done thru' the LG service centre otherwise, the company will not provide any free service or warranty. And also no free installation is provided. They have never during the dealing mentioned that the after sales and installation will be thru' someone other than LG. If I purchase a washing machine from Whirlpool, ihe technicians from whirlpool will attend to installation/demo and after sales irrespective of the dealer from where we purchase it. Reliance Digital has taken me for a ride. I was made to buy the stablizer and they have charged an higher amount for the AC as compared to other dealers. I have never thought that someone as reputed as Reliance could treat their customers like this. Are they still in the '70s and feel that customer will quietly bear with everything. WHEN WILL THEY WAKE UP FROM THEIR SLUMBER AND REALISE THAT "CUSTOMER IS THE KING"

                                  Reliance Digital is a fraud company. Extremely poor after sale service. Very poor staff and they dont have any technical knowledge about the product they sell. They attract customers by claiming low price of products, but it is not the actual case. I purchased a washing machine from Relaince Digital store at Banjara hills Road number 12, hyderabad with 2 years extended warranty. There was some starting problem in the washing machine. After making make lots of calls for almost a week time, they came and find there is an issue with washing machine water flow. Then they corrected it after some attempts. Again after 1 week there is some issue which again took 1 week to sort out. 2 weeks were completely wasted. Again after, there was an issue with stand, they provided faulty stand and so machin was bending on one end after some usage. Called their customer care, however there CC leader (Hari - [protected]) never lift the called, and when talked with other people in customer care ([protected]), they always take your numbers and will say they will get back to me... and then wait for long time..no one will call you back... this is s**t.

                                  Personally believe, never ever buy any product from this fraud company.

                                  Samsung Lcd — Bad customer Services by Reliance Digital Cunningham Road

                                  I had purchased Samsung LCD 42 inches from Reliance Digital store cunnigham road last year in the month of July. Just 15 days back when I decided to relocate to Delhi I contacted them to dismantle my LCD and take it off from the wall so that I can get it packed from Movers and Packers.
                                  They took more than 15 days to do this and I had to coordinate with almost more than 5 of their field executives. Even though the request was log in their customer care centre first.
                                  I am disappointed with kind of services they provide and people they have on the field. One has spend so much to get small piece of work done from them. It was paid service and it seems that they are too bad when it comes to communicate or coordinate with each other.
                                  I will strongly recommend not to buy anything from Reliance digital because of poor services and their field staff is not at all courteous and polite.
                                  We had the same experience. We went to the Reliance Digital Store in Ambience Mall, Gurgaon and asked if they could show us some good gifts. The guy showed us a couple of 5.1 channel speakers. We told him that we are willing to buy only if he could gift-wrap it, to which he said yes. He brought the Speaker set to the billing counter, told the guy at the counter to get it gift-wrapped and left. After we made the payment, the guy at the counter told that they do not gift-wrap the items. When we told him that we only bought the speakers on the condition that they would be gift-wrapped, he said he cannot do anything.
                                  We tried to search for the salesman who sold the speakers to us but he was nowhere to be found. When we finally got hold of him, he lied to our face that we did not tell him any condition like that. We told him to call his supervisor. At first he was reluctant, and gathered other salesmen to try and convince us. The other salesmen started arguing with us and bad-mouthing. We got angry and told them to either return our money or call the supervisor.
                                  When the supervisor finally cam, he told us that the money cannot be refunded and the salesmen at his shop don't lie. If we want to get the thing wrapped, we can go to BigBazaar downstairs and get it wrapped. he was not at all willing to listen to anything we were saying. Finally, we had no other option but to leave the place, tired and angry, and to get the thing wrapped from somewhere else.

                                  If that is the kind of response we get from a reputed chain like Reliance digital, then I would personally advice people to stay away from it. I had some very good and nice experiences at Chroma and I think it is a far far better place than Reliance Digital.

                                  I am here to notify Income- Tax dept about a Non tax payer. There are few shop keepers at this area who server all near-by appartment and each of them having more than 300 regular customers. As there are 10 appartment and each of them having 70 -80 families which totalls of 800 families. Who totally depands on two shops as details below.

                                  Both of them have a huge turn-over/ day which is not bad, but both of them dont serve any reciepts. I myself depend on these shops and purchase commodities of almost Rs[protected]/- per month. Which makes around Rs 1500000/- per month which can be considered as minimum expense of any families here staying in these appartment. which minimum make these shopkeeper liable to pay 2-3 Lakhs Tax a month.

                                  Not sure if this is the right site to notify. Please notify me. I will try to reach correct place. Not willing to Risk my family so hiding my identity. But want to ensure everyone pay tax and make our country super developed

                                  Reliance Digital Hyderabad — New A/C problem and not responding

                                  Bought a new Samsung A/C, swing is not working properly as well it is getting switch off suddenly. Called the Service center and no one is responding properly. Sent a technician and he was not able to resolve and said vll send a technician from Samsung. One month finished and no response yet.

                                  Reliance Digital — Non Functional A/C Delivered

                                  We bought a LG Split AC on 13th March 2011. We have come across a very crappy installation process with no coordination and incompetent technicians. Finally AC was installed and the technician left without demonstrating the functional AC.
                                  When we switched it on it is not working and cooling which we bought the AC for.
                                  We have complained to Reliance Digital atleast 5 to 6 times till now and there is absolutely no action.
                                  I have walked into their showroom as well and i was assured it will be taken care in 48 hours when i first complained. It is three weeks since i have complained first and it is not resolved till now, i am now doubting the definition of 48 hours.

When Installation engineer from IFB came to install the product, while installation he found that the product is defective peace, It is not able to wash the dishes[Spray pump is not working] so he repack the dish washer and went back by stating Reliance Digital, will replace the product but on Reliance digital no one is listening...As they have reviced the money :(

                                  I have purchased samsung tv in Reliance Digital Showroom, Annasalai, Chennai. At First Purchase, Customer Service and Communication to Customer was good. But Second Purchase, Customer Service was too BAD. Delivery of Product not on time. i requested for delivery on next day of bill date. they told it will deliver before 4 PM tomorrow.                                   Reliance Digital — Penalty of Rs. 5000 for exchange within 12 hours

                                  I bought a GALAXY TAB on 11th Sept. 2011 at 7.30 p.m. I was given the model dt. manufactured March, 2011. I went to the store the next day to complaint about the same. Further getting a negative reply I changed my mind to buy Samsung Galaxy S II with the additional difference amount. To this I was told to pay 20% penalty worth Rs. 5,000 for the same. I had no option but to pay the same and get a new product by paying the difference amount further. Is this legal to ask for a penalty this way? I would be happy to hear about the opinion and the needful if any. Where is ANNA policy here?
                                  I had purchased fully automatic washing machine, Samsung make on 10.09.2011 from Reliance Digital store at New Delhi (Dwraka Pinnacle mall). I had the following experience:
                                  1. The Samsung machine WA82BWK which was sold to me for Rs. 14690/- is availble in the market for Rs. 13350/-

                                  Dear Sir,

                                  During third week of Jan.2012, I along with my son who came from U.S.A. visited your Reliance Digital Nizampura, Baroda for purchase of 46 inch 3D LED TV and we were impressed from way of convincing / technical knowledge of Mr. Hirenbhai sales representative. On 21.01.2012 I purchased from your Reliance Digital at Nizampura, Baroda SONY 46FHD TV 46EX 720 and SONY Home Theater HTIB DAV-DZ 340, though SONY Store is there in Baroda. It was given to understand that -2- pair of specks Glass for viewing 3D picture in this TV and -1- HDMI cable along with Home Theater will be provided free by SONY. At the time of this purchase I categorically advised them that we both husband & wife working persons and therefore, will be available at House only after 6.00 p.m. on any day except Saturday & Sunday, for which Reliance Digital happily agreed that they have no problem in sending their people accordingly. They sent these items on 24.01.2012 at 6.00 p.m. at my house.

                                  Representative of “Reliance Rescue” Baroda gave me appointment to visit my house for installation of above two items on 25th Jan 2012 at 6.00 p.m. and visited at 9.00 p.m. They could install only LED TV on that night up to 10.30 p.m. and assured to revist my house on next day i.e. on 26th Jan 2012 at 2.00 p.m. but after my so many follow up from my mobile with Reliance Digital as well as Reliance Resque, could visit my house at 8.00 p.m. and installed home theater. The free HDMI cable was not found with the theater for which he told that the same might not be given. However he could not demonstrate in detail features of TV as well as Home Theater as it appeared he did not know about the same. He assured to revisit my house along with some other person who knows about this TV and Home Theater on next Sunday i.e. on 29.01.2012 at 2.00 p.m.

                                  On 28th Jan 2012 I again visited your Reliance Digital, Baroda and informed that referred HDMI cable was not found along with my Home Theater for which they filed complaint on line with SONY. For my request for detail Demonstration of 3D TV like how to use USB Drive, demonstration of 3D clippings etc., they again lodged complaint on line with SONY.

                                  On 29.01.2012 Reliance Rescue people did not visit my house for demonstration as promised.

                                  On 31.01.2012 at 5.30 p.m. one person from SONY service centre, Baroda telephoned me and informed that he will visit my house for demonstration and will not charge for it provided I produce warranty card given along with said TV. When I enquired with Reliance people about warranty card, they informed that they did not know that the same was not provided in TV case and therefore told that they will inform SONY Service centre accordingly. I was waiting at my house for SONY people up to 7.30 p.m. and when Reliance people informed that SONY service centre has been closed and they could not contact them and now no body will come on that day from SONY, I visited Reliance Digital Nizampura, Baroda with anger and had shown my unpleasantness towards their unprofessional attitude on the issue.


                                  In this connection now I approached to you .

                                  My grievances towards Reliance Digital baroda are as below:
                                  1. As advised earlier, I purchased SONY ITEM from RELIANCE and not from SONY Store based on assumption that Reliance will provide me better service as provided by Mr. Hirenbhai. But unfortunately they are not providing any post sale service / they have 3rd class service to provide their customer. They have no professional attitude towards solving the customer’s problem..
                                  2. But I found that Reliance Digital staff were not able to resolve my problem as they believe that they are there to capture new customer and sell the product but after sales service is headache of customer and their.
                                  3. They simply have to give smile with out service and to tell the customer “Don’t Worry we are with you” and the same will take care for their post sale service.
                                  4. Once bill is prepared and goods are dispatched, Reliance Digital have no track on present status about the referred order/whether said customer could get post sale service from them.
                                  5. Reliance Resque people could only install the items but does not know thorough knowledge of concerned product. They have more interest in selling their so called extended warranty (They could offer at 25% discounted rate) rather than giving present service. They do not have knowledgeable staff.
                                  6. Reliance Digital staff during my conversation on 26th jan informed that they are busy with new prospective customer today and have no time for existing customer.
                                  7. They were not knowing whether warranty card has been provided/HDMI cable has been provided to the customer or not.
                                  8. Mr. Kamleshbahi floor manager assured me
                                  • That Free HDMI Cable will be dispatched from SONY directly to me at my home address.
                                  • Assured to send Mr. Hirenbhai on 2.2.2012 at 8.00 p.m. to show detail demonstration of referred TV and Home theater along with 3D clippings, operation o[censored]SB mode external disk etc and I will wait for it.
                                  hi, all. i went to reliance digital on bull temple road to buy a LG MICROWAVE OVEN MODEL NUMBER LG---CONV32L--MJ3281BPG and i purchased it on 7th of june 8.30pm but the shop manager told us that he has only the display piece here and the new piece has to be delievered from the main godown, which will take maximum 24 hrs.So, i paid the whole money and came back.The next day i.e., on 8th june some lady from the godown called me at 4.00pm and told that my MICROWAVE will be delivered within 7pm.Immediately after half an hour the same lady called me and said there is no stock and i will get the item only after 48hrs. I said i dont want your product, please return my amount which i paid.She asked me to wait for 15min and called back telling that they have stock and the item is going to be delivered within 7.30pm.At 7.45pm the delivery boy came to our home and delivered the oven which was full of scratces(DELIVERED A DISPLAY PIECE WHICH WE NEVER INSISTED).when we told that delivery person that it is a display piece and not a new one he said sir, it is a "new one and a box piece and the finishing is like that only ".i told i am not going to accept this and i want a new one or my money back.i went to the show room with that delivery person to crosscheck whether that display piece is there or not .Surprisingly i found that there was no displaypiece.on enquiring the store manager he was not knowing that such a thing has happened(he is a mentally retarded guy i think). I SUGGEST YOU ALL MY FRIENDS NOT TO GO TO ANY OF THE RELIANCE DIGITAL STORES.they know only cheating.

                                  I purchased Samsung 46" TV from Reliance Digitial Store, Shipra Mall, Indirapuram. The product was delivered on the next day of purchase and to our surprise, the have delivered:-
                                  1) Opend pack
                                  2) Used and dirty pack
                                  3) Scratches all over
                                  4) All the packaging is damaged

                                  I requested for replacement with a new one, the marketing guys said, " Dont worry sir RELAINCE HAIN, KHULLA PIECE THODI BEHCHANGAY, SERVICE MANAGER KO CHECK KAR LENAY DO" Their service manager confimed the point. THEN THEIR REPLY WAS SAMSUNG KAY BANDAY KO BHEE VERYFY KAR LENAY DO. Even Samsung executive confirmed that the pack is retaped and in an open dirty condition.

                                  I was chasing them and they kept on insisting for buying a different product with a higher value as they don't have a new piece for the same mode. Since I have been discussing with them and they are not even hearing anything, hence decided to ask for a refund of money paid.

                                  No response, even the people at senior level are very unprofessional and would not listen to your point. They have made it a practise of not getting the product verfication at the time of sale and will deliver any damaged, used or old product at your residence by saying " DELIVERY DIRECT AATEE HAIN DELIVERY CENTER SAY, HUM KYA KAREIN, HUM TO SIRF SALES DEKHTAIN HAIN AUR KUCH NAHIN. ABB KOI BHEE ISSUE HAIN HAMARA EKK AUR CELL HAIN, CRM, ABB WO HEE KUCH KARENGAY"

                                  Don;t understand, how come they are surviving and how long they will survive as with such an unprofessional and laid back attutude, they will have to close down their shops soon.

                                  IRONY OF THE THING IS, EVEN THE CUSTOMER CARE TEAMS IN RELIANCE HEAD OFFICE DESPITE GETTING COMPLAINTS WONT EVEN REVERT OR ACT.

                                  ONLY OPTION TO A CUSTOMER IS, VISIT RELIANCE DIGITAL, PAYU FOR THE PRODUCT, GET A DEFECTIVE OLD PRODUCT DELIVERY, WASTE FEW DAYS WITH THE STORE TEAM OVER PHONE OR BY VISITING THEM AND THEN FINALLY, FILE AN APPLICATION TO CONSUMER COURT FOR ACTION AND COMPENSATION.

                                  Dear all, rather then wasting time with Reliance, will recommend visit any other small dealer, chekc the product then and there and get the delivery of the product. its better to spend some time extra while buying rather than after purchasing and chasing these unprofessional RELIANCE DIGITAL PEOPLE.

                                  Relaince Digital and Relaince Communication Division Group is Cheater Group They Feel All Public is Fool only they are very Claver I donot know why govt allow such Cheater Group to do Bussiness.
                                  They only Fooling to Public when they want Customer make lots of falls Claim that they are having many Advantages after few day you will come to know that you have cheated and if you go to them thier behavior will total change and you may not accept by any bussiness man, because bussiness is working with trust only not to make fool each other.
                                  I have brought Relaince Digital Connection SCN :[protected] with Child Connection. using Silver Pack Monthly Rs.303.00
                                  They stop connection with in 20Days and I have to recharge, every time this fight is going on with thier customer care.
                                  no body lisen.
                                  Now I am Disconnecting thier Dish and throwing out from my house.
                                  Can any body help to get support from consumer forem and teach lesson to these people for Fooling and Cheating People.

                                  I (Aishi Maiti mob : [protected]) buy a Reconnect Microwave oven from Reliance digital (R City Mall Ghatkopar west) on 10 Aug 2012 but your representative not yet come for demo. I call so many time at no. [protected] & [protected], they promise every time but nobody come for demo. Now my family members think that we are doing mistake to buy a product from Reliance.
                                  So take necessary action & give me demo as soon as possible.
                                  My nightmare of experience at Reliance Digital at Shipra Mall, Ghaziabad

                                  I recentl y moved to Noida from Bangalore and was looking to purchasing a washing machine. Upon the recommendation of some of my co-workers I decided to go to Reliance Digital at Shipra Mall which was unfortunate. If you are not a local, don’t ever go to this place. I went to this place since it was supposedly a reputed organization and I was under the mistaken belief that they will not dupe/ cheat their customers (local or otherwise). With my accent they immediately recognized that I was not local and that I was from the South.

                                  This is what happened: There was no one in the store who was interested in selling or marketing or explaining their products. They just wanted to make a fast buck (money) without any effort or effortlessly. Cheating by the salespeople at this store is an effortless thing. It seems like they are born with this trait here. I had to extract information from different salespeople about the different makes and models. Not one person spent time with me to ask me what I wanted and then tell me what they had. I had to call my mother in Bangalore and she went to the Reliance store at Bangalore where she got prompt service (I cannot vouch for their honesty there –there has been a bad review about the Bangalore Reliance).

                                  Based on the feedback from the personnel at the Bangalore store, I decided on the Whirlpool 700H 7.0 kg model and confirmed that the price (Rs. 18488/- all inclusive) was the same at all Reliance stores throughout India. During this whole time the Sales Rep. here at Shipra Mall never even bothered to let me know that the display model was the last piece and they were not going to order the model anymore.

                                  This is where the lying started. Lie #1: They told me that the manufacturer, Whirlpool, does not manufacture the model anymore. The Bangalore store informed my mother that what the sales guy told me is not true and that the model is still being manufactured at Pondicherry and it could be shipped to Bangalore in 10 days. After informing the sales guy here about this I asked them if they could place an order to which they said “NO”. So I told them I will check elsewhere at which point the sales man asked for my contact info and I gave it to him. Less than 10 minutes later I get a call, while I was still at the store looking at the geysers, with the salesman telling me that he can get me the model – Lie #2!!. But will have to pay the whole amount upfront. I should have become suspicious then. But it was “Reliance Digital” after all. It has a reputation to maintain and they would not resort to cheating of any manner or type. Lie #3: He lied to me that he will need the full amount to place the order since it is a soon to be discontinued piece and was placing the order just for me. According to Reliance’s policy they are supposed to charge a customer a maximum of Rs. 500/- for placing any order. I was not aware of this policy. A bunch of his colleagues and his boss heard him and they all kept quiet and let him lie. He just wanted to achieve his “sales target” for the period and the clients or customers can go to hell!!.

                                  Then I asked him when will I get the order and he lie to me again. His reply/Lie #4: “Very soon”. When I insisted what is “very soon” – is it 1 week, 1 month, 1 year he told me 10 days or sooner, even within a week ---Lie #5. When I asked him how he could get this within 10 days from Pondicherry, he lied again. Lie #6: He told me that the Reliance store in Delhi had stock of this model.

                                  I then told him that I don’t want them dumping/selling me the display piece at the Delhi store on me. At which point the sales guy lied again. Lie #7: These were his exact words: “No No madam, they in Delhi have unopened pieces at their warehouse and will ship us the model you are asking for”. I also double-checked to find out that there will be no shipping charges because of this and he promised me that there will be no shipping charges. And installation of any products bought at their store is completely free. Maybe even this is a lie

                                  He fed me such tall stories a.k.a. lies that I believed him and paid him the whole amount (18488/-) with my debit card. When I looked at the receipt/order, I asked him why wasn’t the Whirlpool model mentioned anywhere in the receipt he lied again. Lie #8: He showed me a number[protected] on the receipt and told me that that was the purchase order number and the order was already placed while the receipt was being printed. He then did a strange act. He gave me two (2) Reliance Digital gift cards one for Rs. 10, 000 and another for Rs. 8488/-. Again I told him I don’t want any gift cards, but the purchase order when he lied again. Lie #9: He told me the Gift cards were to be used in lieu of the purchase order. I clearly, told him at that point that I was not going to buy anything at their store for this money and they will have to refund the money on the Gift Cards if I did not get the washing machine in the stipulated period of 10 days. Again he lied, Lie #10: He told me that as soon as the Washing machine came in, I was to bring the gift cards at which time they will give me a new receipt which will mention the make and Model of the washing machine.

                                  I reminded him that they will have to refund my Gift cards if I did not get the specified model or if I was given the display model stealthily. His exact words : “No problem madam. We will give you the model you asked for and a new piece. If we don’t give you the model then we will refund your money” ---Lie #11.

                                  And I am still counting the LIES!!!

                                  The name of the lying, cheating salesman is “Anshuman Pandey” and his supervisor who can be considere the main accomplice to this crime is “Harish Gautam”. The other cheating salespeople in the store are Abhay Singh, Pratik Kohli, and there is another manager working right below Pratik Kohli whose name I don’t know. I had a tough time getting these names. They never wear any name tags or employee code tags at this store. Now I know why. Because they can cheat people who will not be able to identify them later.

                                  In the US, where I was before, department stores will never ask for the full amount, and even if you are willing to give them the full amount, they will refuse to take it. And even if they do take the full amount, they will personally contact you as soon as possible and refund the whole amount if they cannot get the product in the promised time. They never do such dirty cheating tricks as issuing Gift cards. And by chance, the product comes in later than promised, they will give a discount of some sort such as a gift voucher, or a certain percent off the product etc., If we had a “lawsuit” system like they have there in the US, such cheating and dishonesty will decrease here.

                                  And these crooks at Reliance Digital at Shipra Mall, Ghaziabad just coolly dip their dirty, filthy hands into your pockets and steal your hard earned money. These low class cheats at Reliance who call themselves “salespeople” or “customer service people” are the type who will not feel ashamed to steal the money/change and food from a beggar’s plate. They should be renamed as “fraudsters”

                                  A quote I took from one of the customer complaints discussion forum and which I agree with wholeheartedly. I wish I had visited this site before going to Reliance Digital @ Shipra Mall, Ghaziabad

                                  “I will never set foot in a Reliance Digital store again and as a consultant will recommend my clients and friends to use Croma or purchase from Nehru Place in Delhi instead. Even the street shops provide a greater degree of service. Shame on the Reliance Brand which purports to be India's pride and joy!”
