Reliance fresh — bad quality almond


I bought almond from reliance fresh in december 20th 2017. When i opened the packet i found that the almonds are damaged and smell is coming out of the packet. I also tasted one hoping that maybe they would taste better but they tasted off. That's not it. Yesterday when i went to the store and requested to return the package the store manager refused to take it return back. When i asked him the reason he told me that these products are sold at 50% discount price so they can, not return back.
When i further argue with him he tasted one and said everything looks good to him. He literally misbehaved me. I have also attached the images.
I shop at reliance stores frequently and this is the first time i'm disappointed with your products. I don't know if it's the brand that's at fault or your's for keeping outdated or faulty stock but i hope for a better experience in the future from reliance fresh.

Visited Reliance fresh at station square, master Canteen, Bhubaneswar. The krims lite tofu that we bought was substandard. The taste and smell were objectionable as compared to other tofu products we use. There were black spots on the tofu. It was a waste of money.

    Today i went to dt mega mall reliance store. One product don't have barcode. Cashier call his senior mr. Santosh. Mr santosh refuse to bill that product he told me that this product's section handling by mr ranjeet and he is on weekly off today. I told him that "if ranjeet is not in store so you guys cant arrange the barcode... If ranjeet left the job so you people can't run the store. Santosh need some training for store operations.

      I bought wassup french fries from reliance fresh in december first week of this year. Today i opened the packet to cook and got foul smell from it. I cooked it hoping that maybe they would taste better but they tasted off. That's not it. I bought badam milk and drank it on the same day and found it to be bad as well.
      I shop at reliance stores frequently and this is the first time i'm disappointed with your products. I don't know if it's the brand that's at fault or your's for keeping outdated or faulty stock but i hope for a better experience in the future from reliance fresh.

        Inspite of having a huge shop area, they have put up a shop outside in the parking space which affects other shops near by and creates problem in parking the vehicles of the customers. This happens once in three months for ten days continuously every time. After requesting also they don't respond. So please inform them to avoid the same to avoid unwanted issues.

        I bought amul milk from reliance fresh thaltej Ahmedabad Gujarat on dt. 23.12.17 but actual dt. 12.12.17 print on milk raper and very bed smell in the milk, so please action taken against this store.

          Sir,
          I had made my purchase at reliance retail limited, 12, sharanya complex, kk nager main road, trichy 21. I made a purchase of rs.676.21 used my card for the payment, as the amount has been credited and i had received the message the cashier said we havent received the receipt, so he asked me to do one more time. Hence i did the same, again the message has been received to my mobile as the amount has been debited, (Amount deduced from my account two times), but he asked me to pay the amount and to take the goods, since it was an emergency i did the same, he also told me that the amount will be credited into the account in 2 days, but its a week crossed, my problem havent been resolved.

            I purchased Amul spray 500gm, 7pcs on 9th Dec 2017.Bill attached. On the product MRP is Rs175.But in bill it is mentioned MR Rs188 and our price Rs175. It shows that Reliance fresh is giving me discount of Rs13. Actually it is not. There is no MRP OF Rs188 on that product. They are making customers fool like this. I guess they are doing same in all bills where customer are not escalating it properly. I want to stop such issues. And want expiation why there is mistake with bill n product MRP.               We are regular customer of your reliance fresh store. Yesterday evening we came your store but we not purchasing some goods and going without purchasing. Your security guard checked us i don't know why? But this is insult by your security guard mr. Deep singh front of all people including my family member who stand near billing counter that's mean we are thief.
              Tell me one thing if someone come in your store and goes without purchasing than your security guard checked them.

              If this is in your rules so please write on notice board.
              Because i'm very disappointed to this behavior.

                  I have made a digital payment with bharath qe code on 7/11/2017 at vijayawada one town andhra pradesh. The billing person said payment failed and collected cash from me. Immediately my wallet also debited for same amount from reliance bangalore. I contacted my bank hdfc customer care and got details of my payment was reached to reliance merchant with approval code: 231656
                  Receive ref no:[protected]. Bank is very clear that payment is credited to merchant. I went to store for refund, but they are saying they have not received any money from online. Find attached bill and online receipt.

On sunday 10th dec'2017 i baught stuff of rs. 899/- & when representative swipe my zeta card 2 times 899/- got deducted. I have already contacted store manager & he has register complaint id. Sd8560317 but still now no amount is credited in my zeta account. Kindly revert on urgent basis.

                    I have purchased tata tea premium from Reliance Fresh. The offer price of this is 310 on the pack but Reliance Fresh Mohar singh Nagar Ludhiana billed at 350-7=343.
                    I have asked to take payment via Payzapp at payment counter but he argued to pay money through by card or hand cash. So please make this as priority & implement Payzapp payments. Need to get exposure about all payments & add some more payment gateway at outlet counters in reliance fresh.

                      I am a regular customer of your reliance fresh shop in chalakudy, kerala state, pin code-680307. My reliance one card number is [protected]. I used to get bonus cash points in my card for each purchases, which i used to redeem in subsequent purchases from your shop. However, for for the last nearly 3-4 months or so, they have stopped accepting and swiping the card in the machine and instead they are entering my mobile number only in the computer system.                       However, to my great disappointment, thereafter till now, i am not getting any credit bonus points in my reliance card for all subsequent purchases. The balance in my account is less than 50 paise only till date. Please look into the matter and get me my credit points as before at the earliest.

                          Is there any chance to make some better food selection for foreign people in india (Udaipur)? There is nothing for us as veggie food available only and also some dry food which is for the indians only.

                          This not should be an issue anymore as we are living in 2017 and almost everything is available in delhi, mumbai and other metro cities.

                            While my friends and i were in the reliance super for shopping and we have a cola can which we have purchased from outside. While we were doing shopping some of the executive came and started shouting on us for having cola bottle with very intolerant and rubbish words. Yes they must speak us but they must be polite but the way they tried was actually bullying us.. I being a law abiding citizen of india request you to please take some action on them. The way they treat costumers is not good.

                              I'm a regular customer of reliance fresh in all the outlet of india. Today i visited your peroorkada, trivandrum outlet to buy my grocery. The store was filthy with vegetables peels. I slipped on the peel, fell down & injured my knee. Your store manager was busy in chatting on his mobile and nobody cared to note the incident.                                   Hi, today - on 28 nov 2017, we had gone to reliance fresh at aundh, pune. We bought a grekyo yoghurt which had manufacturing and expiry dates as 16 nov 2017 and 1st dec 2017. Since there were still few days left for expiry, we bought it. Immediately after coming home, i opened it to have it immediately. And found that there was fungus inside the same.
                                  I think the freezing or storage was not properly done.
                                  Please make sure the products are fresh always.
                                  I can provide bill and the product fotos which i have taken.

                                    On 03.11.2017 i purchased groceries worth of rs.9102.61 in your store no.3213 and swiped my credit card in the pos machine at one counter and it was not worked. Immediately the counter incharge swiped the card in another counter and it was accepted. Subsequently i got two debit messages to my mobile. Your store person immediately booked a complaint and the interaction id is : sd189271. Till date the amount of rs.9102.61 not credit to my credit account. Please look into the matter urgently and see the amount credit back to my account. Thank you. My mobile no.[protected]

                                      I am a regular customer at reliance fresh
                                      (Mumbai central)
                                      Recently on 19 nov 2017 i purchased foodstuffs worth near 5000. I opted for home delivery, was assured of delivery in 3 days (By wednesday). However on persistent request on phone calls to the concerned persons, delivery was attempted on 5th day (Friday night).
                                      To add in to my woes, delivery was incomplete as many items were missing, moreover the received items were damaged (Sugar and sabu dana packets were opened-leaked in the sack).
                                      The excuse i got was unavailability of delivery boys for such unprofessional act by a reputed brand.
                                      Hence i decided never to go for the home delivery services with reliance fresh.

                                      I am putting up my experience here for others to be cautious before opting for the services, as going and fighting at the store is just not gonna fetch me anything, neither would there be any necessary action or upgradation in services.

                                      Why do u charge for your company bag, when we pay you off extra in name of gst & in paise. Your staff don't tender return change to us properly. Always asks us to get change, we also try to bring changes whenever it is with us. But for your company advertising why do you ask money from us

                                        I am an android developer by profession i have a suggestion for you
                                        On your stores you have cash counter/ bill desk we have to take our all grocery items and have line up in queue some time for hours i have a solution for that you have to place a server in every store and customer will download an application of reliance fresh and whenever customer will enter in shop cell phone will automatically connect to the server and then customer just have to scan the bar code of the item same as done at cash counter then they can make online payment or by cash and will be confirmed by the counter if you like my idea then you can contact me on [protected]/[protected] and i am sure it will be really helpfulll
