Usually shop opens by 6 o clock. When i went there they said the shop will open only by 7. I waited for an hour. The girls who work there did not wear mask (Not all). There is no social distancing at all and the shop was such a mess. If people go to reliance they will definitely catch hold of corona. Unhygienic place - reliance fresh palavakkam.

    Two days ago i made 1024.48 rs shopping at relince fresh shop at pallimukku mg road cochin.
    I made payment using gogle pay, money got deducted form my account. But the counter person told transaction was not succussful and charged cash from me. And told the amount will get revrsal back to my account.

    Its been three days now, still i have not got any refund.
    When i ask at the stores i am getting very arrogent replay from them.

        Purchased 2 pea packets of rs. 300/ on 27072020.
        Having bad quality with bad smell.
        Return back but amount not refunded advised to purchase another item with in 14 days.
        It's not a good dealing.

          Today I visited Reliance Fresh shop located at Kattigenahalli, Bangalore-560064 to purchase house hold items. Place of supply& Store code:29 KAR. I am attaching the photo of receipt showing the items procured. Among others I purchased AMUL CHEESE CHIPLET 200gms (Pkts.2)-EAN[protected]HSN CODE 040690), Mother dairyy cheese cubes( 2pkts) and THE LAUGHING COW CHEESE CUBES120gms(3 Pkts.)- EAN[protected]HSN CODE-040690) . After reaching home I was surprised to see half of the CHEESE CUBES of mother dairy was missing. Amul cheese packet had one cube from a different brand. It was an obvious case of tampering/pilfering the contents of the packet. Receipt No.:[protected] dated 27/07/2020 @13.50 hrs. Store No. 2897. Cashier: 60544190. Bill No. 53. POS No. R115.
          I am a loyal customer of Reliance Fresh and I must say my experience at your other outlets was very satisfactory . I now get groceries frim JIOMART which unfortunately, does not deliver cheese cubes.
          I look forward to your action in the matter and take measures to restore your loyal customers' faith in your commitment to give good and reliable service to them.

                The cashier made a mistake in the bill and overcharged me. Next day when i visited the shop they saw their mistake but said they cannot refund the money. I asked for a credit note but still they refused and started misbehaving with me. The manager and the security card both started misbehaving. Then after a long fight they refunded back the money. This kind of behaviour is not expected from such a big and reputed store.

                I am very sorry to say that such managers and guards are spoiling the goodwill of such stores.

                        Team, on 18th july 2020 at 1600 hours approx went to reliance fresh stores prashanthi nagar uppal, hyderabad. Purchased items worth rs.1079.16/-. Forgotten two items of balaji chakodi 150gms at the stores. Only 2 nos of the item are available at the stores

                        After coming home checked the items and observed the missing items. Immediately went to the stores and informed the stores security team on the same. Checked the items are back at the location where i picked earlier. Informed the stores team to check the stock of the item and based on that you can update me. They updated that stores incharge is not available and check the cctv footage and update me by 19th july 2020 evening. But, so far no one has called me.

                        Post covid pandemic, i am going out only 10 days once to purchase grocery and vegetable items only.

                        It's not about the item cost but response to the customer is the value added service of any stores. Hope you understood and respond to the query at the earliest.

                        Hello Sir,
                        I orderd 20 item from your store by online. My order no is[protected]A.When I was open the parcel which is send by your store and found 3 item is missing in the parcel pkt but including in my bill and I paid for all that missing items and also I received a wrong item which is parle 20-20 pack of 600grm instead of Britannia good day 600grm cookies pkt.
                        The following items are missing
                        *Aashirvaad superior MP whole wheat Atta 5 kg, *Garnir men powerwhite Anti Pollution Double active face wash 100g
                        *Britannia Toastea premium bake rush 273
                        Please help me to get the item..

                          The swiping machines are not working, and are forced to pay cash. This is the 2nd time its happening, 1st time i thought it was my card problem, 2nd time (After a week) still the same problem, and also came to know all the other machines also doesnt seem to work. Cash payment is very risky during this pandemic. Plz fix it asap.

                              I am frequently visit at your Realince Fresh Store since last 8 year Pravasi Nagar Murlipura Jaipur Rajasthan 302039 for purchasing yesterday afternoon I went to get curd, I took 6 packet of seeing the discount rate tag on the salted Chach of saras. But when I went to the counter to pay, the girl there told me that these packs could not be given in discount, the tag was accidentally installed.
                              Then I told store manager Anoop Jhalani for details. information that it has happened with me 3-4 times before that you people say that the discount tag was accidentally installed, what is the reason for this So Anoop screamed all over me that there are 25000 items, which one to take care of Must have felt by mistake Spoil me what you spoil Sir, I was very surprised that a Realince Store manager How can answer that This is not the first time Anoop has done this to me 3-4 times in the last 8 months. Even 4-5 days before Diwali, I came in a written complaint and no action was taken. Yesterday, I came in writing and filed a complaint, but this is my purpose to write to you so that you know how your store manager talks to the customer.

                                The delivery executive from reliance fresh 18th main road anna nagar west chennai : 40 has dropped the home delivery items on the road and left the place without informing. And when asked about the problem, he is declining his work. I have still not picked the goods from the road as it wasn't delivered to my house address. Thank you!

                                      Dear sir,
                                      I nimmi thankachi n g, one of your customer since 1999 onwards.
                                      Now i am staying in pattom, trivandrum district.
                                      From pattom reliance fresh shop i ordered the online purchase of some essential commodities on 05/07/2020 @ 1.54 pm. So many times i tried to contact that delivery person and the land line of the shop on the same and the very next day also. On 06/07/2020 @ 2.00 pm also i tried to contact and reminded through a message, but there is no response. But i noticed that the message was read on 05/07/2020 in the night 10.37 pm.
                                      On 06/07/2020, after my duty nearly 04.50 pm, i visited the shop then they told me that they closed the business and will deliver the item on the next day.
                                      I told them, if possible please help me today because i gave the order on the previous day, but they are not co operated with me and they argued that i wrongly sent the message to some other person's number so they are not liable. But from this number ([protected]) i took 4 times home delivery.
                                      More than that the security on duty, behaved very rudely and told me that who are you? And if we are not delivered you raise the complaint wherever you can.
                                      I also gave a written complaint against the delay of home delivery but the store manager refused to accept that and i ordered on sunday with offer rate. If they are delivering on tuesday (07/07/2020) only i have to suffer the financial loss also. Today (07/07/2020;11.23 am) upto this time they are not delivered.
                                      In the present covid 19 situation your people are behaving rudely and roughly.
                                      Even though i am waiting a convincing reply about this issue and the compensation also which i suffered the mental pain from your shop and mainly from your security which was on 06/07/2020.

I paid successful with qr code but it was shown reversal, so again i paid with suggestion of store keepers. But still i did not get my money. So as early as possible solve this problem
