I have applied for loan he gave me all the details and I have submitted the whole details later on he asked me to pay 5200 loan registration fee after that I have paid then he sent the pdf my loan is hanged in between I need to pay 12980 but at that time I'm having only 10k that I paid he accepted to pay pay 10k ... Then when I checked the profile of this company then I came to know there were a fraud running I checked the review then I shared...

Sir I applied for loan of 200000 they took processing fee of 5200/- then againg they said it has been hold so pay security money of 12980 and then agreement fee of 7999 and then last insurance fee of 2999. Now they s no response from they mother mail not coustmers no

मैं पंकज सिंह पुत्र नारायन सिंह निवासी ग्राम व पोस्ट बम्टापुर चिल्लौर, तहसील सवायजपुर जिला हरदोई का निवासी हूँ .मैं पेशे से किसान हूँ . COVID19 के लॉक डाउन की बजह से आर्थिक तंगी और मक्का की फसल की सिचाई के लिए 06/04/2020 को सुबह 10 बजे ऑनलाइन ऋण के लिए गूगल पर सर्च क्र रहा था की मुझे रिलायंस फाइनेंस के नाम से ये लिंक मिला https://reliancefinancegroup.com/ इस पर क्लीक करके सभिनियम सर्तों के अनुसार ऋण के लिए आवेदन किया आवेदन की मंजूरी का मैसेज मुझे मेरे मैसेजबोक्स और whatsaap पर से दोनों जगह मिला, Loan approvel latter भी इस whatsaap नम्बर [protected] से मेरे whatsaap नम्बर [protected] पर भेजा गया . जिसमे 5500 रूपये प्रोसेसिंग फीस जमाकरने के साथ काम न होने पर 2 दिन में रिफंडिंग की शर्त भी सामिल थी .श्रीमान जी आवस्यकता और आपातकालीन समय की मजबूरी में मैंने सभी दस्तावेज एवं 5500 रूपये उनके दिए विवरण IFSC Code PUNB0006200 के खाता संख्या [protected] में phone pay द्वारा अपने सांडी स्थित SBI बैंक के खाता संख्या [protected] से लेनदेन ID P2004061123490301472475 से ट्रांजेक्सन 06/04/2020 समय सुबह 11:23 पर किया .उसके बाद उधर से whatsaap पर मुझे 525999 रूपये मेरे खाते में RTGS Ref no.[protected] का मैसेज दिया गया और ये बताया बताया गया की RBI की सेक्युरिटी फीस 25999 रूपये उसी खाते में जमा करना है .मेरी असमर्थता के कारण जमा नहीं कर सका और मैंने मना कर दिया और प्रोसेसिंग फीस रिफंडिंग के लिए कहा उधर से मुझे 2 दिन का इंतजार करने को कहा गया .2 दिन बाद उधर से आज तक कोई रिप्लाई नहीं मिला .

Respected sir/madam,
I had applied for a personal loan of rs 150000 through reliancefinancegroup and they brought my all personal identity like pan, aadhar, etc. Then they told me to pay 5500 as processing fee. And i payed the amount. After that they told me to pay 9999 as a security deposit. And i repeated paying 9999rupee again. After that they asked me to pay 14500 more as agreement fee. Please note the point that they didnt told me about any payment while applying for the loan. I payed that much amount from the amount for my medical expenses. So i should get refunded my money back with a compensation of rupees 1 lakh for the defamation which i caused as per section 499 of the honorable ipc.
