Hello sir,

Today I purchased poha/Aval mota from reliance fresh outlet on the packed price printed as Rs 28 but they billed as Rs 35. Why you are taking extra price from printed price as everywhere you mentioned 5% discount on printed price. Please find the below screen photos of my bill and product packet.

      Today on 31st May 2021, i purchased Amul shrikhand of 1 kg, and its manufacture date is 5 DEC 2020, it is expired and smelling very badly. Its rotten and not at all edible. I am very disappointed by reliance. In the name of reliance fresh they are giving expired rotten products.

        This is regarding the person who is inthe billing counter in ONE TOWN VIJAYAWADA talking about the amount of billing (UR PURCHASING JUST A AMOUNT OF 33.45 FOR THAT I NEED TO GIVE RESPECT TO YOU WHO ARE YOU WHAT CAN YOU DO AND SO ON...)
        EVen the store manager is also behaving the same way he is also supporting the billing staff and he is also talking the same way ...

          1. they are blocking trolleys for arranging good in the racks. but they never do that. Half of the trolleys are blocked by service personals itself. so we had to hold items in hand and roam all over the store.
          As we cant hold many items, we had to choose items which are very important and stop buying less important products.

          this many spoke to manager but he insists that due to lockdown there is high rush. but it is not true. i can see atleast 20 trolleys blocked by service personals.

          2. this store is never neat and clean. there will always be many goods which are to be sorted in racks will be lying on the floor.

          please check CC cameras in store for proof.

          3. They don't help and also won't let us pack goods right after billing. they make us to go out of the store and pack goods outside the gate. This is the lame thing which I didn't see in any store. if you don't have trust on the customer, use two gates for entry and exit separately.

          IF YOU FEEL THERE IS RULE THAT WE SHOULD NOT PACK GOODS. THEN PLEASE MAKE A POSTER AND PASTE IT IN THE STORE, SO THAT WE WILL BE MENTALLY PREPARED FOR THAT

          please remember if you neglect customer when your store is top seller. customer will remember and neglect you when stores like dmart comes to the town, which is about to open in the town

                Normal timing as of today is from 6am to 12 pm but when I visited your grrenngel.layout branch at 1005 am they did.not allow me in. I can understand not allowing customernafter 1115 or 1130.am is fine. But 1005 am is too.much by 1130am the lights were off and the shop was closed. Need someone to look into this and make sure that during lockdown such type of behaviour is avoided. In case customer are taking more time they should be told whole entering the problems and then amount of time each can spend which is the job of the managers which is.missing here if you allow the staff to manage this is what is going to.happen.                   I made payment with my visa debit card for purchases at your store in West Mambalam Chennai for Rs. 456.58. I attempted twice and both times transaction failed but amounts deducted from my account twice.

                  Subsequently I paid by cash and left.

                  Kindly refund the amount deducted twice amounting to 456.58 x 2 =913.16

                    I went to reliance fresh super market in adikmet branch, vidyanagar, hyderabad, i wanted to take onions on which potatoes tray was there, and i asked a staff by name mahesh to keep the potatoes tray aside so that i will take onions packet, then the staff is telling that you keep aside and take otherwise wait till someone take it aside, this is how reliance staff in store are behaving, this is the third time i am encoutering this kind of staff rude behaviour, i request you to please take some action to provide customer a pleasant shopping in your stores

                      Hello,
                      I have visited the RELIANCE Smart Point at 7:45AM on 26th April Jalangar.Near BDA Office.
                      Bijapur:586109 to purchase vegetable and milk.
                      There were plenty of fresh coriander leaves available in tray but store keeper said that they are not available for purchase and told me that price isn't updated. and when I moved to purchase 2 litres of milk they said that milk is only limited 1 liter per customer.
                      It's really worst experience with RELIANCE so far.
                      At 8am they are still spending time in arranging items.
                      Customers are moving with empty hands from RELIANCE to nearby MORE store.

                        Sir myself sk avasthy i am a defence person .i visit reliance fresh on 20 apr 21 about 12 o clock. When i was on billing counter (exit side) there was a girl.she asked me my contact no. But i have not listen then i have asked him ''what" she shout on me ''pahli bar aaya hai kya'' that time i was with my wife. It was very iretating for me.

                        2. I have purchase gala scruber from reliance fresh.print rate on scruber was 35 rs but when i reached at home i saw on bill billing was 37 rs.

                        What is going on reliace fresh misbehave lootpat .what is this.

                            Kindly refer my TID 27076692 DT. 17.4.21 TIME 12.04.10 BATCH 000751 INV NUM 027433 for RS. 2397.71 made at Reliance Fresh, CLC Works Road, Chromepet, Chennai 600044. 25 Kg of Ponni rice has not yet been delivered by the store even after 20 hours which shows their inability to do business. They have swallowed my money but not yet delivered the rice which is very important to me. I am a customer of Reliance fresh since it was opened there. Verify that my rice is delivered at once to my home.

                              Among other purchases valuing Rs. 215.90 I selected 2 packets of Black Pepper. When I came to the billing counter to pay, the cashier was unable to scan the said pepper packets. She went back to the office and came back to me and asked me to wait for 10 minutes complete the billing and she made me to wait at the counter for more than 15 minutes and billed me without the pepper packets and closed my bill and said if I need the pepper I have to some more time.
                              I was frustrated with this answer and left the store without the Pepper packets. More over there were expired (Exp - 16/07) curd buckets on the shelf without modern price tags.

                                50 kg Worst bad quality with worm lockwan wheat delivered on 21 March 21 and my bill collected by delivered boy. Same was complaint. But no manager available. Waited one hour. No response from staff and Yesha lady staff . Also not allowed to keep worst wheat in shop. Not checked in system. Request clarify

                                  I am making complian of reliance fresh photi kothi indore. I purchased AARAMBH KADAK Tea vide invoice no. 110 dates 26/3/21 for Rs 179/_ I purchased same product on 27/3/21 vide bill no 111, they charged Rs 259/_.MRP is Rs 280/_ of both the products. Please refund me Rs 80/_ excess charged on 27/3/21.

                                      I am a customer of Reliance Fresh, Edappazhanji, Trivandrum, kerala from its very inception. I have a suggestion for your method of billing, not for a particular branch, but as a whole.
                                      At present fraction a rupee above 50 paise is rounded off to 50 paise, not to the highest whole rupee. Instead of that why can't you round it off to the higher whole rupee or leave that fraction? . My intention is not to get a bill with whole rupee and not with 50 paise. Kindly remember that 50 paise coins are not in circulation.
                                      Today, there was an incident where I received a bill for Rs.50 and 50 paise. I had no coins to pay 50 paise or one rupee. When I paid a 50 Rupee note, the salesman insisted on getting a 10 rupee note from me for a balance of 50 paise, whereas he had no 50 paise coin to pay back Rs9.50. when I met the Store manager he directed the salesman to return me the 10 rupee note, leaving 50 paise.
                                      This kind of situation is to be avoided by issuing bills without faction of a rupee. Please reply.

                                        When I was picking some onions a lady standing behind me asked me to move continuously, so I asked her to wait for a minute not knowing who she was(I don't know if she is a customer or a staff) after that she started creating a scene saying I insulted her because she is a working as security there, but I didn't meant that way.kindly take action for mistreating regular customers like me and making false accusations against them.
