I accidentally paid 560 rupees instead of 260 rupees and my bill was 255 so the person near cash counter returned me only 5 rs, as i was in a rush i forgot to collect the remaining cash please give it back to me my rest 250rupees. I just accidentally paid ans i was in a hurry as it was raining heavily so kindly give me money back when i'll go there please

Store maintenance is very low.Store is fully filled with store items in trolleys near every racks .Store incharge instead of keeping items in respective tracks they kept filled it in trolleys everywhere.i myself compained several times to suprvisor and i dont see any action

    It is observed from some months long that as offer is given on cold drinks products, cold drinks like thums up, coca cola, pepsy etc are being sold outside the store to retailers and not a single piece is available on store. We the regular customers suffer a lot due to non availability of the products stated above. Only campa cola is available on store as there is no demand on it to the retailers. The retailers surrounding the reliance fresh are selling these products at mrp. It seems to me that there may be some foul play in it. Please look into the matter. Please arrange availability of the products on store for regular customers.

      Bill number 231 date 03 jul 2019.
      Hdfc debit card (Sandeep kulkarni) was swiped and amount deducted..3534 inr.
      But due to some problem said by executive swiped vijaya bank card my wife debit card (Vaishali) and amount deducted.
      I am charged twice..

      Reliance fresh store ( S.N Jn, thrippunithura Kochi ) I bought 2 .5L Milma Double toned milk on 2/8/19. but it's expired on July 31st itself. it's a serious problem. Take necessary action against this big mistake from such a reputed store.

      Billing counters staff is always unavailable you have to wait for 5-10 mins after ringing bell for staff.

        On 6th july, i bought some groceries from reliance fresh (Doddabommasandra branch) and swiped my icici debit card. The money got deducted from my account and credited to reliance fresh account but the billing girl told me that the transaction has failed as it is a sales reversal and asked me to swipe again. Reliance fresh has charged twice for single purchase as on 6th july. They promised that the money would be credited in 24 hrs.
        Contacted the store, no help, i have wasted my time and money on calling customer care as well.

          My name is amlan anirban from bhubaneswar, odisha. On 17th july, i visited and bought some groceries from reliance fresh and tried to pay for it via google pay (Tez), but after putting my pin, the money got deducted from my account and got paid it to reliance fresh account but the billing guy told me that the transaction was canceled and failed and asked me to pay via another method i. E either via card or cash. And i paid them via hdfc card. So i thought, if the money is deducted from my account then it will take some hours or 3~5 working days and i will get the money back.. It's been more than 2 weeks and i haven't received any response from either side. I have sent a lot of feedback n requests via google pay.. Still no response yet.

            My google pay payment for rs 818 debited in my account[protected] and but unfortunate transaction and remarks generate waiting for purchase confirmation i complain reliance store to 3 to 4 time but did not response properly. So i complained toll free number and generate above service desk number. But not solution yet.
            So plz help to when i revert back my money?

              I purchased an electrical kettle from relaience smart, east fort, thrissur, kerala. I was forced to pay the bill before it is tested. I insisted testing. They told light is glowing so it is working. I insisted testing with water. Immediately some of your staff replied. "those testing and all in your house." with that comment i could imagine the after sales. I asked to cancell the bill and pay back rs. 649.00 since i dont want to take a product, after sales is not guaranteed. The whole staff of college as well as the whole family in our housing colony decided to quite relience. I was taken to mr. Vijayan, your floor manager. I have not got my cash back.                 Recently i have made a purchase from reliance fresh kukatpally, they charged me 6rs/- for a carry bag, which is printed with their logo. As per the consumer court info, no one has right to charge the carry bag which is printed with their logo or name. I asked same with staff, but she simply said my manger told me to charge for a carry bag. Please do the need full.

                  I had done my shopping in reliance fresh at poonamalle, chennai. I had paid an amount of rs.5434.62 through google pay. The payment was failed in google pay and i got a message from my bank stating that the amount was credited in [protected]@axisbank upi id. The salesman at reliance fresh has collected another amount of rs.5434.62 through paytm. But you have not reversed the money paid through g-pay. I had contacted google pay and they told that amount was successfully credited vin your account.

                      Dear Team,

                      Yesterday, I have made purchases of Household goods from Reliance Mall, Faridabad Sarai.

                      The total bill amount was 4354.36/- Rs. while transaction I represented my parking bill for discount and cashier has asked for mobile no. from which he has redeemed some points from my total billing.

                      However, despite of discounts he has charged me complete 4354/- Rs. and as per attached billing statement I should charged with only 4157/- Rs.

                      Cashier has overcharged me with 258/- Rs. on complaining to customer care desk they rudely told me write a complaint to customer care.

                      Hoping for resolution here as soon as possible.

                      I sunil Bhanduarge purchased and paid through google pay.. My amount 765/-debited, but again i payed the amount by cash. but the online amount is not re-funded yet its almost 1 month from now, visited reliance fresh store at goaves belgaum karnataka but very poor response from the store manager. Kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible.
                      I brought 1 kg mango from reliance at palai.kerala.exept one other 3 mangoes are very bad.I want refund immediately.photos attached with this.

                        Hello,

                        I want to raise a complaint for Reliance Fresh outlet in Isckon Ahmedabad.
                        The billing staff here has no brain to pack the items. There was a packet of bread i bought today and i specifically mentioned to keep it on top so as to avoid any kind of pressure on that packet as it would mess it up.
                        Instead of listening to what i said these guys made sure that the packet of bread was put down to the extreme bottom of the carry bag.
                        Please take some serious action and train your employees. I would be going back for an exchange or refund not hoping much if my request would be taken seriously there.

                          I am regular buyer of amul diced cheese from reliance fresh kamothe as i run a small business. as a trusted brand i used to be carefree before buying the product but this time i was really disappointed as i found fungus in the cheese when i opened the package some part of the cheese was turned green. i immediately visited reliance fresh kamothe sector 22. 1 st thing happened i didnt have the bill but whenever i buy any product from reliance fresh kamothe i provide my number to them. i requested them to check the bill through my number he left for 15 min and returned stating that he could not see any bills by the number provided. he stated that he could check only bills 15 days back. so i asked him what am i supposed to do so he said we could not do anything as it has crossed 15 days. my point is if the product has a expiry of 12 months and if it has fungus on it before expiry so whom has to be blamed . being into food business i have to keep back up of my ingredients. I have requested the manager also regarding this issue but there is no response from the manager as we look "RELIANCE FRESH" as a brand we are expecting some proper response from the store as we had word with Mr. Sanjay kadam[protected] he is the store manager at kamothe store.

                          We expect from the store to at least replace the product and provide us new one or some courtesy.

                          How can such thing happen specially with reliance. This is thing to be brought to the customer court.

                            Dear sir,
                            It is serious and misbehaviour of the outlet at reliance fresh kaise thank ajmer, where staff of outlet been asked for the service as per the outlet guidance and terms was ignored countinously even after repeated request and kept me waiting for longtime. After waiting for long time i complaint the other staff started consoling instead after been asked to call the manager and complaint book, i was been told that retail manager is not available instead of providing the solution. This is an usual behaviour of the outlet where the customer are harrased and retail manager never come in front to address the grievance.

                              I am regularly buying in reliance fresh medavakkam branch. Every time they are making wrong in billing. They will keep.board that buy two and get 1 free. But when billing they are charging for three. Every time it happens to me. When we got more items we Couldn't check in shop. After we reach home checked its there. Today i got. Same wrong was billing...pls give good service to customers. Very disappointed.

I purchased items on 16th tuesday 2019 at the shop and did not have change for 500 rupees. I told the cash counter boy that i do not have change and hence gave him 500 rupees note. He was very rude in behavior and denied me change. He insisted that i pay by card or give lower denominations which i do not have. I insisted that i see the cash counter box whether he had change. He sais he is reserving change for the next customer. I felt really surprised to the fact that i am also a customer and why would he behave so bad. He was definitely giving a false reason.
                                I would raise this issue to the management for proper action and see that customers are taken care in a proper manner.

                                  On last 26th June I had purchased materials worth Rs582.49 from the Reiance fresh store near Bhababat Sandhan Colony(Bhubaneswar) gate. However due to some link problem the Sale Receipt/ Transaction Receipt was not generated though your POS machine deducted the money from my ICICI account.(ID-xx0474, Code-030742). So as per the advice of your sales prsonnel I had again paid the same amount through POS(Ref:MID[protected]/IID[protected] and received the materials.
                                  But in-spite of several assurances by your staff/manager, the extra amount of Rs.582.944 has not been reversed back to my account.The relevant copies of payments and my bank statement are being sent through another e-mail to your customer care acoount.

                                    Reliance fresh has charged twice for single purchase transaction on 2nd july 2019. Though i have informed same time, but manager promised me that it would be back to my account within 7 days.

                                    But after 7th day i got 524rs less as the time of purchase there was a offer "hdfc offer 7.5% cashback". Without offer my bill was 6996.41 and with offer 6471.68. So they charged both amount. But on reversal they only refund me the 6471.68. So what is the offer benefit. This is the reliance fresh executive mistake. So why i will pay for that. I am attaching the bill.

                                    More than 7 days passed away for the registered complaint. but i am not getting anything. Do i need to register then complaint on National Consumer Helpline.

                                      Sir, We are very hopeless about the service of Reliance Smart Manager behaviour. He delivered us damaged item & Expired CHASS. Also. That's not 1st time. He do it again & again. I don't know how he is selected for the manager post. Our begging request to you that take action against this manager. Please take action against him.                                         I visited reliance fresh vadagaonsheri branch, pune yesterday. I could say the behavior of women in counter was so pathetic. There were in sufficiency of swipe machines and a woman said to go another counter. Whey i went to another counter they said they can't swipe machine as people were crowded it seems like they were playing on me. I got angry on them. They didn't even try to help me out and didn't mind what's happening. Is this the way to treat customers. Such workers will give bad business.

                                        When I purches shoes in mall, for trial i we are shoes in right legs, a one big khayla in side the shoes, this khaile going to my foot and lot of blood came, i complaints on counter, first aid done on counter.

Six counters are there to billing but only 2 or 3 working at a time.. Please value our time.. Please take action and intimate me at the earliest.. Regards
