Reliance Finance Limited — I am completing about my processing fee

I applied for 5l in reliance finance limited. They asked to send my documents via whatsapp. I sent him. He asked to give processing fees 5500. I sent through net banking. But again asked 14999 for loan security. So i couldn't send. I don't yet get my processing fee as refund. All numbers are not working and email also not working. My emails returned for wrong domain. Pls can you help me for refund my money
