This evening 13/10/2016 between 8.30 to 9.00 pm i purchased a dozen of bananas from reliance fresh (no9, main bharani towers, vayalur rd, srinivasa nagar south, kumaran nagar, tiruchirappalli, tamil nadu 620017). it had a good appearance but after reaching home, upon peeling was found to be spoilt and damaged.
On returning and asking the supervisor "mr. rajesh" why the store was careless enough to keep spoilt food on display and even take it through the billing process, he was rude, obnoxious and unapologetic about it.
He kept saying that it is the customer's fault and that they could do nothing about it. when asked that was it not his job to look after such mishaps from not happening, he harshly yelled that he does not know how to do his job and that customer problems are not his concern.
However, on speaking with the cashier the item was returned and the refund was made.
I kindly ask that required action be taken against such irresponsible and customer hostile employees that tend to create a dark and uncanny atmosphere in the outlet through their speech, action and behaviour.
Reliance Fresh customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

On Duty time security is not at his place..He is not working properly.
Our valuable bag which is left at security may get theft due to absence of security at his place(at entrance door)
