Hesargatta road, Bangalore branch. Very rude behaviour by female staff. counter left unattended for Fifteen minutes, they have seen me standing with groceries, I even Went to each attended counter asked one lady to get no response, Then stood at empty counter with no sign board suggesting closure.after 15 minutes when u ask they talk back saying can’t u see no one is standing there which means it’s closed counter..And then they go on arguing to make matters worse. Have taken their pics as they didn’t tell name nor direct me to a complaint register. Another employee fingering node shamelessly as this issue is being discussed, plz see background. An average middle class citizen already gets enough from workplace. We don’t have to come to your store to be harassed.. found no use talking to manager as last time similar incident happened in Manglore urva branch MORE n local store manager didn’t bother to resolve issue. Stopped going there.. will stop coming to you too unless absolutely necessary.

I have tried multiple times in Samantrapur, Bhubaneswar Branch, every time Sodexo card declined by the system.
What is the exact issue, why sodexo not processed or working, they don't share.

I purchased 2 kg of Idly Rice along with other items from your Ambattur OT store. While transferring items into my bag from the store basket I missed the Idly Rice bag at the store. When I returned to the store after a couple of hours to look for the item I left behind, I was told by your security and other staff that there was no such item found in the store. I am of the opinion that your staff are not customer friendly and do not care for their customer's grievances.

Later when I returned to the store to look for my purchase after couple of hours, I was told by your staff that the item was not found in the store and was refused a further search for the item I lost in the store.

Today I visited reliance fresh. All the staff were without mask... the whole country ...or rather the whole world are going through the covid situation...They should be more responsible towards the customer as they can wear mask and can ask other people to wear the mask

I Ambit kumar Pattanaik from Bhubaneswar, Odisha. Today i bought some items from Reliance fresh Tankapani Road(Store No-2986). But when i got bill, i saw in that bill two products price is more than MRP price of that product.

I request you kindly look into the matter and refund my amount. i attached photo copy of that bill & items.

I went to Tankapani road reliance fresh on last Wednesday. I have bought some items and ate a curd in front of the bill desk . She saw I was eating curd and I was busy with mobile so I forgot to check the bill whether that curd is in the bill or not. They have not included it knowingly only to receive 10 Times of money. When I gave bill to gate keeper she told to submit 10 Times of money of curd and warn me to call police. Really it was a great insult without doing anything. So I just told to take the 10 Times of money of curd and cancel the bill what I have made currently but they misbehaved me and I went out without taking my items.

I have ordered and received it today but a item lemons are not in the bag which I received after payment, it's a very small thing but it's about impression of reliance industries I have attached invoice my mobile no. [protected]

I jyoti sharma am a regular customer with reliance fresh store ARJUN NAGAR SAFDARJUNG ENCLAVE STORE NEW DELHI -110029 . I visited the reliance fresh store situated at ARJUN NAGAR SAFDARJUNG ENCLAVE today on 06/01/2021 at around 8.30 am for buying regular grocery items and it had started to rain at that time i collected all the necessary items and went upto the cash counter for billing of items i was informed at the counter that card payment is not being accepted due to technical reasons i requested the staff due to covid situation i am using only contacless card payment for shopping to avoid cross cointamination to bill the items and i will collect it from exit and entry gates of the store once i come back later with cash from home so as to avoid the entire process over again . To my utter dismay and shock the staff simply refused to listen to
me and instead used rude and derogatory language and when i asked the assistant store manager MR KURSHEED to resolve the matter as it was raining he used abusive language and also questioning my intellect since as per him there was signage displayed at the entrance of store informing card payments not being accepted which i didnt notice and was not brought to my attention by the attendant the entrance of store. the staff especially Mr KURSHEED the assistant store manager was very rude used derogatory language and was being overtly aggressive with no ettiquttes in interacting with female customer he questioned my intent to pay for things brought. RELIANCE FRESH being part of reputed corporate group leader should make sure staff at the stores are helpful and flexible to customer demands. rerquest you to train and sensitise staff when dealing with female customers.

I bought heritage badam milk from reliance fresh Whitefield branch. it was smelling like old badams when i went retune reliance employee have not taken back behavior was rude, this was very unexpected from reliance fresh, ,

Saidapet reliance fresh staff suganya is not handle customer properly, if any detail asked to her she is not answering, she avoid the customer and walk away from customer. This is third time she is not handle customer. This is not a right way to handle customers.

I purchased a Five pack Good Day Britannia Butter Cookies on 23/12/2020 in Reliance Fresh, Madurai, India. While my mom ate one she was shocked to have chewed a metal stone in one of the cookies.

JUST SEND SOMEONE UNDERCOVER AS A SHOPPER AND YOU WILL SEE THE PROBLEM STARTING FROM COVID GUIDELINES TO HYGIENE AND MISMANAGEMENT. Rotting vegetable smells are there in vegetable section, staff half wear masks other half dont . It used to be a good place for groceries until August 2020 where everything was like typical supermarket chain with nice and orderly shelves. But now everything changed the milk is kept at entrance where dosa batter is kept and milk fridge is not working and extra milk kept in shopping carts and kept outside in warm conditions. The shelves are no longer kept properly in place of snacks they keep pickles in between and rice bags and not even stacked just dumbed in a corner and I even saw rats near the area where grains section where everything is placed randomly with blocked areas. SPOILED MILK OF 3 WEEKS IS SEEN IN REFRIGERATORS I COMPLAINED THEY TOOK IT OUT THEN ONLY. AC not working since October and no ventilation except entrance and exit doors.

They don't allow to take pictures now. I tried they forced me to delete them.

All purchases were correct however they miss behaviour.

I am staying at shakarput (delhi-92) and we have reliance store on sunday i bought amul rasmali mfg date is oct. 2020 valid upto 1 year on 50% discount (and clearly written no reund / exchange) it is customer choice to buy the product this is ok
but when i took that product at home want to enjoy the product it was spoiled i went back to store and told store manage why reliance is selling any company product which is spoiled my request to reliance to earn the name it take time but loosing it wont take much time
reliance fresh should not sell the product which spoil there name

Dear Sir/Madam,
I have done payment from my saving account (PAYTM) to Reliance Fresh but as per reliance fresh team payment not received and amount will be reverse but till date amount not reverse so I marked mail to Axis bank team.

I communicate with Axis bank and as per amount successfully credited to reliance 315.52 VIDE UTR NO.[protected] Dated[protected].

Kindly look into matter as I visited reliance store many time but no resolution.

Dear sir/madam,
Your reliance smart Patia from Bhubaneswar in Yesterday was from Frozen green peas of "best farm", and instead of some communication gap, I took that item to the store to return, but when the customer executive did not understand me properly, he flatly refused me, and said that this is "an issue in the quality of products".

"So tell me why when these quality issues are kept in your store, and your customer executive's way of talking is not right."

So when the products are defective, do not put them on your store.

On 2 Dec 2020, I purchased groceries costing Rs. 960. At the time of the bill, the cashier punched the amount of my MobiKwik account, my amount got deducted as it was not showing in their balance so they assured me that my amount will be reversed then again punch my Paytm punch for the same amount. The store manager assured me to return the MobiKwik deduction if not received by me.
The manager is not responding to me... I have been taking follow up for the last 1 week. They are not even picking up my phone. The manager turned off his number.

I request u to return my money 960 and scold the manager in this regard.
