I am facing noise problem from machine while spinning and machine looks imbalance. I had contacted your service person verbally but i did not got any feedback from them neither did they visited me. Kindly send your service person immediately to resolve the concern. I am also attaching the warranty card sr no-207382 with this mail which end by march-18...

I gave my htc m8 mobile phone for insurance claim at reliance digital malakpet and they kept my device for 3 weeks. today i received a call stating it cannot be covered.
I paid 47, 000 cash for the mobile and 3, 500 for the insurance and i was assured from the sales guy that anything happened to the phone will be covered in reliance resq insurance.
