The quality of paper bag they use it of very poor quality.paper bag is thick but very less gsm.thickness of the bag adds the weight which we are paying indirectly.suppose if we buy 1kg toordal @79rs it is including the weight of bag which is 22 GM's.By the time we reach home the bag is torned and mixed with other things.As we are paying more then the cost of your bag please provide good GSM bags.

    I bought a nivea 80g mens cream from reliance fresh after reaching home and opening the container i found that the cream has lost its moisture and then i checked its expiry date its expiry had 4 months left. Ok not reliances mistake nivea's mistake BUT IT HAD A SHELF LIFE OF 2.5 years and that means that in the last 2 years there has been no new stock purchased by them. Same is the case for some shamoos, only some brands same shamoo and conditioners are available others only shampoo is available. And the im sure the cream was also ruined due to mishandling by the staff and improper maintenance. All i want is that fresh products are regularly available and please do tell them to stop playing their indescent regional music in the stores. The branch i am talking about is in sec-28, faridabad, HARYANA, INDIA.

    I hope this brings some change in my locality's Reliance Fresh.

    I purchased items from reliance fresh on 4 March 2017, 8.05 pm at Chullikal, Kochi Kerala . The employee initially refused to pack the items and expected me to pack ., After my insistance they did but then told me they are not supposed to do, I want to know as the company policy are they not supposed to pack .
    Why After failed status of transaction bank has deducted balance from account.
    It happened twice with me, If it is going to be happened frequently then most of the customer will get affect.
    kindly resolve it as soon as possible. I had attached the screenshot of deduction

      I did a few grocery shopping from reliance fresh on 5/3/2017. We were taking our belongings on our own but they insisted on packing the stuff in a carton. When we reached home 4 of the products were missing from the carton.
      We tried to contact the store owner on store phone:[protected] but no one answered the call.
      Either give me my money back for missing products or deliver me the products.

        Hi,

        I had done shopping in reliance fresh store, Pataudi Road on dated 14th Feb, 2017 of amount of 277 and I made payment through debit card. Executive swapped card in POS, amount deducted from my account but bill receipt did not came out from POS. I told him that my amount has been deducted but he told me that he has to swap the card again, the amount will be refunded within 7 days. Today is 27 but amount has not been refunded yet.

          Yesterday as on 22nd feb 2017 I purchased amul cheese 200gm MRP 105 from reliance fresh gfa1 ansal plaza palam vihar gurgaon haryana 112017. Reliance charged me Rs.109.60. They are charging over MRP on many products . Store manage and cashier boths attitude was casual towards this . Please suggest what to do ? Should I go to consumer court or in media ? This is something very critical and the store staff is not even ready to respond on this.

            Duplicate billing for same purchase

            On 02 Feb 2017 I purchased items worth Rs 348.29. This was done at CV Raman Nagar outlet in Bangalore. Due to some problem in Credit card swipe machine there was no print out in the first swipe. The counter sales person swiped it a second time. Later after checking the SMS I realised that the amount was deducted twice.

            I purchased devaya aata product on 30- dec-2016, but it was already expired on 30-nov-2016. They sell me this product after expiry 1 month. Due use this product my whole family member getting sick (Vomiting and loose motion, fever etc) i spend more then 32000 in hospitals for that and also lost 15 days salary as for leave to take care of family. Even when i called customer care of reliance fresh they advised me for visit store. But when i visited they didn't provide any cooperation. Please take an strong action so that they can understand the value of money and how an person getting disturb due to this.

            There is no update on this since last one month. Can you please let me know current status ?
            Consumer can file complaint with District Designated Officer Indore with evidences for taking regulatory action. He is advised to file complaint with Dt.Consumer Forum for claiming damages

              Hi,
              I purchased 2 SKIN 123 soap from Reliance Fresh, Uttarahalli Bangalore on 11-Feb-2017 evening. When I am back home, i observed i left out 1 unit of soap out of 2 unit i purchased and billed for.
              Checked bill, there was no contact number of store/branch manager.

              Visited next day to store and asked for that missed unit. They told, they would like to review the footage of cctv, but cant review it at this moment as they dont have authority/authorized person to review it. Now again i need to go till mart just for missed unit of Rs.65 !!

              Negatives from their side,
              1. Billing person just billed and least bothered to hand over billed commodity to us.
              2. Even after re visiting to store, they either dont believe us nor ready to view cctv footage on that moment. Forcing us to revisit again another day.
              3. Security person sealed/marked on bill during exit, but not verified whether we are carrying all the billed units.

                Team this is shiv Shankar and would like to tell u that it is being worst service given by reliance fresh at pahar ganj today I was purchasing something in reliance fresh at around 8:30 pm and i purchased two apple royal galla and after that I have made the payment but then I have shown my bill to guard but after that he suddenly searching me like I am theft and I am surprise to see that because he was not searching everybody but just searching me which forced me to think that they think I am theft which mean they insulted me in front of everybody and after that store manager come and he was just an Illetrate persons the way he was talking was not quite poilte he was rude and misbehaving with me and I argue him that I am very old customer of realince fresh and this instance not happen in the past but now they have done a worst job by doing this.

                I felt very insulted and u should give punishment to store manager he is just pathetic man it seems reliance fresh has appointed illetrate people .

                He told me to not come again as he is the owner of this company as he said.

                Plz take action against him he the store manager In evening shift at pahar ganj.

                  I have been a customer ever since the opening of your branch at Thodupuzha 685584 and I hold a membership card no.[protected].Today, ie 11.2.17 I had a bitter experience. I picked up a packet of mustard and went to the counter no.3 from the front. The customer in front of me had some issue because of which it was getting delayed. In the meantime the second counter became free and there was no one to be served. Since I was in a hurry I presented the item that I picked to the second counter. But the young girl at that counter not only did not like to serve, but wanted me to come in front of her..which I feel was a very condescending attitude.I could appreciate the stand if I had very large number of items causing inconvenience .The beauty of the situation was that there was another lady, possibly a supervising one who did not wish to intercede. Finally I felt I deserved a better treatment, came away without buying the merchandise.                     Today, I purchased some items from Reliance Fresh, Uttarpara, Hooghly.Among those items I purchased Gowardhan paneer, 500 gram, MRP of that item is Rs 180.Later on when I checked the bill on returning home, i noted that the price of the paneer is written Rs200 and they had given discount of Rs 10 !!! That means they had billed Rs 190 for an item which actually costs Rs 180 maximum as MRP!In departmental stores like that they prepare such bills, duping customers, and giving rebates and over charging?Who is responsible?the billing clerk or the system?I will hope for a solution asap.I will certainly take up the matter with the shop in person, soon.

                        I am your Relinceone member from a long time my member ship card no is [protected] want to complain you that yesterday i visit your Relince Fresh shop ankit tower near jabalpur railway station and bought a some items as one item i found a rate difference printed on box is 28 INR and billed by 29 INR. When i draw the attention of counter man Mr. Prabal Kumar Jot. he is making a nonsense argue and misbehave with me and saying that it is a billing mistake what i do if you need money go and ask to higher authorities. then i called your station manager Mr . Shushil but he was out of city. finaly i was moved from there.
                        it was a third time when i am facing the same problem and every time your counter man behave like that. it is very bad policy of Relince fresh.

                        now i want to surrender my member ship and going to hike this on media and consumer court also

                          This is regarding the cleanliness of your padamughal branch. It has cme to my notice that proper care, handling nor the storage of the items are sanitary. Recently i witnessed a numerous amount of cockroaches, very large amount of medium sized ones near the vegetable section and the area where oil packets were stored. Being a nationwide branch this type o[censored]nhealthy environment is not to be expected from your standards. Pls contact your branch manager and request an immediate cleaning procedure as the next time photos will b taken and uploaded and this will cause a degradation to the image of the store.

                            लाल बंगला- मण्डोर रोड जोधपुर के रिलायंस फ्रेश की हमेशा कि समस्या है। कि यहां पर समय पर सरस प्रोडेक्ट का दूध नहीं मिलता तथा दूध की आपूर्ति मात्र 3 घण्टे तक के लिए ही होती है।
                            दोपहर के 2 बजे से शाम को 5 बजे तक।
                            इससे आम उपभोक्ता को शाम 5 बजे के बाद तथा प्रतिदिन प्रातः काल 7 बजे से दोपहर 2 बजे तक दूध की आवश्यकता के समय दूध की आपूर्ति नहीं रहती है।

                            * आम उपभोक्ता को दूध की आपूर्ति करावे।
                            * मात्र सरस टोन्ड दूध ही मिलता है जबकि सरस में भी कई गुणवत्ता के दुग्ध उत्पाद आते हैं।
                            * अमूल प्रोडक्ट का भी दुघ आता है। जबकि हम मात्र सरस टोन्ड दूध की आपूर्ति 24 घण्टे चाहते हैं।
                            हमें उम्मीद है कि आप इसे गम्भीरता से लेंगे।

                              Krutika natural jaggery quality is like [censored].can scoop up using a spoon.It says that ingredient is sugarcane juice concentrate ;but it seems like it got other chemicals too.It is not sweet enough aswell. A lot of amount of it is giving a bit of sweetness only.

                                1. Today(Jan 18, 2007) at 6:48 PM Reliance Fresh Sector 70, Mohali refused to accept a few coupons despite a clear mandate by Sodexo that those are valid till Dec 2017.

                                2. Store Manager said it is not the policy of the company.

                                3. He refused to give the reason of non acceptance of such coupons in writing telling that it also is not the policy of the company.

                                4. He reluctantly told his name as Tarnjit Singh.

                                5. Either Reliance Fresh share their policy (on 2 and 3 above) or tender an apology.

                                      I m purchase on reliance fresh through jio money but amount dabit 02 times on 07.01.2017. 1st transaction id received 7.22 pm[protected] but not consider reliance fresh counter . After Above transaction my jio money acount balance low so im cradit jio money account & 2nd time payment made through jio money on 7.28 pm ( transation id[protected]
                                      Payment done two time but refund not received.
                                      Reliance Fresh customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                      We seen the offers on Vijaya Karnataka 7 /1/2016 News Paper that buy one get one Jeera 100 Grams for Rs.25/-, but when we gone to Purchase the Jeera at Reliance Fresh they are took Rs.75/- so please resolve it.
