Description of incident :

I was applied for personal loan on 15/04/2020 through online on http://reliancefinancegroup.com and i have uploaded required documents on whatsapp no [protected] available on website. Then my personal loan approval report was generated on website and the same was provided from whatsapp. Reliance finance limited demanded rs. 5500/- as loan processing fees. I have deposited the amount rs 5500/- after that one massage was received of depositing of rs. 9999/- as security fees for loan credit.
After that i denied to pay rs. 9999/- and i requested to refund of rs 5500/- as earlier as possible. Till now i did not received the rs 5500,

I have tried to call no whatsapp number ([protected]) and custemer care no ([protected]) but no response recieved.

Desirable resolution of the complaint : refund of 5500/- and strict action against such fraud.

Please help me to get refund of amount rs 5500/-
