Today I bought aalu bhujiya of this brand and I really had a awful experience.. it seems expired .. I found something black stone like thing inside the pack seems like mouse poop.. it's very disgusting experience. I pay for taste not for food poison.. please stop playing with peoples health.. this is one of the worst brand I have ever experienced.. you should check your goods quality.. this is very disgusting

Pao bhaji taste was not even 20% similar to what it actually tastes and chana kulcha, chana was not fresh at all, i returned both the items and i get so negative reply from your staff and desk staff was rude too and they dont even bothered to what i said to them, they didnt even changed and not even refund. Please take serious action against them. I went to bikano or bikaner wale at food court, pavillion mall. I want reply from you please confirm on mobile no [protected]

It was bikanervala sec 57 golf course extension road. We purchased one mithai named Sandesh kaccha gola, it was given to us as expired product the taste itself seems it is expired.
Further when we complaint about it to the manager he was very very abusive.
I am regular customer of the outlet but this behaviour of him makes me very disappointed I will not repeat my visit to the same.
Manager name was NEERAJ..
The restaurant is giving us expired products along with this threatening sentences.
I need company to take action against it.

I had ordered from bikano restaurant on 30 oct time approx 3pm through zomato
The drink (badam drink) was sour in taste, also the quantity of food items are not proper

It has been observed that the sodexo machine is not working for the past 1 1/2 months at Krishan Nagar Oulet . The matter has been reported to all concerned at least 5-6 times but no action is being taken as the matter is not being taken seriously by the staff/Manager In charge of the outlet. Please llok into the matter as no one is concerned about the depletion of the sale due to that.

So today I visited bikanervala with my family. We are from a middle class family and we go out sometimes on special occasions and so today was the day. We visited bikanervala at pvr opulent mall gt road ghaziabad. We ordered food of almost 1500 (a lot for us). We always go to bikaner but the food in this one was different we ordered masala dosa in which sambar was very sour and dosa was cold tbh, we ordered fried rice with chilli paneer in...

We had bought pickle mrp 80 rs for 200 gm, but bill amount is 120, which shows for 400 gm.MR. Naveen-Representative of Bikanerwala Nsp, His behavior was very bad and arrogantly.
He had told us that jo krna hai krlo...jaha complaint krni hai krlo aap.
No cs[protected], order no 48 dated 26-07-23 time 1:29 pm.

We had bouhgt pickle mrp 80 rs for 200 gm, but bill amount is 120, which shows for 400 gm

I order rasgulla and uttapan mix veg at 1 PM with customer no. CS[protected] and my cashier ID is BRK1002(Rupesh) i got order after 1 hour and the uttapan is half baked. They ignored me many times.

Me along with my family (old parents and kids) had an awful worst/ disaster experience at your Bikaner vala Shivam foods GTKARNAL ROAD.

When I complaint to Manager Bhawani Sen he has hide himself and not willing to come infront. And he is so rude not offer to address my concern
Just imagine is this hospitality??
We all family members planned for a breakfast on a holiday and went to a worst experience with so called a renowned brand... Bikanervala
Inspite Haldiram offered 50%discount on his morning breakfast
We paid almost Rs 1000 for this type of food facilities/ services???? What is the customer fault?? My whole family left the food and went empty stomach..it's so humiliating

I request you to make inspection and make a visit at Bikanervala GTkarnal road and then you came to know how your brand name is getting deteriorating .. And strict action to be taken against your Manager

I have just entered and ordered food at Sector 12 Dwarka New Delhi Bikanervala restaurant. There is no AC switched ON and manager is saying he has just come. My question is why to open shop at 9 AM when you cannot switch ON AC in this peak summer till someone complaints. Flies across tables . Very pathetic experience. This branch really needs to audited or closed .

Substandard sweets sold at Bikanervala setor-18 outlet. Yesterday vide order/ INVOICE no. FS[protected] DTD. 17.05.2023, I purchased Kaju barfi from your sec-18 Noida outlet.
However looking at its quality I was very disappointed as it was stale, very hard and of Substandard quality.

The Order we made at the restaurant yesterday was of a kullad chai and what we received was normal one
Also, its the second consecutive time that the ACs were not working

It’s been 2nd such instance when I visited the Bikanevala Vasundhara outlet to buy Malai Rasgulla, and like the 1st time they gave me a packed box from freezer without any packaging date mentioned on it.
If I have to buy a cold storage box why would I go to the outlet.
After checking multiple times the store manager didn’t respond to my queries and handed over the box, didn’t even tell me the point of escalation.
Again the taste of the product in the box is not up to the mark, it’s chewy and smelling like old product.
This is repeatedly happening with this particular outlet.

We ordered sweets on zomato platform and sweets was delivered from bikanervala, when box seal was broken whole of the box of sweet khoya pista burfi was having fungus in all the pieces of burfi, with out any doubt my family members used few of the pieces.pl help what to do . Thanks
