Hi,

I was looking for loan and on searching in google, i found the website https://rilfinance.com/ (Reliance finance limited) entered all my details. On entering it took me to a whatsapp number +[protected]. He identified himself as nitin das.

First he asked me to share the details

Hi welcome to reliance finance limited. My name is nitin das
Your aadhar based loan application file is under process.
Please submit these following documents for verification.
1. Aadhar card
2. Pan card
3. Bank statement or cancelled cheque or bank passbook
4. One applicant photograph
5. Two references contact number with names

Looking into the low rate of interest i was impressed and shared all my details.

After sharing all the details he sent me the loan approval letter and asked me to send the processing fee of 5500. Which he claims will be automatically refunded within 2 days.

Believing him i paid the processing fee.

After paying this amount he shares the shocking information. Read below

Your a/c no. Xxxxxx32145 is debited for rs. 1025999.00 on[protected]:03 pm and credited to girish kumar bellenavar a/c no. Xxxxxx 4212 (Rtgs ref no[protected]. But due to rbi reason as per loan security your loan amount-1000000/-be on hold so kindly pay loan security fee 25999/- today. Either wise transaction be failed & loan be cancelled. [protected]

Yes he asks me to pay additional 25999 as security amount. Only after this loan amount will be released.

He has switched off his cellphone and does not pick whatsapp call as well.
