This complaint is about the vegetables. They are not at all fresh. Sometimes it seems like they are 3-5 days old. This not acceptable.

AC does not work even in the heat of April month. Feels as if i stepped into a local bazaar.

Also the size of the store is so small that it is difficult to navigate through the store

I brought a bread on 14th Nov 2019 from Reliancefresh, near bbsr railwaystation, mastercanteeen. The mfg-14/11/19 and used by-17/11/19
Bread was hard and smell.. I checked all the bread were same quality and mfg were same.
Thus is so unhygienic.. If is such a mall provide thus type of food, then what we talk?

    Today I have purchased women Horlicks from your reliance fresh outlet at Visakhapatnam and after going out I noticed that the free item was not given by the counter cashier. When I requested the security person he told he will not attend to my request and he asked to go directly to the counter and enquire. When I enquired with the counter he expressed his inability to provide me the free offer. Even the manager is not in a position to help and ultimately they refunded the amount. I am not at all happy with the responses and they have wasted my precious time of more than 1/2 hour. I am attaching herewith the photocopy of the bill.

      AT relIance fresh store in Alwal Secunderabad the employee Mr preshant has forcefully carried out the tallashi( search) by checking the pockets of my girl child of 12 years age without even telling to her mother or to me whereas legally paid bill of that item was with me. It has not even brought down the self respect of my child even he had insulted us in front of 30 customers. Same was informed to Mr Prem the duty manager and shown the bill of that particular commodityand even lodged a written complaint in their register.

      This type of store attendant has no right of continuing their service before he causes insult to other customers.

        I am a regular customer of Reliance fresh outlet at WA-84 &84A Shakarpur new patpargang road Delhi State. I am complaining about the malpractice of the Biller who has committed a grave mistake while billing one of the the grocery item purchased by me on 10.4.2017 as per Bill No.C.4652 #00247 (Outlet No.SO2358 R003). The thing is that the Biller has quoted the price of Loose Toor Dal worth Rs.85/Kg instead of the total price of 263.93 Actually Complaint regarding malpractice by the Biller I bought Dal weighing is no mention, which costs only Rs.263/. But in the Bill it is shown two times amount of Dal as Rs. 263.93 frist Itam same Itam again punched Rs. 263.93 number of fourth Itam . This type of mistake is often committed by the Biller in the same outlet. One incident was that when I purchased the plantain on some previous day the price quoted for the cheaper plantain a huge amount say Rs. 90 instead of Rs 10 for 450 gram of " Palayancodan Pazham". So I must get back the excess amount collected by the outlet immediately after getting verified by the CC TV installed in the outlet A complaint. I hope you will give immediate direction to the outlet concerned in this regard. A compensation must also be ordered for not committing this kind of mistake again. The time of purchase is 19:21:34

          I had parked my scooter in front of the Reliance store and I went shopping for my groceries, by the time I was in the billing counter I heard some people yelling that the traffic police were towing away some bikes, I just threw away my grocery basket and ran behind the traffic police like a street dog.Finally I had to visit the nearest police station then pay a hefty fine of RS 700 and get release my vehicle.

          I strongly believe the store manager of Whitefield, Bangalore store (Naveen) and the security of that store are responsible for this incident as they were least responsible that they did not inform the customers about the vehicles being towed by the police or where to park the vehicles in future.

          where should the customer park the vehicle ?
          why did the security refrain from telling customers not to park here ?

          I will never visit this reliance store again where customers have to think the status of their vehicles and shop. The customers should be prepared for a surprise when they come out of this whitefield reliance fresh store if they have parked their vehicles in front of this store.

          I have attached the pictures, Please suggest where to park the vehicles.who is responsible for my hard earned money which went on paying the fine ????

            Reliance retail ltd., 13th cross, Binnamangala 1a, 2nd stage, Indira nagar, Bangalore - 560038. CIN No: U0110MH1999PLC120563. On the 06/04/2017 at 1851 hrs Imade a purchse of Rs, 184.46, and paid using my ATM card. As often happens when I keyed in my PIN, the entry failed. I reported to the manager that why can't this be fixed, as this is regular feature? I also told him that this kind of problem NEVER happens in MK Retail, another similar store nearby. The manager suggested me that I should not make purchases in his store, if I am not satisfied. For your information, there are inadequate POS machines and whatever available malfunctions and this is happening since long. Despite several complaints no one seems to be interested in fixing them.
            I have been a resident in that area since the last 4 years and as your store is quite nearby and a variety of goods are available under one roof, I use the store. But, that does not mean I am have a happy experience there. I can see no senior person either visits the store, nor meets the custormers to get feed back. I can say nearly all the customers do not have a pleasant experience.
            While I expect that the top manager is interested in expanding the business in the store. You also have an obligation to run the store to fulfill the object of the store as per conditions under which a municipal licence was granted to you. This way you are incur the displeasure of your consumers and the authorities who granted you licence. Besides, your object of projecting a good image of your stores to the customers too is not fulfilled.
            As a customer this is what I can say. Whether to act on this or not is up to you. If ever you send your senior manager to observe first hand about the experience of consumers at this store, do ask him to visit MK Retail outlet which is very nearby and see how their store is managed and what is the level of their customer satisfaction.

              I am a regular customer of Reliance fresh outlet at Irinjalakuda in Thrissur District, Kerala State. I am complaining about the malpractice of the Biller who has committed a grave mistake while billing one of the the grocery item purchased by me on 5.4.2017 as per Bill No.C.1006 #00349 (Outlet No.SO2565 R007). The thing is that the Biller has quoted the price of Pomegranate Kesar worth Rs.149/Kg instead of the price of Tomatto(local) worth Rs.20/Kg. Actually I bought Tomato weighing 356 Gram, which costs only less than Rs.10/. But in the Bill it is shown as Rs. 53.04. This type of mistake is often committed by the Biller in the same outlet. One incident was that when I purchased the plantain on some previous day the price quoted for the cheaper plantain a huge amount say Rs. 90 instead of Rs 10 for 450 gram of " Palayancodan Pazham". So I must get back the excess amount collected by the outlet immediately after getting verified by the CC TV installed in the outlet A complaint has already been registered with Reliance as 1704804 Dated 5.4.2017. I hope you will give immediate direction to the outlet concerned in this regard. A compensation must also be ordered for not committing this kind of mistake again. The time of purchase is 12:05:32

                The store of reliance fresh is mixing old and new vegetable and sold as fresh. if this is where Reliance wants to make money I pity them. you are destroying the fabric of belief with reilance. The toll free no says it takes 7 days to solve problem !! what a pity indeed. Right now public duping is going on in that stores and needs to be raided by reliance officials. 7 days waiting is no fun.Can some body rfaid this store and close it to stop duping. We as Customers are DUPED by the CEO of RELIANCE in the name of RELIANCE FRESH !!! Waht a mockery. Manager admits he ha mixed. !!!Pomegrantes are like CRICKET BALL!!
                Please attend in one Hour thru your inspectors as the duping continues weeks after weeks and today they have reached to top and are DUPING THE PUBLIC.

                  I stay in Chegunta 70km from reliance fresh Medchal. After purchasing I gave my SBI debit card for billing, the cashier girl swiped my card entered my password then she said server is down we cannot accept the card then I paid cash and took the things purchased. After coming home I got a message that my amount is cut from SBI for the same bill. I immediately called the store they said that my amount will be refund in 3 days it didn't happen so I went to store all the way 70km the in charge person Mr.Shiva said I do not know any thing wait for one week for the refund . after one week also amount is not returned to me. The person Shiva said we can go to the consumer court. So if you people don't respond to my complaint I shall move the consumer court. I demand you to return my amount along with the expenditure I bore every time I visited the store for refund. Thank you

                    Dear Sir,
                    I am a regular visitor to the above supermarket for the last 3 years. I face situations that the price tag is not matching the bill at the cash counter. I complainted to the staff and manager several times. but it is happening then and there. this is blatant voilation of consumer protection act prevailing in India.
                    This the last the warning. Next time I will bring the concerned authorities to check instantly.
                    You go to Big Bazaar, if there is any descrepancy in pricing they will refund immediately.
                    In reliance the staff and manager give excuses like forgot to change the price and like that.
                    I think you will look into this matter seriously and take necessary steps not to occur in future.

                      I am complaining about taking double charges, these was the second time I had face the problem regarding the card error at reliance fresh. because of these I have paid the amount in cash and from debit card the amount was also deducted.

                        Today i visited a Reliance Fresh store at (nr. fire station, krishna baug, Maninagar, Ahmedabad). And i try to buy some product and inside the store many product showing discount and offers but when i reach at billing counter they said these discount and offers are not valid that stock was over. But they did not removed any offer or discount Pamphlet from their. It happened third or fourth time with me. And the way of staff talking is very unprofessional and still they are not going to accept their mistake. And try to prove customer illiterate. I think not a single staff member is trained.

                          I purchased a water melon on 12-Mar-2017 at Reliance Fresh outlet Address: Main Pancahvatipuram, Kalidasa Rd, Jayalakshmipuram, Mysuru, Karnataka 570002

                          After putting the water melon juice in feeding bottle the entire bottle turned red in color and the color is not going. Please dont sell water melon that has synthetic color additive. This is dangerous and leaves a bad impression on reliance fresh outlets.

                            I bought reliance clean combo pack having discounted mrp inr 109. It was a combo pack of toilet cleaner, dishwash cleaner and floor cleaner.in cash memo retail invoice, i was charged inr 119. I did not check the invoice as i was in quite hurry at the moment. When i came back home and checked my invoice, i found that mistake by the sellers.
                            This overcharging of inr 10 is not justified. Kindly resolve.

                              I had purchased Patanjali Aata mrp 180 rs from reliance fresh medavakkam Chennai on 15 mar 2017.

                              In the Bill number #0033 11:01:29 15/03/2017, I have been charged 185 RS. Charging more than the MRP is illegal in India under "The Consumer Protection Act, 1986".

                              Please note that I have not been refunded the differential amount.

                              Please see attached mail for MRP and Billed amount.

                                I have purchased sanchifcm500ml milk from reliance fresh located at shekhar residency, bcm hights, indore. The mrp on the milk packet was rs. 22 but reliance fresh has charged rs. 23. I have asked the counter person for overcharging and he told that it is coming from the system & it is happening since 1.5 months.

                                If mrp is rs. 22 then how system is charging rs. 23?

                                I am attaching the snapshots of bill and milk packet for proof.

                                The matter is not for rs. 1. The matter is for rights.in the indian law, no firm/industry has rights to sell any product more than mrp. And reliance fresh is selling product more than mrp even after informing by customers.

                                I want resolution for this asap.

                                  Today I purchased rice and sure loose in Pulithivakkam/ Chennai reliance fresh. I was really disappointed. I regularly visiting this shop. A lady staff in this retail billed for the thing I purchased Rs.425. I am not aware that she didn't charge for carry bag. When I asked for carry bag she said its rs.6 each. I said why u didn't charge while billing. She said I thought u would have bought it. It's really pathetic. I came in two Wheeler how can I carry open rice cover and open sugar cover in byk. Waiting for response. Hope some action will be taken.

                                    I bought 5 litres - 10 numbers of 500 ml packets of milk - dairy life milk from north 3, alan during madipakkam main road, chennai 91 at 19.00 hours on 11.03.2017.
                                    When i boiled them one by one, i am astonished to find out that the milk curdled / spoilt one by one.
                                    This has not only resulted in waste of time, money and effort, but also considerable mental agony and inconvenience.
                                    This is the second occasion of this nature in past 2 months.
                                    Is it because of no air-conditioning or because of improper storing at your store?
                                    However, i expect that the milk be replaced.
                                    And your store keeps them at right temperature.

                                      We hav purchased from reliance fresh tirunagar branch Madurai on 8 march.rs.982.80 was shown in receipt.but the staff has wrongly keened the amount as 932.80(wrong amount) in swiping machine and said ur transaction has been declined and not even provided us that declined slip.and he also collected the cash 982.80 from us.but we found that 932.80 is debited from our account.we used to buy in reliance fresh only.this incidence hurts us so much... kindly verify with ur staff about the amount and refund us immediately.
