Respected sir/madam,
I had applied for a personal loan of rs 150000 through reliancefinancegroup and they brought my all personal identity like pan, aadhar, etc. Then they told me to pay 5500 as processing fee. And i payed the amount. After that they told me to pay 9999 as a security deposit. And i repeated paying 9999rupee again. After that they asked me to pay 14500 more as agreement fee. Please note the point that they didnt told me about any payment while applying for the loan. I payed that much amount from the amount for my medical expenses. So i should get refunded my money back with a compensation of rupees 1 lakh for the defamation which i caused as per section 499 of the honorable ipc.

Updated by sayedrouf This was the approval letter. In that they didnt told me about a single penny other than 5500(refundable amount). After that i payed 9999rs as security deposit which isn’t mentioned in the approval letter. And they asked me 14500 rupee for the 100Rs agreement paper.

But today one of the staff contacted me and reapproved my loan. But the loan amount isn’t transferred yet.

I will update the status of issue once problem resolved.

Recently apply for a loan by reliance finance app on wp chatting they said 5500 processing fees for 500000 loan isend5500 on G pay next they asked 29000 security amount then i dont paid that amount i asked cancel the loan and return my procecing fees they are not response please take a civior action on this company
