Dear sir.

I am getting excess bill this time 2670. The bill appears to be inflated as i know for certain that our consumption of electricity is not so high as warrant such a high bill. Our all previous bills were under 1600. I request you to please look in this matter seriously and send your person to check weather somebody is doing theft of electricity from our meter or meter is faulty.
I appreciate if this matter o[censored]nfair excess billing is resolved at the earliest.

    Dear sir account no[protected] meter box inside many meters and before meter box was up now meter box was down and no any safety protection rain water going inside box and inside fire smoke coming my family and children problem and some time current coming in walking place i requested pls take action as soon as possible otherwise power supply cut because very dangerous remove powe meter panel from this place. Every day raining time inside fire sound coming pls take action soon.

      Do not have electricity meter from last many year is using theft electricity from society member meter box directly line connection and also supplying electricity for commerical purpose.

      So please take action aginst like them who use theft electricity

        We are facing the power cut issue from last 1 month... Every night the power goes for 1 to 4 hrs or sometimes even more.
        Please help on this it is getting very difficult for us to live in these condition without electricity.

        Along with this power theft is happening in my locality from the same meter box where my meter is fixed.

        Because of which our electricity bill is increasing and we are being charged very high

          I am garodianagar, ghatkopar east, mumbai 400077. The street lights with pole numbers njd/066/068 to njd/066/070 are not working for more than 2 months. These lights are on the lane opposite govardhan dham building leading towards garodia school. Due to darkness, there have been instances of chain snatching, eve teasng etc. With monsoon round the corner, the situation would worsen if the lights are not repaired expeditiously.

            I am raising this complaint as i think the metering reading was not taken for this month. We were out of town from 6th may to 14th may besides this the bill we recieved is almost same as last month's bill. I guess the bill units were repeated.

            Kindly check if there is anything which can be done to resolve the issue.

            It will be helpful if we get a small notification once the reading is done for every month.

              Reliance Energy has sent me a bill for the month of May-2018 for 17, 680/- showing the consumption of 1453 units in the month.

              My Consumer no :[protected]
              Registered complaint no. is :- [protected] (As per the mail received from Reliance Enegy Helpdesk)

              My average consumption is always between 350 to 750 units per month. This is for last 5 to 6 years. The bill itself shows the history o[censored]nits consumed for last 12 months. There is no new or anything extra added in our flat which can consume more electricity.

              I have also registered a complaint for the same by sending them a mail. They gave me a complaint number. That complaint number is not available on there web site for checking the updates on the registered complaints.

              Also there email says you can call on toll free number and speak. For last 3 days I am daily trying to reach them. But after reaching upto the point of customer support person via IVR menu, no one picks up the call. After 4 to 5 mins of waiting the call gets disconnected. I have tried this at least 4 to 5 times selecting different supporting language like Marathi, Hindi and English. But the Toll Free number given behaves the same way. In fact looks like it is made only to show and fool the callers.

              This is a pure case of FRAUD from reliance energy and not even answering consumers. How can the number o[censored]nits suddenly doubled without any changes done at home.

              I seek your kind attention to take action on Reliance for such a FRAUD with consumer.

                There is daily cutoff of electricity in my area (I. E. Quresh nagar, hill, kurla east) at entire night at every summer season. We have made many complaints but it is not solved yet as there is no permanent solution to this problem. It is very difficult for us to survive in this season with electricity. And the toll free [protected] customer care number is not working at all. We kindly request you to help regarding this problem please.

                  This is to inform you that in our society. A/4 bldg, view-coperative housing society, i plot shop no-39. Ramzan bhati is using electricity illegal and theft of electricity from our societ meter room box, direct connection to main power supply passing with theire home at night time. Whenever any inspection or officer come to there home they always pay some money to them. Earlier they were are also using home connection for use commerical machinery, so you are requested to take appropriate action against him

                  As I said earlier our bill is very high though we have not used any of our house appliance to that level that we should be getting such a high bill for.It is higher then the normal that we are getting and using fir years.

                    This is to draw your attention towards the theft of electricity& direct using electricity without having meter at location - a/4 bldg, view coperative housing society, shop no -39, & flat no g-8, i plot, near rajasthani masjid, linking road, daulat nagar, santacruz west, mumbai 54, electricial theft are taken in night time after 11 pm, causing a lot of inconveneince to member of society like me who have regular connection as a matter of fact that shop no 39,, flat no g-8 are using direct connection to society meter room box from last many years. So please take some serious action against them. Although this aspect is already in the knowledge of the staff of electricity office, yet nno action has been takenfrom yours side, and the the culprits are enjoying ate expenses of people like us, who are ultimate suffers of such types of mal - activity. Hopes your good self will look in the matter and take prper and immediate action

                        Dear sir / madam,
                        This is to inform you that there is no action taken for my complaint of receiving high value bill with reliance regional offices & customer care since last year, april 2017 for consumer account no:[protected] of a 1bhk flat after reportedly chasing the company.
                        In the mid of may 2017 some of the technician from reliance energy had visited to inspect my house hold appliances used and took the meter for inspection but there is no result to my problem resolved.
                        As a result after every complaint i get to hear from the company executives of disconnection of my electricity supply if i don't clear my bill amount.

                        Please help me regarding my bill issue.

                            Account no.[protected], bill for march is paid 2830 on 20 th march2018 at 12.54pm.

                            Bill generated for april 2018 is showing rs. 6260 as outstanding bill.
                            When already bill is paid for previous month as on 20 th march2018, why the the bill is generated inclusive of two months bill?. Even we can not pay current bill month amount online.
                            After contacting customer care, they say pay only for current month. How one can pay partial amount of bill online?

                                    Every month the bill is increasing, in oct 2017 also i had made may complaints regarding excess billing, the same was rectified & i was getting average consumption of 1200 units.
                                    We have been checking the meter regularly & average daily consumption is 50 units for march. Considering 25 working days it comes to 1250 units per month, we have taken photographs of the readings.
                                    Either the meter has a problem or the readings are not correct-why should i get usage of 1875 units which works out to 75 units per day which is very excessive.
                                    I have tried calling customer care several times but the hold time is very long & it is impossible to get connected to a customer care personnel

                                      Un used over head power supply cables are laying in front of m 550 to m 560 which was promised to remove after ht pole installed by concerned officials but the same was still laying in managed way, also lot of other cables like telephone, tv cables, sattalight cable etc at 7-8 feet from floor hight which very risky, however after request to local office it was hanged with power supply cable by them which not proper look too ugly, please look into this and rectify immediately.

                                        I have made multiple calls to reliance energy toll-free. Firstly they never pick up the phone. They come with an ivr, all the customer executive are busy and simply cut the phone. When you connect to them. They ask for an account no which i gave[protected]. Gave him all the details. After knowing all the facts he asks for the name of the person who is stealing the line from your meter. Useless. If i know all the details of the extra wire going in the meter i would have removed myself. Also if i am legally not allowed to open the meter then i need to make a call to reliance to which they are not at all responsive. I am tired of this procedure and paying bomb bill of 30l per month without any reason. I need them to check and solve this matter. As this is a legal offense and they need to take an action immediately.
