At sector-4 gurgaon outlet the store is completely inefficient. The personnel at the billing counter is unaware of the discounted prices. Also the quantity weighed at the counter is not correct. If the consumer does not review the cases of over charging in appropriate to weight is billed. Even the card payment is not attended. While the payment transaction fails, reliance fresh does not provide needed support instead customer has to run pillar to post and follow up with the bank to get the credit. The customer has to go wild to diagnose the error done at store and the staff is completely un courteous in this manner. The hoarding placed on correct weight and right payment is very rarely implied.
The experience with the store is not at all great, the matter may be seen in line with the fact and inform appropriately on the resolution.

Hi i am anjani sharma living in pashchim vihar delhi nd today 29jan19 i went to the reliance fresh store after coming back from home in noida i had edibles in my bag which the gaurd firstly did not check my bag to see i'm already getting stuff from outside and he handed me the basket himself, then while checking out he insisted to check and when they checked they took out everything stating i was shoplifting, i made them speak to my dad who had given everything and i had myself got two items from vaishali. They harrased me saying bad things to me and then told me to sign a form, even after me insisting to show the cctv they did not and billed me for the two items again saying it matched with their i'd. I'm greatly dissatisfied nd disappointed by their service of blaming me and then not accepting their mistake of not checking at the entry, i would not recommend anyone to go any of these reliance fresh and would want to take serious actions. It would be sad that indias consumer service would not help me with this

Visited relaince fresh, indore (Mp) yesterday, very poor experience, got burnt while picking up the harpic bottle, such a sensitive chemical, broken bottles and spilled over everywhere, no one to take care as we being customers are compelled to buy.. Anyways i pickedup the bottle and got burnt, my shirt and me as well.. Asked for manager, arvind gupta sore manager, least bothered, took very lightly as nothing happened... Never seen and heard such remarks.. Called up customer care, they asked for 01 week time to revert back.. Such nonsense... No first ad offered even they don't know about... Very surprised about management, handling such big customer care positions, even i am in hospitality field, but really surprised...
Have itching on my body and lost my shirt..
Very poor, willing to file case...

Within my billing process he make another bill without asking me. I when i ask he talked to me badly. And he also told he ask me about the billing. He must be punished for this. If we go at 08:45 pm security outside reliance fresh says that, we are going to close so he not allowing inside the store.

I think reliance fresh closing time is 09:30 pm. They should allow the customers tell 09:30 pm. Same has happened to other customers also which i have seen in person.

We are not happy with the service which reliance fresh is giving to us.

Reliance fresh at wagholi (Store no 2944) is selling rotten fruits. We have highlighted this to the manager of the store in vain. This is not expected from a reputed brand like reliance. This is a health hazard. Also the store refuses to accept the return of such fruits. Some of the photos of fruits stored and a video clipping on strawberry fruits bought recently are self - explanatory. Also reliance fresh near ivy estate, wagholi runs on tina factor (There is no alternative). If star bazaar or big bazaar outlet is opened within 5 kms, i am sure this particular store reliance fresh store has to be shut down unless they pull up the socks and bring radical changes in their functioning.
Also excess billing problem is highlighted in the video. The consumers have to be ever vigilant to ensure that they are not fleeced.

I want to report poor customer service in reliance fresh store in sector 13-17 panipat. Everytime i visit the store i have to wait long time for a service guy to attend at non veg counter. This is not a one time issue but service is not provided in time. Even after asking several times for a person to attend, i end up waiting for 15-20 min. Even at the cash counter people are not well trained and end up making huge ques at the counter. Most of the sales person just believe in hiding in basement to avoid work.

We are residing in warangal telangana and we are the regular customer for reliance fresh located in pochamma maidan, warangal telangana i'm writing this mail regarding a worst service which i faced today.
In detail, i went to store asusual to buy milk packets but the store people refused to provide me suficient milk packets i actually take bulk in quantity regularly during the last hours of closing the store
Recently raised a complaint with the store regarding a price of a product where the store accepted it's mistake and refunded the part of amount (Rs.10) since from that time they are stating that they won't give more than two or three milk packets to me what a stupid thing it is i have to bring my all the members of my family to take suficient milk packets

I hereby ask to take a necessary action on the store.

Indiranagar bangalore reliance retail... Was open this morning, around 8.45am, the billing counters could not operate with systems being offline.
Again after about an hour, it started working and again went into offline mode. Came back the second time and again down. Can something be done immediately to resolve the problem and not inconvenience the customer

I had purchased some items of rs 674 from reliance fresh on 21.12.2018 at their store at near gaba hospital, yamuna nagar-135001 (Haryana) pid : 321627 batch id: 9151. I paid amount via pay zapp of hdfc and amount of rs, 674 was deducted from my hdfc credit card but reliance representative said that they have not received payment of rs.674. He has not given me buyed items.

My hdfc card customer care said that amt was transferred to reliance fresh given no. 3t5016 rrno[protected].

Please refund the amount immediately.

I had purchased some items from reliance fresh, near gaba hospital, yamuna nagar -135001 (Haryana) for rs.674/- on 21.12.2018< pid 321627 crnt batch id 9151 and paid rs.674/- via payzap hdfc credit card and amount was deducted from my hdfc credit card. Your representative at store has not given items and said that rs, 674 was not received by us.
I contacted hdfc card customer care and they said that the amount was credited to reliance store amd given the following no.:

Please refund my payment immediatly.

The reliance outlet at irinjalakuda is levying exorbitant price over and above mrp and also betray consumers on discount sale. Out of he grocery items today i bought from the out let, chana packet item is chargedrs. 146, wheras the mrp of the item is rs. 138. So also the sampthrupthi coconut oil packed bottle priced rs. 220 instead rs. 219 (Mrp). The modi cake 450 gram is charged rs. 142.10 without 10% discount offered on mrp rs. 145 the bill no. Is 78

Product in question: saffola oats 1kg with a 400g pack free with it

We purchased items including the saffola oats 1kg which had a 400g pack free with it. Both packets were taped together which was convenient. However, the lady at the billing counter scanned both packets and charged me for both the 1kg and 400gm packets knowing very well that it was a combo offer. When i returned later after finding out this discrepancy, the only person who really took any interest was the store security guard. The staff inside the store kept delaying the refund and kept on arguing and debating with each other on who should process the refund. It was a disappointing show of customer service and we were handed over a handful of coins as part of the refund finally. No trace of an apology from anyone inside the store. Absolutely horrible service after cheating a regular customer!

I am registered with DND. After visiting Reliance Fresh, Maruthi Seva Nagar, Bangalore, I am usually disturbed during my working hours by calls for credit cards, personal LOANs, etc from different mobile numbers. (Latest were from [protected] and [protected]). This is a recurring nuisance. Customers data is sold to third-party without the customer's consent or knowledge. When I contact the concerned bank about the call, those ### pretend innocence.
These stores have no sense of decency. There are other ways of making money than selling customer's data.
I am fed up of complaining to my useless inefficient service provider (read Vodafone)

The staff at reliance fresh store at ivy estate, wagholi, pune is extremely non-cooperative. This pertains to their behaviour on 11 december 2018. There was no one to weigh the vegetables; inspite of requesting the staff no one turned up. Customers were waiting in line for more than 10 minutes. The manager too was requested, but still no action was taken. The manager was in fact with three other staff members inside his office... Eating.

There was only one billing counter functional, with 8-10 customers waiting.
Request look into the matter, so that the staff performs their duty properly.

Hi this is naresh, i am regular use to buy things at reliance fresh in masakalipalayam road, hope college, coimbatore. Today (13/dec/18) morning when i was purchasing the products @ 8.20 am, i just noticed one of your male employee (Short name abhi), who just came in and directly went to perfume section, opened up one of the fogg perfume and use for his own, then put back the same in selling rack.

Are you guys kidding at customers?? Do you think we need to buy the used ones??? More over what's the use of having cameras around the store???

Also may i know the reason why all your perfume bottles are not sealed??/

Its open and vulnerable for usage, on what basis you guys recommend us to buy from your stores after seeing these type of activities???

Brought food products today at reliance fresh at tambaram (Chennai), frozen food (Amul happy treats hash brown) that i brought was rotten the manufacturer month was dec 2017. Pls provide a solution. I didn't expect such lack of attention from the store. The smell itself was so bad when the seal was opened, excepting a solution from you soon.

Hi, this to bring to your notice that there has been a incident of serious miss conduct by your employees @yelahanka store in bangalore.

We went to buy groceries at around 8:30 pm, store looked understaffed and was in completed mess. New process of weighing fresh veggies was being introduced and team was completely clueless and more so no dedicated person was available to weigh and put the sticker every now and then 1 of the cashier would come in weigh few items and leave. We literally have to wait for over 10 mins to get few veggies weighed for billing.

@billing counter cashier mentioned few of the items didn’t had sticker and my wife went again to get them weighed but no one was available she waited for sometime and came back. When i informed cashier that no one is available to weigh cashier named akshay very rudely replied wait there someone will come. I kept my cool and asked my wife to wait at the counter so that i can get them weighed. Luckily this time someone was available but he was weighing stuff for someone else i requested him to weigh my item first as cashier was waiting and so as the other customer for their turn. Upon getting the items weighed i rushed to counter picking up few more item that were missed and cashier akshay mentioned are under buy 1 get one offer. Upon reaching the counter i noticed cashier akshay talking rudely with my wife and asking her to hurry as it was their closing time and its getting late. Intentionally we didn’t coz the delay, reason for actual delay was no one was available at the weighing counter and its was completely unreasonable to be rude with us of their own operations hassle.

While he completed the billing i requested him to help us with a empty rice bag as our items were more and would not fit in 1 bag. To which he replied very rudely that they don’t have any such bag and if we want he can give bags on chargeable basis for which i asked him does he has such big bag to which he replied no and very rudely said empty rice bag is not available, i asked him can i see his manager so that i could request him but again very rudely he replied manager is not available and even if he was there he would have said no as we don’t sell empty rice bag. I remembered seeing a person in white shirt and thought possibly he could be a manager, i left the counter looking for him so that i could request him and inform him about the rude behaviour of the cashier. But suddenly i noticed the cashier again arguing with my wife in front 10 other customer not even thinking that he is talking to a lady who is carrying a 2 year child in her hand, waiting patiently at the counter for such long time. This time i completely lost my cool as it was not only frustrating, he made it very ugly in front of other shoppers. To his repeated derogatory comments i have raise my voice coz enough is enough an employee has not rights to disrespect a customer when customer like us pay for his salary. As a cashier he should have been cooperative assisting us to complete the billing but he choose to disrespect and be rude for no fault o[censored]s. Seeing this the other guy named rajshekar whom i was thinking was a manger joined the cashier taking his side and started passing derogatory comment followed by one of the local customer claiming to be part of local karnataka rakshanabedi group harassing me, my wife and little one in front of other customers in local language. When i asked them to talk in hindi or english as i cannot follow them, as it looked like they were abusing us. When i insisted them to talk in language i can follow they said if we are in karnataka we have to learn kannada or else we should get out from the state which was completely useless, they went to extent that they said if we were in chennai people would have beaten us with chapal and if we come out of the store they will take care o[censored]s. Which was completely unacceptable as these guys were now not only insulting us but also threatening us but when i told them i will got police station and showed them my id card of central government employee the other customer who was supporting them left. We also left in sometime as it was getting ugly and other customers were suffering but the other guy named rajshekar continued to harass, going to an extent challenging us to do whatever we want and we should not return back again which is quite given that we will not.

After leaving from their when i called manager to report the incident he quietly responded saying he will give warning letter.

Will just a warning letter can makeover for the insult we have to take and harassment we have to go through. I’m not going to stay quite after this will certainly consult of the legal opinion and share my experience with masses to know kind of people that are hired to assist customers like us @reliance fresh.

I visited reliance fresh indore, mp, near indraprasth tower. It was 9.30pm and customers were shopping and counters were still open. But the security guard refused me entry saying counter is closed.
Still i reasoned with him but to no avail. 2 more employees came and said sir we will not allow you to enter saying counters were closed. I told i just needed one item and am not here for bulk shopping. This type o[censored]nruly behaviour can not be accepted. If customers had not been inside i would have accepted their reason, and to my amazement as i was sitting in my car i saw a costumer getting inside and he was not stopped by gaurd. A shame ful behaviour for customers.

I got a coupon from your side stating that on your diwali purchase you got coupon of worth rs 100 when i went to store situated in sector 16 panchkula they are unaware of it and with cooperation i have waited for around half hour but they are least interested in attending me. Please see to it and earlier also i have seen there is no queue for billing so kindly resolve it.
