Reliance Finance — Reliance finance fake loan process reg

My name is srinivas. I applied for a loan on reliance finance limited. I have approved the loan of 50000 rupees. But they want the processing fee & security fee. I paid the total amount of r's. 1300. But i didn't get the loan. Is this company is fake.? I don't know what i have do. Please help me to get my payable amount also
