Reliance Finance Limited — I'm complaining about not refund my money which I have paid Rs. 3000 for applying loan from Reliance Finance limited.

I have applied for personal loan from Reliance finance limited. And paid processing fees sum of Rs. 3000 which was asked to paid sum of Rs. 5500, I have sent an email of canceling loan and asked for refund. But I didn't get my money refund from reliance finance limited. Please kindly help me to get back my money. Thank you.
