I have done a transaction at reliance fresh branch associated at sun city hydershakote hyderabad. Transaction is done on 30th august 2017 of amount 162.81 rupees. The amount is debited twice. Till the date i didn't receive the amount. They are not even responding properly. Not only that there are so many complains during the payment process in this branch.

    I have purchased parke back smith biscuit with paytm cash offer. The pack was opened and tapped again but i didn't notice that time. When i checked the packet to get paytm code there was no code.. Ur employees stole code from every pack. Now either you take some action or i will take some action to get claim. I purchased the pack from vijay path store. But it was very bad experience. Thanku

      Hello,
      I had purchased some grocery n veggies from rd banjara hills. One item (Onion) is repeated and charged twice.. Instead potatoes were not packed.. Since i went away from the counter for a while, i think the lady at the counter forgot to keep d packet back after billing. Since i was in a hurry, i don't check all d items n went off only to realise once i reached home. Instead of blaming, i feel it was just a human error vich can be rectified at ur end. I can pick up d item since hv d bill.

      Kindly look into the matter n take necessary action.

        I purchased an item for Rs. 175 and gave the cashier Rs.500. The first reply which I got(in a harsh way) no change. I replied to her with a smile, "such a big supermarket and you guys don't have change for 500?", Again in a bad way I got no change reply and she started to bill for others. The store manager walked in and said (again in a harsh manner) you have to wait or else leave.
        I will never visit such a store in my lifetime.

        I purchased a sealed 500 gms packet of peanuts from Reliance Fresh located on the Khadki - Aundh Road in Pune.
        I was shocked to find on opening the packet that there was a lot of fungus on the peanuts making them unfit for human consumption.

          I visited the store at cherital, damoh naka, jabalpur with my wife on 01/09/17. The salesgirl could not reply to certain questions, so i wanted to clarify with the store manager. The store manager had yet not reported for duty. There was no second in charge. The salesgirl approached another person by name of kuwar singh thakur. This person did not come to solve the problem but his behaviour was arrogant and defying.
          Is this way the rel fresh staff is taught to behave?
          Is there no one to check the presence of staff and manager?

              This is khokan patro k, purchased goods bearing invoice number 33aabcr1718e1zw as on today form choolaimedu, chennai. Amul spary 500grm tin pack mrp is rs. 182/- but invoice its showing as 191.10 after a discount of rs. 3.90/-.

              Please clarify the price charged above the mrp. Since mrp tends maximum retail price, why you are charging above the maximum retail price???

                Payment made online thru card. Since the slip/receipt was not availble hence another card payment done. Later found from sms and banks statements confirms payments done away twice. Copy of both bank a/c statment provided to concerned official without conclusion. Purchase of goods on[protected]. At reliance fresh dugri phase -1 however while asked for refunds /persons found dillydailing besides complied with submission of possible details. May i lookforward to your response. Regatds

                  Sir,

                  This is a consistent issue that we face with reliance fresh, borivali west (Shimpoli outlet). Every time when we come for shopping, the time spent for billing error rectification is double than the shopping time! Every time we observed that their silly mistakes cost the customer a lot. This is ridiculous and injustifiable...

                  This time it was heights of blunder as the staff spent time convincing us to buy something as their system won't accept to refund cash, wasting time and energy.

                  This issue happened on dt 12-aug 2017, at 10pm... Shop was closed and there are no lights, reliance staff asked us to find and purchase any item equallant to refund money, in the darkness.

                  The worth of the time spent by us each and every time is beyond any comments.

                  Attaching copy of the bill of the shopping done today - sugar purchased is 3 kilos and billed for 8 kilos.

                  Can we have compensation of the time that we spent???

                  Need action on this.

                    Today i have visited ur franchise shop at karukappally near palarivattom, ernakulam and chose few items including a small bottle of roated and salted cashews of nila brand. On billing the boy at counter told that this item cannot be sold due to introduction of gst and item couldnt be selected in software. I was already having a bad feeling as few items
                    Which are commonly sold in all shops were not found. Adding to this the comment from that boy which seemed as if it was my mistake of choosing that item, i left the shop without buying any of the selected items. Neither of the staff is asking the customers on which all items they require nor they are guilty of not havi ng few items or for telling that some items displayed could not be sold due to gst change. I dont understand the reason for this. Please arrange proper training atleast to convey matters to customers politely with a 'sorry' when its ur mistake. Why should we wait for reliance to provide goods when there are lot of retail shops all around. This is not to blame anybody personally or to threaten anyone's job role but just to see if reliance is taking care of customer satisfaction.

                      The Executive has called from the number [protected] and asked for the details like Debit Card Number, PAN No. etc.

                      When he asked for the CVV no. I denied and he said that without CVV, the refund can't be processed.

                            Purchased items worth 3203 inr from reliance fresh jamnagar gujrat at 2023 hrs via bill number 190 of cashier 60378567 today using reliance one card [protected]. The cashier did not return my r1 card and rudely told me to get lost. He also did not give me 2 kg sugar as per scheme on large purchase. I am a gazetted naval officers cdr amit singh thakur. I hv been a high value customer of reliance but me and all my community shall boycott reliance apart from legal and media action if card and sugar not returned. That cashier not wearing uniform and name. Regards

                              On 12.08.2017, at Reliance Fresh, Mathura Road, Faridabad, I Purchased Olive oil 5 ltr (Item EAN#:[protected] for amount 1349/-. For Billing, SBI debit Card no.[protected]-1152 was used twice but transaction was declined. Again transaction was tried using other SBI Debit Card no.[protected] twice but transaction again declined. Finally the billing was done using CITI Credit Card[protected] successfully.

                              But on checking the a/c statements for both SBI Debit Cards, It was noticed that the amount has been debited four times ( twice for each card which was shown declined). I visited Reliance outlet again and intimated about this but refund was not made.

                              Kindly look into the matter and refund the amount 4 x 1349 = 5396/-.

                                I am nearly a daily user of your relaince fresh store at mega mall gurgaon. Keeping in mind the reliance empire, the store is lacking very much in facilities, especially the billing. The billing are very often out of order and few machines that work keep breaking down. The payment by cards is slow and sometimes you are standing in the queue for nearly 30 mins to pay. Request you need to upgrade the software as well as change the billing counter machines for better experience and to help your customers.

                                The shopping trolleys are in bad condition and the shopping baskets in short supply. There is need to stop trolleys been taken away far from the store and problem of collection. Staff can stop them taking away from the mall this would help reduce the damage to the trolleys.

                                  The manager replied that the incects will be cleaned in the morning only and refused to accept the valid reason that there are lots of epedimic going on and these unhigenic condition will give swin flue, chikangunia and dengue to your customers, but he ignored the request and adviced us to come next day morning.
                                  I wish he may be made to eat the vegies and the frutes which are sold under those circumstances.

                                    I had purchased sweetcorn at reliance store at bhuj. I suspect same was geneticaly modified. Please varify and inform me. Purchase date 3/8/17.
                                    Material was excellent in appearance and same was absolutely fine in all respect except its taste. It was sweet alright but it left bitter taste at end as if some pesticide is mixed. Reliance must ensure no genetically modified item is placed on store shelves.

                                      I went to reliance fresh, maninagar, saw price of pear written just above soft pear as 58/kg, n could hardly find 4 pie es that were not rotten. Still thought of buying at this price. After billing i saw, they charged 130/kg, so i asked to return, as i did not want such quality at higher price than local vendors. They refused to take back fruits n give bak money though i had not even stepped out of the store. Then thwy showed me the rate written of 130 about 10 feet away from the actual fruit. I had to take 3rd class quality fruit at high rate.

                                      This is not expected from reliance. Very rude staff, very downgraded fruits and vegetables.

                                      On 9 aug '17 the item rates were published in newspaper according to the wednesday offer, but the system never had the updated rates and we have to pay full rates. For eg the cost of potato was 9 rs kg but we had to pag rs 19 per kg

                                        This morning at 9am i was in your sarakki bangalore branch. Being wednesday too much rush. Only one cashier. Nearly 50 customers on que. I understand 2 cashiers are on leave. Asked for manager. He was not in duty. I called him he answered my call in sleep. I told him the scenario at the shop floor and told him he should be at shop floor to address the issue. He told me that i shouldn't teach him what he has to do. If you want do the shopping do if not you can go away. Reliance not called you to do shopping. This is the attitude. With new staff everything is in mess. No one is answerable. Don't care attitude.
