I am facing noise problem from machine while spinning and machine looks imbalance. I had contacted your service person verbally but i did not got any feedback from them neither did they visited me. Kindly send your service person immediately to resolve the concern. I am also attaching the warranty card sr no-207382 with this mail which end by march-18
