Dear Sir,
Today I visited at Reliance Fresh, D-1/3, Acharya Niketan, Mayur Vihar Phase-1, Delhi - 110091, at about 07:20 AM to purchase milk. When I pay the cashier refuses to accept a note of 200 saying that not is not acceptable whoever not is not turned .
Then I went home and again visited the same store and paid for the amount of milk.
In this regard I want to please take necessary action because they refuse to accept Indian currency which is a crime.

I am visited Reliance I Smart in Tiruvannamalai, recently opened visited couples of times with in two days . I facing problem while using HDFC FOOD CARD (Corporate card ) getting error transaction declined .

Could you please help on this .

Those people literally lost their senses & working their jobs, not even having basic necessary sense on how to talk with a costumer, I don’t know in other cites but it was particularly happening in Vijayawada,
More over slapping those stupid’s right across the face isn’t a big thing but we people don’t want to mess with those underrated ###, I urge management to control those stupid’s,

I have visited Reliance fresh Nagole branch, Hyderabad today and observed that Gold drop refined sunflower oil 1 litre cost is Rs 160 against MRP of Rs 198 that means customer getting discount of Rs 38 as per display board. But actually MRP is only Rs 178 that means customer get discount of Rs 18 only. Is it not wrong propaganda and luring customers.

Reliance Kharar outlet is selling foul coconut water. And when I quarry for same then manager inspite of feeling apologize, going on arrogant.
Pls look this will definitely hit the image of Reliance

We are regularly purchasing from Reliance Fresh, Every time we found quality of Potatoes are very bad and, more than 70% are not o[censored]se. Rates of your potatoes package are not so discounted. Please look into this matter.

I am at reliance iscon, i picked up my order and went for billing however at the billing counter my order was made cancel stating unable to scan. Why is this has happened and if so then why the item was kept in the store.

Last Saturday I bought things from Reliance smart point - Iyyapanthangal new branch in oil mill road, I paid gpay Rs 466 at the time it showed processing msg so they ask me to resend the money so I paid it twice after the confirmation of them .. they ll return the money if it paid twice and I attached the photos as proof and but no use I dint get back my money so I visited the shop again by next day by showing money debited msg from my account twice and they said lethargically, we ll confirm with manager once n they ll return within 24hrs. Now 3 days gone but the money not received yet. I called them to mobile number given by them but no answer. Tell me how long I want to wait n when ll I get back my money?!

We have taken rechargeable LED torch from reliance fresh bilekanahalli branch on 23rd auguest and it is working and we have visited the reliance fresh branch on 28 th for replacement of item and we have spoken with manager Mr. Ajay for repalcement of item but he has told that for electronic item we can't replace but concern store was not displayed regarding terms and conditions of electronic items in any where in the store kindly do the needful

I Have paid bill of Reliance Fresh on 14.08.2022 15:48:17 amounting rupees 1820/- by through UPI reference id no[protected]. Amount debited from my account and message also have been received of the same. But the counter clerk said that amount did not received by reliance fresh and hence i had paid the bill in cash. The clerk had asked me to raise the complaint online for the same. No any refund has been received till today. Kindly do needful for double payment towards the bill of reliance fresh. Kindly do needful and arrange to refund the same at earliest

My preious complain on same problem was viz no. 2485450/ 6.8.2019.

Cars and scooter are blocking the way of colony and creating a humiliating situation every day.

Better to hire a guard to gie passage to passer by.

I am.a daily regular customer of your store at Oil Mill Road, Peace Layout, Bangalore - 560084. However today the security guard denied entry stating that I am wearing an helmet. However all these days I had no issues.

I have been going to reliance fresh store near my area everyday for about a month. I have daily milk requirement because in my PG i don't have any refrigerator. That's why everyday i have to go and buy 500ml amul milk packet with tofu and eggs and while buying these items i often look around if anything is new in candy and sweet section and i often buy "SWAD CANDY" and look for soda or some cold drinks if i find anything interesting and leave.
Today a reliance fresh employee without Id card as seen in this video misbehaved and called me out and told me that he has been watching me doing "galat activities" when asked what activities he said i was picking up pack of candies and putting it down while looking here and there, i mean really, so i would like to know is there a reliance fresh poilcy that says you can't pick up a product and look for product information in the lable and then leave it from where you picked it.
Please look into my concern this has left me speechless, very shameful act by this employee.

I am almost a regular customer of reliance fresh since 2 years and always been happy with the service by reliance fresh till now.
But today I am so surprised that rs5 charges more than MRP. How it is possible?
I bought Patanjali mustard oil 1 litre bottle. In that the MRP is rs-190, but in the bill they charge 195.
I never cross checked my bill, but today it’s kind of shocking for me, and the attitude towards Reliance fresh is changed totally.
Please take necessary action on this regard.

On 23.07.2022 We purchased 03 litres of milk of mother dairy and paid Rs 177/- through my credit card and it was told that payment has not received. So again I swipe my Credit card of Rs 177/-.
It was told to me that within 72 hrs the payment will be reversed in my Credit Card Account but it was not made.
Therefore it is my humble request that kindly look into the matter and do needful. In this regard I sent my mail to [protected]@ril.com and forward mail of my debit card for advising transaction.

Sir,
I am a daily consumer of reliance fresh. I am extremely surprised to see the appearance of your mall washroom. It seems like it do not get washed for a year. A kind of burning smell o[censored]rine comes from there. This disappoint your impression in front of customer community. So kindly get a strict look over hygiene.

I was to get 1l free saffola gold oil with 5 l gallon of saffola gold. But wasn't given and the staff was also confusing us. It is mentioned on the gallon the 1 l will be given free with 5 l gallon

After purchasing around 23 items, I was standing in the queue near the payments section. Some customers who over took the queue with one or 2 items in hand where called by till operator and served, though the till operator knew I was standing in the Queue.

If the store employees start encouraging the customers with less items to jump the queue the Customers like us will have decide is it necessary to buy 23 items and stand in queue and wait .

Not sure your employees are trained properly on till operation process and following same rules for all

I had made complaint earlier regarding the arrogance of store manager SANJAYNAGAR BANGALORE regarding the employee harassment making 1st Shift employees to work extra hours making them logout on time and asking them to work extra hours and no giving weekoff to the employees. But there is no action been taken on the previous complaint. This is not the way to treat the employees as the Manager (SARASWATHI) & ASM (MARY) torturing the employees to work extra hours threateting them to remove from job if they dont work extra hours. I feel there is no one to question her. As this is my second complaint. Kindly take up the issue seriously or else MANAGER & ASM OF SANJAYNAGAR BRANCH BANGALORE will be in trouble.
