Today am visitied your mohali store and your store staff was forcefully sell me rice packets if i dont want this product then why am buy this???...

The cashier made a mistake in the bill and overcharged me. Next day when i visited the shop they saw their mistake but said they cannot refund the money. I asked for a credit note but still they refused and started misbehaving with me. The manager and the security card both started misbehaving. Then after a long fight they refunded back the money. This kind of behaviour is not expected from such a big and reputed store.

Team, on 18th july 2020 at 1600 hours approx went to reliance fresh stores prashanthi nagar uppal, hyderabad. Purchased items worth rs.1079.16/-. Forgotten two items of balaji chakodi 150gms at the stores. Only 2 nos of the item are available at the stores

The swiping machines are not working, and are forced to pay cash. This is the 2nd time its happening, 1st time i thought it was my card problem, 2nd time (After a week) still the same problem, and also came to know all the other machines also doesnt seem to work. Hello, today on 27.06.20, i have visited reliance fresh store at kesar ganj, ajmer, rajasthan and bought certain items. One of the item i. E. 5 ltr. Tin of engine brand mustard oil has a offer of free fridge bottle worth rs 80/- with the purchase. But sorry to say, the staff at the store has no knowledge about the offer. The staff had kept their mouth shut when i asked for the free bottle and started pretending about searching the bottle....
