Reliance Finance Limited — I'm compiling about that company is fraud

I have applied for the loan through online portal "reliance finance ltd". During this process they have told me that there'll be 0% processing fees and loan will be disbursed within 30 minutes. After submitting the documents, they asked me for the nominal fees of inr 5, 500. I have paid the same. Then after this process they generated the loan approval letter of inr 5, 00, 000 as i have applied for the same. Then they asked me to pay inr 25, 999 as security amount which will get paid back to me along with the loan amount. Also, they have reduced the loan amount to inr 5, 00, 000. Even then i have paid inr 25, 999. Then they generated one agreement letter of inr 100 but they asked me to pay inr 38, 500 which i have not paid because according to me it's the fraud company. If i have to pay approx. Inr 70, 000 to get the loan of inr 5, 00, 000 only then whats the use of applying for the loan. I have attached the documents along with this for your reference. I am in need of money due to which i have applied for the loan but instead of providing loan they are charging me. Please help me to get rid of this situation and also do take necessary action on this company so that they won't make fool of other needy prople.
