Respected sir/mam i and one another staff of reliance fresh rathore store code 2120 visited to reliance smart sandhya tower. One friend tooked mark down brinjal and tagged himself.. Ok but the staff manoj and guard sunil of reliance smart sandhya tower lalpur ranchi were very rude. They made false statment saying that we took fresh as markdown but it is totally wrong. They made false accusation story to trap us. We are terminated from job. Please help to join again. Thank you

    The store in nfc delhi is poorly managed. Out of 4 there are 2 billing stations working. They make you wait in queue for long and in between they take other regular customers. I raised my voice against the female suman who was doing this so she didnot give me the said discount on the product.. Made me wait for 2 more billings to clarify and then told me buy more things as she didnot give the discount. Once previously they didnot even add the billing points to my card and swiped someone else's card for my purchase. When i objected they said they were simply checking the machine.

    On[protected] purchased Rs. 1139.25 from RF in Gajuwaka, Vizag. As we swapped in one counter, which was declined, then from another counter it was done, but both swaps were debited for same purchased items from my account. Complain was done on[protected], and still the amount has not been credited, the manager is telling us to go to bank & check.

      Its been a couple of weeks now that the store is not accepting reliance card number or reliance card. I have bought stuff worth thousands of rupees till now since that time and all of it has gone unregistered and i haven't got any single point in my card. I dont know my mobile number and the staffs there ask only for it.
      You can also see the stupidity they have been doing in the attached photo - filling mobile number in place of card number and try to misguide the customers

        I am resident of vijayawada rural (Gollapudi), and i use to purchase my requirements at your store, situated at door no.76-16-8, bypass road, bhavanipuram, vijayawada-12. As usual, i purchased my items on 14.10.2017, vide your bill no.62 @13.34.23 hrs., for rs.655.46, and used my andhra bank debit card at the counter no.60151633. At first attempt, your gadget (Cashier machine) was stuck, and as such, they again used my card for payment. But, to my surprise, i received sms from my bank, that the transaction was done twice, and i reported the same to your staff, who says the said payment will be refunded directly to my bank. But, nothing is done till now. And, your store in-charge has also given me a complaint no. Sd8036433, as it forwarded to you. So, plz. Look into the matter, and settle the issue, immediately. I am a senior citizen, aged 70 yrs., and i could not come to your store again and again, as i am heart patient.

          We bought amul ice cream for 225 rs. Just to check at home tat the container was half empty and there was ice only ice at d bottom. So basically we paid 225 rs just to buy ice.. I can provide d pic also... However this is d second time i am facing this issue and hence complaining... Pls get back to me... Demanding s refund for the same..

            We went to reliance fresh manikonda which is opposite to food bazar.. We took our son also and by mistake my son placed a little urad dal with wheet... It was not a loss at all. But the store manager shouted very rudly to the child and also to me that i need to bill the entire thing... Though i beared his shouting and arrogant words to my child i beared it... Billing is done and again that person stood near security and he checked the bill and told that u have not billed and u cant leave without going because he got a loss... My husband asked to show the proof of the loss he went.. But he did not find any thing and again strted to abuse... I kindly request you to make your staffs learn manners and politness and especially should give a training how to talk properly

              Today (28 october 2017) morning i went to your shop in kadavanthara, ernakulam, kochi, kerala state to buy some soap powder. On the rack there was an offer displayed in very bold letters for arieal washing soap powder (For front loading washing machines). The offer was "buy 2packs of 2kg washing powder for rs860/- and get one 2kg pack free". I checked it again with one of your senior staff and she also confirmed it to me. When i took it to your counter for payment; there was a new staff (Her name is elona) who took considerable time to clear the customer in front of me. After a wait of 20 or more minutes holding the 6kg soap powder, she billed me using my bank debit card rs1257/-. I told her that the offer says rs860/- and you are charging me rs1257/- why?. Then she went inside to call her manager. He came out, told her something and went back. She then gave me back cash rs 250/-. I told her it is still not ok. As i am suppose to get rs 457/- which she has over charged me. She went back again to her manager leaving the counter. After 5 minutes she came back and gave me another rs150/-. I told her it is still not correct. I still has to get rs97/- more. By that time the other customers who were in que behind me started shouting at her as almost 45 minutes passed. I had an appointment and i started getting calls to come to the meeting, as i am presiding that meeting and i am already late. So i left your counter. I told your cashier that i am leaving now as i have an urgent meeting to attend. I told her she still has to return me rs.97/- which she over charged. I did express my dissatisfaction the way i was treated. It was a miserable experience. Your other staff and all other customers were witness to this incident. Is this the reliance style of customer care.?? Or is this the reward from reliance for loyal customers???

              This is not the first time such things happening. Most of the time we, the customers do not complaint, thinking the staff may get fired. But today it has passed all the limits. This was a very bad experience. That is why i am putting this in writing. I have to get it resolved. For your information. I am a senior citizen and your customer ever since your shop opened in kadavanthara. The only reason i am still using it is because it is very close to my house. The shop is always congested and poorly managed. I have noticed that there is frequent change in the staff. Most of them them fresh and inexperienced. Managers also the same. No one sticking long in that shop. Hence lot of confusion, wrong pricing, items are not in proper racks and wrong display, making it very difficult for customers to find the items they are looking for. Cash counter takes long time to clear each customer. Some times not enough staff, weighing scale not working and problems with the machines excepting credit / debit cards. Some times not enough staff at cashier desk and customers has to shout to get some one to attend them.

              I still has to get rs97/- from reliance. I hope the senior management of reliance give due attention to my complaint and settle it as quick as possible. I come to know the manager on duty was mr. Anish

              Reliance fresh is doing Fraud with customers. They are increasing the price on MRP in bill and selling the product at the actual price (MRP) stating "Our Price".
              And boasting that we give discount on MRP.
              Take some action against them.

                Today i did some shopping from reliance fresh chauliaganj, cuttack. At the entrance there was boards showing 15% cashback offer from mobikwik. So when i asked for the offer at the checkout counter, they told me their system does not support mobikwik. It is completely unacceptable. Even i loaded my mobikwik wallet with the amount. You should not put big boards publicizing some company without having full support in your system.

                  I am living in anand (Gujarat) having your outlet at lambvel road anand, this outlet is registered with edenred india as per information i have received from them, but i am unable to pay to bill at above mention outlet because they are using unregistered tid/mid machine to get payment.

                  I am trying to resolve the problem by communicating with both related local party but unable to do so.

                  Representative from edenred ticket card contact me on my phone from landline number 91-2262635744 (Mumbai) & gave me assurance to resolved the problem by talking with manager of Relaince Fresh Lambhvel branch Anand. He gave me his mobile number for further followup. Problem is still pending but I am satisfy with assurance from representative i.e. I withdrawing my complain. Thanks for your support...

                  With reference to the above query, please be advised that the captioned Reliance Outlet is very much affiliated with Edenred India to accept our cards for payments.

                  Based on the error / declined message "MID / TID not registered", please be advised that our cards are integrated for payment acceptance on 'Innoviti Desktop Machine. However it looks like the card was incorrectly swiped on POS terminal by the outlet staff at the wrong payment terminal.

                  As discussed over the call, trust that your card will be accepted at Reliance outlet for all food & non alcoholic beverages on your Ticket Restaurant Meal Card!

                  Furthermore, we have reached out to Reliance and had requested to ensure that the payment counter staff are well versed with this agreed process of processing card payments!                     Today (24.10.2017) i visited reliance fresh at kaggadaspura c v raman nagar bangalore 560093.

                    I was trying to pay my bill through "mobikwik" mobile app i. E., offer on this app.

                    But none of the reliance fresh staffs don't know how to receive amount through mobikwik app and they made me to wait long time. Staffs are very lazy

                    I was very disappointed today.

                      Reliance fresh, no 573 whitefield main road, opposite whitefield bus station.
                      At 08.15 am this morning, 20 oct 17, i find road side vendors, hotels, shopkeepers come early and buy most of the vegetables in bulk, leaving nothing for your regulars customers. This morning i wanted a bunch of corriender leaves, to my amazement i found all leaves were bulk purchased by the above mentioned people. I informed the manager, who gave me a bunch of leaves from one of the bulk buyers. He tells me this practice is not correct. Can you instruct your manager that they should not allow any large bulk purchase of vegetables till 12 noon. This will help your regular customers to purchase vegetables.. There should be restriction on the number that these people buy.

                        There is a reliance fresh store in pahar ganj, delhi. I always visit this store to purchase amul toned milk in the morning daily. But unfortunately, for the last 10-15 days is no supply of amul toned milk and amul full cream milk in this store. All other variety of milk is available there except amul toned milk. Even amul moti milk is supplied to this store daily. Many a times i have raised this issue with the store manager but could not get any reply from him.

                        Amul toned milk is available in the jhandewalan store but that store is too far for me to visit in the morning due to the busy schedule. You are requested to please immediately start the supply of amul toned milk and amul full cream milk to this pahar ganj store so that i remain the daily visitor of this store.

                          My reliance one lift time card no.[protected]. I am a regular customer of not only reliance shop but also the reliance products in reliance fresh, reliance trend etc. But whenever we are going to reliance fresh shop, avvai shanmugam salai, chennai - 14 located nearer to our residence, we realise the bitter experience due to the illiterate behaviour of some of the staff working there including supervisor/manager with the customer. Daily they are making unnecessary quarrel with atleast one customer. Yesterday i. E. 15.10.17 one of the supervisor/manager (We think so) made unnecessary quarrel with my husband by using disrespectful words. Always they are using the words to the customer including us is ' we don't want you to come here to purchase and we are not bother about the sale of this shop'. Always they are speaking in a frustration mood which we don't know whether they are angry against the reliance management for which the reason is best known to the management. But this type of attitude by reliance fresh staff is spoiling bonafide opinion on reliance company by its customer like us and reliance may loose so many customers in the days to come if they are not changing their behavior.

                          I'm have been waiting for a very long time in valasaravakkam reliance fresh nearly 25 mins but service was very poor and employees doesn't even respond properly when asked for the delay. We where frustrated. Kindly keep a follow up for next time

                            Today i visited reliance fresh store at thaltej ahmedabad. I was trying to call my assistant for carrying shoppings. My wife was standing inside with goods. When security personnel named hikers msungh did not permit me to go out even without goods and the bill. He forcibly asked me to lodge complaints d hurled his identity card at me and asked me to do whatever i wanted to. He was adamant in not listening or obeying his manager. After long purusation he forcibly and unwillingly said sorry. His behaviour was highly rude, arrogant and uncalled for.

                              Today, 14/10/2017 i have done a purchase of rs 1542 from reliance fresh at nangloi, i have paid it via sodexo card [protected] at 7:37 pm.. Amount debited but after 5 minutes it got credited in mu sodexo card. I have waited for some time as i have picked necessary edible goods. So again one staff has swapped my card for rs 1542.75, amount debited but again it not received by reliance fresh.
                              I contacted sodexo where amount is reflecting debited.
                              Please help me into as i am in a loss of rs1542.75.
                              Your staff vijay kumar is just giving hanky panky answer.

                                I have purchased a reliance one card recently since i have missed my card while purchasing goods. After wiping card, workers at the counter failed to return the reliance one card. We also forgot to receive it since we are concentrating our mind in the products purchased. So far i missed two cards like that. I have given two missed cards numbers.

                                  I'm a customer of yours from bangalore, the relaince fresh super market located on the begur main road have not been rendering exact change during my last 4 visits and they have been forcing me to take other products for the remaining amount. Their paytm payment method hasn't been efficiently working for the past few days. Please do the needful at the earliest.                                     I made debit card payment of rs1451. 17 on 20/02/17 and got sms from bank, but the manager insisted to swip the card second time by assuring that cash payment would be made within a week. Hence another payment of same amount was again made. This double payment is reflected on my bank statement. When contacted the manager he refused to give cash and instead gave a letter to the bank. I presented the letter to bank and verifying with their concerned depth, they confirmed that double payment was made to reliance fresh on 20/02/17. I repeatedly contacted the manager who is reluctant to make the refund. I request to verify the issue with correct txn. Nos. And arrange to refund rs 1451/1 at the earliest. All details are recorded in the computer section of mathikere store by mr ramesh and manager mr vijay. I am forced to run between rf and bank due to defective card readers kept in your store for the last eight months.

                                      Location: plot no 26, survey no 143, 145 & 146, sri malani co-op housing society ltd., park view enclave, thokatta vill bowenpally.
                                      Issue: billing counters if weight machine is there, there is scanning machine, if both are there, none of them work.
                                      This is difficult for billing person and it takes more time for the customer at the billing counter. This is been an issue since 10 or more days.
                                      Please can this be addressed accordingly.

                                        I have been charged twice for a bill of rs 567.40, one by paytm and other by credit card. One my paytm transaction failed, i paid the same amount by credit card; however, to my surprise, my paytm account was already charged and the amount was deducted. Please find attached the transaction proofs for your consumption.
                                        I have already connected the local store manager (Vijay chaurasia & dada patil) twice and called him many times. Butd he has not done anything for me. It has been pending for more than 9 days and i am yet to get the refund in paytm.
