    I have purchased 3 pack of kissan tomato ketchup today (I. E. 11 august 2018) and as per offer board displayed at reliance fresh on buying of 2pack of kissan ketchup one is free. However benefit of offer is not transferred and in bill i have been charged for for 3 pack of tomato ketuchp. Also, attaching copy of bill below. Please help in this regard.

      Ril complaint-2206148/ 2197278

      Ril backend team seems very poor in identifying the payment gateway responses and approve/reject status from the gateway to their accounts. Still they are unable to reply my query properly on my double swipe issue on july 11, 2018 in store id_ 2977 at old alwal.

      Please let me know the escalation procedure/details to backend team or senior management.. Really wondering this much big organization [ril] is not capable to track the failure transaction and credit back to customers who are waiting since last one month.

      Bank team confirmed their payment with port and other success details.. But ril is unable to accept or reject with proper gateway details to track back with bank team..

        In this store total 4 billing counters are available, but none of one billing machine was not working properly (One machine having scanner problem, one machine having weighing problem and one machine having amount display to customer display and one machine have login problem) what kind of store it is, if you want run like this, please move this store to some other place, running a store like this, i personally feel like (Feeling hell before die).

        Ex: today i went to this store, while my billing is going, beside counter employee asked her to check the weighing of other costumer items and i took 3 spinach items and they billed for 5 spinach items and she called to store supervisor to remove extra items, he dint came to her and she billed for 5 items and returned the 2 spinach items amount.

        This is how the store is running, no proper dress code to all employees, they wearing their own wish and i am sorry to say this and they looks like beggars.

          I visited Reliance fresh yesterday evening at Phase 5 Mohali and bought a pack of Kellogg's Chocos.. There was free gift with that pack which was not available at store and that was informed to me by counter attendant after billing that gift is not available. I asked them to cancel the bill as my son bought that pack because of that gift only.. Counter attendant Abbas refused to cancel the bill and told me to talk to manager. Billing time was 6:58 pm.. I asked to cancel the bill at 6:59 pm as free toy was not available with them.. after requesting so many times to cancel the bill I asked to call the store manager at 7:05 pm.. store manager Anil kumar reaches the counter at 7:30 and tell the counter attendant to cancel the bill.. I wasted my precious 30 mins to resolve the minor issue at Relaince fresh phase 5 Mohali.. also counter attendant Abbas misbehaved and said ' jab nahi hai gift to Kya main apne Ghar se le k aaun ab?' when I asked him to call the store manager he said 'mere pass time nahi hai.. mujhe Baki customers ko b attend karna hai'. This kind of misbehavior is not accepted by Reliance employees at all.. I want you to take strict action and confirm it to me..

            I am in the reliance fresh in chalakudy which has fabulous stock of the daily things that is required by all... The only problem with this shop of yours is that there are three counters of check-out but just one machine works here...

            Causing the customers a huge inconvenience.
            There is enough number of staffs here. All of them are either lazy or reluctant to work.
            All people do here is sulk on their life.

                Today i visited reliance fresh, srinivasa nagar, bangalore, vegetables are in bad condition, all items are not kept in a particular place, i am not able to find coriander in the store, no proper response from the staffs also.
                Every time i had very bad experience in reliance fresh.
                Staffs not aware that, what items are over, i asked for coriander, they told may its in masala section, but i can't found in that section, again i told them, its not there, their reply was, may be its over. All items are mixed up in the row and we can't search any particular items there,

                I paid through card, they did not gave me customer copy of payment, they only gave me a bill.
                No queue system also followed.

                  I have been visiting the following reliance fresh store from quite few months the address is (Reliance retail limited, h. No:- 1-10-28, plot no 4&5, nagarjuna nagar, kushaiguda, hyderabad, telangana) the things i have observed in the store is mainly the staff is not politely they simply want to skip the customers near the billing section to the other counter as i see the next counter there also i get the same answer when i ask them whats going on with you people they just answer me "i have to go i have another work" but no one is interested at the billing counter and simply want to spend their time roaming in the store. These kind of things are many more going through the store and they are not at all polite with the customers. As today when i visited the store i saw the diapers section where the diapers were thrown on the floor and there was not a single staff member to arrange them, when i asked about this with one of the staff she just passed me telling to other staff member and they were laughing but not making the things arranged. I request you to please look after this store and please take certain actions about the staff and the manager as i see the customers are really suffering coming to this store. Thanking you.

                    Around 2 days back i visited reliance fresh at central avenue, unishire victory, 2nd main road, palace guttahalli, bangalore 560025 on dated 05.08.2018 to purchase items (Date:05.08.2018, 17:55:05, cashier:60278022, store:3217, payment refere no#[protected] and amount in rs.1949.98. While billing, a new untrained with out any uniform girl, billed the item. I have clearly told my mobile number twice to add in the bill to redeem points. Once i came to know the amount, i gave citi bank credit card for payment & i received the message for the amount deducted. However, i have not received the bill from credit card machine and they informed, it will reverse with in 24 hours and again swiped my card and payment had been made. After reaching my home, i have given the complaint to citi bank customer care and they informed they will look in to it. When i checked my bill, i observed there is no mention of my mobile number in the bill. Once again i have to go back to reliance above address out let and they informed they will add the number to that bill (They have taken photo of the bill) next day and in this respect to this they informed that, they will call me (Taken my number). However, they have not called me and i am not sure, they have done the same.
                    My observations are below:
                    1) when i checked the citi bank credit card my account, the amount deducted is still not reversed even after 24 hours.
                    2) in our most of the reliance fresh out let, they keep untrained people for billing and they tend to make mistake and make customer's life miserable.
                    3) your above reliance fresh out let manager only spoken to me nicely and taken any action till now (Not called me and i am not sure he added my mobile number in the bill)

                    So, i am totally unhappy about your system and i need your immediate action on this.

                      In reliance fresh vashi, sector-10, there is always vegetables are stored in very bad condition (Especially - potato, onion, tomatoes, cabbage, corn). On potatoes, tomatoes and onions always small insects are always present. No-one employee can sort out the dirty vegetables from stock. Every week we saw these vegetables are in same bad condition. So please tell them to give us good service and vegetables.

                        This is regarding my recent purchasing at reliance fresh bhuj dated 05/08/2018. I have purchased two fresham idli & dosa batter from reliance fresh bhuj today. The mrp marked on the item is rs.30/- whereas i have been charged rs.33.25/- per item. After coming to my residence i found that i have been charged more than the mrp which is violation of the weights and measures (Packaged commodities) rules. This is third time i have been charged more than the amount fixed. The bill no is 87 dated 05/08/2018, the store no is 3205. The ean no of the items are[protected].
                        I am the one customer. There are thousands of customers at bhuj who purchase items at your store. If in a bill one item is charged more than mrp of 20% of the customers imagine how much money is charged extra.
                        Also, few items are sold on mrp and your esteemed organisation claims below mrp on 100% items. This is not at all true.
                        Please look into the matter urgently.

                          There was promotion at reliance fresh bangalore cosmo branch 2142, there is a offer and mentioned, as tide jasmine 4kg plus the 1 kg free at 319/-, but offer was denied at the store and, but the image mentioned is of the above mentioned title, are you guys here to just loot customer money by giving fake ads and offers
                          Kindly revert as you guys are just promoting where you cannot actually give customer a fair price

                              I purchase food items in Reliance Fresh store on 01/04/2018 Rs. 313.81, Counter People my debit card swipe two times and told me your debit card not working properly then i paid cash Rs. 313.81.
                              Next day i update my pass Book here two times amount deducted Rs. 313.81.
                              I complain store Incharge and lodged Complain after more than one months they replied me Check your Bank Account these type of amount not credit in our account.

                                I went to the store to buy some groceries at the time of the payment they swiped my card and entered the amount and after that some error was seen upon the machine so they said the transaction was cancelled and then i had to pay in cash when i came back home i got the message that my amount was actually debited from my account and have already paid extra this should not have happen.

                                  In sec 4 gurgaon, reliance fresh everytime when ever i go for buying the coconut tender it is refused by the person available. He always used to say that no one is available to cut the coconut
                                  And also in near by shops people are selling coconut at higher price. So please check what is the issue

                                    This is really dissatisfaction me that first time, i go through the bills, surprisingly i found i packed loose sugar with waight of 2.678 @ 40.00 amount is 107.12. But in billed by counter waight is 5.356 @ 40 and amount is 214.24 (Which was not actual quantity) and second thing when my total bill amount is more than 3000, he given 2 kg sugar and when i asked about, he replied it was free 2kg sugar. But that sugar am out is also added in my bill @ 50 for 2kg =100.
                                    It really as relance brand is concern, it very shame...
                                    Please do the needful as soon as possible and strict the system.

                                      This is to inform you that my self a varadarajulu reddy working for drdo staying at kaggadasapura is an esteemed customer of your store but the problem is with the manager by name reddy who behaves very rudely with all the customers and t i visited this morning and he had a big hard talk with us. He doesn't even know how to talk with ladies even, this has also in my last visit with my sister.
                                      Are we coming to the reliance fresh to get # from your manager in the morning, he was so anger that he is coming out to hit us. I can't expect this from u, he even tells this is my store i can do what i like.
                                      We are very much unhappy about this, if you are not taking any strict action about this we will keep this point in our drdo and hal official meeting and try to black list your store. Please do the needful and give feedback in [protected].

                                        Last one month every morning i m visited your store all ok your service is good employee also good.

                                        But one think i m noticed that, there's one woman i don't know what she is name but she is treat us very well like customer mania she is really nice i like her attitude but i notice she is pregnant and last two days she is filed very tired.

                                        I feel very bad my self at least she is deserve one chair please
                                        I mean where is the management, show some humanity for her seriously. If you are not capable to give her chair tell me i will arrange one chair for her
