        Respected Sir/Madam,
        I am Upendra Patra, resident of Chauliaganj, Nayabazar, Cuttack-753004. Today i have visited to near ChauliaganjReliance Fresh (RF Nayabazaar RF Nayabazaar, Plot No - 756, Corresponding to Khata no.-344, Mouza - Cuttack, Sahar, Unit No.28, P.S, Cuttack) for buying some foods. After bought the foods, i am going to the Billing counter, there are 4 counter available, only one staff is available in one counter, but not available 3 staffs in another 3 counter. One staff has misbehaved to me.
        I shall be greatful if you kindly above information do the needful please.

          Terrible quality in the dates I just opened. They have fermented and gone rancid. Purchased from Reliance Fresh at Vivarea.
          Please have them picked up and replaced.

            The store representatives are unprofessional and bias. They have their own preference to customers. No queue system nothing. Who ever hands over things in their hand, they will start billing. Waste of time if you are visiting this store. I had to drop off all items and go to another store.

              This has reference to the Reliance Fresh store at Windsor Heights, 277 Kumrakhali, EM Bypas, Kamalgazi, Kolkata 700103, West Bengal.

              The store has been carrying out online as well as offline business from the same premise causing immense inconvenience to the Offline Customer's as well as adds a nuisance value to the Residents of the same building.

              It is earnestly expected that the Authorities of Reliance should look into this and stop Online and Offline business from under the same roof.

                  I am a regular visitor/customer at Kalidasa Road, Mysore Reliance fresh. Of late, I find that the more essential daily use items are not available here. For Ex - Good quality Rice is not available and only item with Rs 36.00 is available which is normally being used for dosa batter.

                  For Sugar, there is no choice. Only four packets 2 kg packing is held for sale

                  No kinderjoy, No orio biscuits available for the last one month. Other items are slowly vanishing and now I have stopped visiting the show room. At this rate, you will lose your existing customers, leave alone fixing targets for each staff in every outlet.

                    Hi, my name is Karuppuraja. I purchased some items of rs. 285 on reliance fresh, sai nagar, chennai on[protected] by using Sudexo meal pass card. First time they swiped my card that time they says card declined but I received a message that 285 rs has been debited from your sudexo. I informed them about this message but they says amount will be return to your account with in 3 days. Second time swiped the same card and complete my purchase. Now the amount was not return to my sudexo account. Yesterday I reach the shop and tell about this matter, they says amount was not credited to reliance fresh account. Please take my complaint and refund my money 285 RS. I attached the necessary things. My phone number [protected].

                        My grandpa is going to reliance fresh for more than 5 years and complaining about the hole as it is very difficutl for him to move trolley from their and many of the trolley are broken and not me most of the people their are complaining and no one is doing anything about it

                          During billing process first time swiped my card by the person at counter and said that payment failed and tried 2 nd time and 485.50 rupees deducted from my account. But later I received 2 message with deduction of 485.50 separately 2 times. State ment also available in my sodexo meal card app.please do needful.

                            I had been complaining to the manager of Ambattur OT store on this subject for the last 5 months and he had taken any action to solve this problem. My above said card is accepted in all other stores except Reliance Fresh Ambattur OT.
                            If this continues I may have to switch to some other store for my provisions and household items in the future.

There I saw that a customer made a payment in cash, but the staff there took the card of hdfc from his pocket and made the payment from his card and cash paid by customer put in his pocket.

                                I bought few items and paid the amount. Soon I realise at the counter only of the price of white peas, was very high. I asked to return but lady was rude and told there is no return policy.

                                  I would like to inform you that I had been to your outlet at West of Chord Road (diagonally opposite to MODI EYE HOSPITAL), Bangalore today around 5 PM. I had purchased few items and I picked a cover for purchasing grocery. The security person without uniform by name Mr Manjunath stopped me from picking white cover stating that the cover is meant only for vegetables and in case I need any grocery he informed me to get my own bag for even loose groceries like sugar etc that too in a bad behavior manner

                                  I was surprised at this audacity of a person who was at the entrance without even security uniform and ordering me like a local market people. I told him that the same will be brought to the notice of higher authorities, but he told me to do what ever I want to do. Is this way these uncultured people behave with the customers.

                                  I am your customer from very long time with very frequent visits for purchase as a customer.

                                  Now I request you to terminate such unscrupulousness staff who will spoil the image of a large organisation like RELIANCE FRESH.

                                      Sir,
                                      I have been regularly shopping at your Medavakkam branch. The staff behaviour is normally good but for a girl whose behaviour certainly is not customer friendly. On 29.1.2021, when I presented my VISA card for bill payment saying to use with Wi-Fi, she deliberately made the billing payment failed and asked for PIN. I have not used the PIN option for quite some time but instead resorting to Wi-Fi mode for payments. Therefore I could not successfully enter the PIN and the transaction became failure. She left my billing and took to the next customer and refused to do billing of my groceries . It is worth mentioning I have been using the same card at your branch regularly. Had it been due to technical reasons, the failure can be justified. But I am sure the failure of the transaction was deliberately done by the lady staff. She had been careless and unresponsive on earlier occasions too. The store supervisor's response is very unsatisfactory generally. Since I couldn't get her name, I attach the photo for your early action please .
