While billing a product bambino gulab jamun mix the offer given by company is buy onr and get one free. Where as in billing system it not getting reflected in the system and the counter person is delaying the billing process for the clarification of offer despite of it being clearly printed. Even your branch head is non co operating. Kindly provide the reason of inconvience and incorrect entry of product.

My wife had gone for grocery shopping yesterday at reliance fresh & during exit she was asked by shahibaug a'bad reliance fresh manager to open her purse & show the contents inside. Then he took 2 objects from it which were already hers & had been bought several days before & bluntly called her a thief in front of everyone. When my wife argued that he can check the cctv footage, he, knowing that his false accusation would be apparent if he did so, he lied saying there was no cctv footage & when she said that she comes from a good decent family to re affirm her innocence, that shameless bloody manager
Commented "you don't look like you come from a decent family"!
We even have the old receipts of those 2 things that he had falsely accused her of stealing & to make matters worse, one of the product was not even a part of reliance fresh (It was from d mart) which was later admitted by their own employee as well.
This manager disgustingly & falsely accused a decent lady from a good family of stealing without any proof, called her indecent indirectly, insulted & defamed her in front of other people & didn't even show any remorse for such behaviour.
I request the higher administration to take strict punitive measures against such a disgusting dumb manager before some other decent women became his victim!

Iam a regular customer of relaince fresh, chettichira, ponnurunny, vyttila po. Today i purchased some vegetables from there. When i reached at the exit door security asked my bill for checking. But due to the two carry bags in my both hands i told him to take the bill from my shirt pocket. He refused to do the same and pulled my hands in a wrong way. How he can behave like this to a regular customer. I said i will place this bag in my car and u can check it. He didnt do the same also after all he done this all.in my previous experiende he already asked some tips. But i ignored it at that time. Please take an action immediately

This is about the reliance fresh store at north usman rosd, t. Nagar, chennai 600017. Worst customer service.. Only one billing counter always. Nobody turns up even when your waiting. Staff always stand and chat. No change amount available in cash counter anytime you go. Ambience also not great. Products are also 2-3 months old. Pl check for resolve.

I have purchase certain goods on 15th feb 2018 9 pm from reliance fresh toli chowki hyderabad and upon swiping my card on the first time the cashier dropped the machine down therefore bill was not generated but amount got deducted and again i swiped for second time and he told that the first amount will be reversed but till today the same is pending. Kindky take action.

Sub: - Glass Cleaning Liquid – “SHINZ” bought from M/s Reliance Retail, Yelahanka New Town, Bangalore- 560 064, is not up to the mark. - Defiant Quality or Old stock. – Please clarify the reason for not cleaning the Kitchen Glass and replace with New Bottle. – GS.
Ref: 1. Bill not found as it was bought three months back. – M/s Reliance Fresh, Yelahanka New Town, Bangalore – 560 064.
2. On 550ML.- Mfd. Date: May 2018, and Batch. No: P-B0050.
3. We have used almost 450ml. – Balance 100ml stopped using suspecting that it is old one.
I. This has reference to the above. I am a Senior Citizen residing in Bangalore, in the above address. I used to buy Cleaning agents for cleaning Kitchen Glass Windows, every once in 15 Days. This is the second time we have bought this Glass Cleaner, from M/s Reliance Fresh, Yelahanka New Town, Bangalore-560 064. (Bill is not found).
The “SHINZ” brand 550ml bottles x Two Nos: were bought three months back / October 2018, and kept on using for Kitchen Glasses only. The “SHINZ” brand make found not cleaning the stains of Kitchen Smoke effectively. There must be some Quality deficiency causing not clearing the stains on the Glass, or due old stock it did not work.
II. It is said on the bottle that “New Pro-Shine formula instantly fragments layers of dust, finger prints, and build-up stains on contact. Further it forms a protective layer that prevents further dust and stain built-up”.
“Ideal for use on surfaces of all kinds: Mirrors, Table Tops, Windows, TV, Computer Monitors, Show Cases, Refrigerators, Microwave ovens, Kitchen Appliances, Laminated furniture, & similar surfaces”.
It is also observed that these bottles are found not sealed and hence not ensuring the intactness of Quality. Since plastic sprayer is fixed to the bottle, ensuring the quality of the filled liquid is remote.
III. I would request your office for the following:
a. Please arrange collection of this balance 100ml or little less (Loss due to evaporation) “SHINZ” liquid from my Home address, given above, for necessary testing and check-up, Or permit me to handover the bottle to the nearest Reliance Fresh.
b. Please do the needful for replacement with a good one. Quality is important.
IV. I am forwarding this letter to your office and please confirm the action taken.

I have told reliance fresh vashi store to add amul tazza 200ml in the sodexo list. After that they told me that it will take 4 days for the backend team to update this.
But after that i went their 4 times still my issue was not solved.
Whenever i ask them they always buse to say that they are pushing the mail continuously to their backend team.
I have told this to mr swapnil and mr mukesh.
Please do the needful.

The complaint is about reliance fresh, d-1/3, acharya niketan, mayur vihar phase-1, delhi - 110091, where i was purchasing some products and in counter the employee first even after giving the credit card took the bill out as cash.

He asked for cash for which i gave a prompt response of credit card. He put aside my card and entertaining other customers. For which i was told only to pay cash as bill was out and they said you cant move out without paying..

I would like to know why i was restricted not to go out and why did they forced me to pay cash when credit card was alrdy given.

I am your old customers of yours company, take baba ram dev ghee mrp price rs 500 but they take rs 650 . And joy winter kit discount rs 219 but they take rs 342. How it is possible ? i purchased too many times but not checked bill. Now i think so many times it happend because i not checked bill before .But today 17/02/2019 at 14:47:52 i checked in 1 st time and comes the matter. Plz take necessary action. Attached all documents

Today i bought some groceries of around 1100 rupees after billing i demanded carry bags and staff refused and asked me to pay 14 rs. For a carry bag. I personally think in a country like india 14 rs is not a valid charge of a carry bag. It just malign the image of billion dollars company reliance. After this incident staff passed sardonic comments and as i demanded complaint register they refused & said it has been lost, i demanded manager no. Staff didn't provide me that too then manager comes into scene i don't know from where he was coming he was a great guy he was behaving as if he owns the store. He was not liable to be a manager i don't know who appointmented that bast.. D
With a heavy heart i am writing this as a responsible customer & i hope immediate actions will be taken. This store is located at riddhi siddhi, jaipur

We are continuously facing unprofessional behaviour by the staffs. There is no respect given to the customers. Today we visited the reliance fresh in mogappair west at 11:30 am and we're picking up oranges, the lady who was sweeping used profanity since we requested to move aside. Even the girls who are working in billing counters doesn't behave good. Request you to take necessary action at the earliest.

I been sharing my feedback when iam visiting the store and didn't observe any chage. day by day it is becoming worst. this is store in Rajeevnagar/mothinagar reliance fresh. the store is full of rats and cockroaches. look at the image of the baby product how they are maintaining. all the product that the store maintain is near to expiry date

I recently purchased few groceries and a cadbury from reliance fresh hubli store karnataka. Dated :27 jan 2018 bill no 128 store no 2524 tax invoice no [protected]. The mrp of cadbury silk fruit was rs 65 but i was charged 68.6. Request you to the needful and take necessary action for the same

Too many times...

Providing spoiled milk...
Some fruits are very ghatia... While shopping i didnt understand after reached home when trying to cook or eat (Fruits) got spoiled (Ghatia, sada).

You know how costly all the products... Why cheat with customer... No one has there to listen about customer... Only selling...

When you in queue along times and someone also came into queue if they are relative with checkout workers then they give 1st priority for them... If you told them they never listen to you...

Finally... I do shopping every day... I never complaint anything about spoiled products but its more than 2 times then i written about this store.

So this lady at the hosa rd reliance fresh store was extremely wierd. Firstly asf in waking through the aile, they seemed more interested in chatting amongst themselves, which is ok but when i'm trying to walk through there they are chatting again in a group n paying no heed that they are blocking my way.
This same lady comes to the billing counter unfortunately, now here she had absolutely no interest or concentrating, chatting m chatting, tho put in the pin nothing said most pushes that machine towards us, ask if there is discount, seems blank. Finally the worst thing seemed when she was returning the card, she just through her hands backward with the card not even bothered tho look of i'm able tho take it... Was totally inappropriate, absolutely poor customer service.

At sector-4 gurgaon outlet the store is completely inefficient. The personnel at the billing counter is unaware of the discounted prices. Also the quantity weighed at the counter is not correct. If the consumer does not review the cases of over charging in appropriate to weight is billed. Even the card payment is not attended. While the payment transaction fails, reliance fresh does not provide needed support instead customer has to run pillar to post and follow up with the bank to get the credit. The customer has to go wild to diagnose the error done at store and the staff is completely un courteous in this manner. The hoarding placed on correct weight and right payment is very rarely implied.
The experience with the store is not at all great, the matter may be seen in line with the fact and inform appropriately on the resolution.

Hi i am anjani sharma living in pashchim vihar delhi nd today 29jan19 i went to the reliance fresh store after coming back from home in noida i had edibles in my bag which the gaurd firstly did not check my bag to see i'm already getting stuff from outside and he handed me the basket himself, then while checking out he insisted to check and when they checked they took out everything stating i was shoplifting, i made them speak to my dad who had given everything and i had myself got two items from vaishali. They harrased me saying bad things to me and then told me to sign a form, even after me insisting to show the cctv they did not and billed me for the two items again saying it matched with their i'd. I'm greatly dissatisfied nd disappointed by their service of blaming me and then not accepting their mistake of not checking at the entry, i would not recommend anyone to go any of these reliance fresh and would want to take serious actions. It would be sad that indias consumer service would not help me with this

Visited relaince fresh, indore (Mp) yesterday, very poor experience, got burnt while picking up the harpic bottle, such a sensitive chemical, broken bottles and spilled over everywhere, no one to take care as we being customers are compelled to buy.. Anyways i pickedup the bottle and got burnt, my shirt and me as well.. Asked for manager, arvind gupta sore manager, least bothered, took very lightly as nothing happened... Never seen and heard such remarks.. Called up customer care, they asked for 01 week time to revert back.. Such nonsense... No first ad offered even they don't know about... Very surprised about management, handling such big customer care positions, even i am in hospitality field, but really surprised...
Have itching on my body and lost my shirt..
Very poor, willing to file case...

Reliance fresh in medavakkam chennai - 600100

If we go at 08:45 pm security outside reliance fresh says that, we are going to close so he not allowing inside the store.

I think reliance fresh closing time is 09:30 pm. They should allow the customers tell 09:30 pm. Same has happened to other customers also which i have seen in person.

We are not happy with the service which reliance fresh is giving to us.
