Dear Sir, Yesterday, In reliance fresh of adiyapur jamshedpur, I did purchase of amount Rs1514.10 and did the payment through yes bank debit card, but they said the transaction is unsucessful and ask for cash. Then I did cash payment of Rs 1514 and check after that amounts of Rs 1514.10 is also deducted from my yes bank account. Please do help me for the same. CIN no.     At reliance fresh in Vadodara, near aksar chowk I purchased one Amul Paneer last week with mfg date[protected] but it could not be used as same was tasting bad and smelling. we had to throw it away. I think refrigeration system is not proper due to which it happened. Kindly keep it properly so that same could be used till expiry.

      Hi, We are been the regular customer at reliance fresh and most of the times we visit nearby store located in Geddalahalli, Bangalore. Almost every time we were told by POS operator that card swiping machine has problems hence we need to pay the cash. When we asked why the problem everytime the operator turns bit rude and tell us that you can complain to anyone we are not bothered. I am facing this issue not recently but since about a year. I might have shopped more than 15 times in one year and I can say almost 10 to 12 times I had this card issue and compelled to pay cash every time and couple of times had to visit ATM and withdraw money and pay. This is only problem in this store not in any other stores so please investigate the issue happening only in this store and let me know what action has taken. Regards Rajesh

        I visited your reliance Delhi Bali nagar today. My bill exceeded more than 1500 rs. I kept one of my product on counter because of their fault that one product remain unbilled. I made my payment through card firstly I give my card the payment was not made than I have to give my card again than finally the payment was made such a poor service and such a slow service. I was about to exist the store they started checking my stuff I purchased than after the long checking they found one of product remain unbilled. They accused Me and my old mother via government officer like hell. They checked even cctv camera for that 70rs product which I requested sir I'm ready to pay may be my fault but I know fault was not mine but things got worst when he started checking cctv camera and recorded my whole activity in front of public. After that I lost my temper too. I said manager to mind his words but he kept on accusing two woman me and my mom. I felt publically humiliated. Manager don't have any sense to talk. I was regular customer but would never like to visit again. I want manager should be removed or I will be compelled to reach higher authorities and would file criminal complaint against all the staff. I'm disappointed for mess

          On 2/6/15 purchased a Goodnight combi pack with liquid bottle missing, Next day the manager when asked tells me that i should check by opening the sealed box. He then asks me to be outside with security and brings hal[censored]sed refill bottle, when asked he comes out with two boxes one does not have the refill bottle the second one had a full bottle.

            Reliance Fresh, Filmnagar Branch in Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad. Telangana. This store is very untidy and not clean. Noticed roaches several times in the shelves and houseflies on the floor and at the entrance. This appearance will turn us down and not in a mood to do more shopping. In fact, the store 50 meters away, "Fresh Heritage", is always clean. But, this store keeps their prices always high.

              We had purchased today @ the purasawalkam outlet of reliance fresh for sum of 1160 rs. There was an offer on henko lintelligent 1kg tin which would be available @ discounted price of 1000 upon a bill value of rs500. 1.The offer details were not displayed anywhere in the shops premises. 2. When we placed our cart at the billing section, we knew about the offer from other sources (though not informed here too), asked for the detergent tins and we were refused and not answered to properly. Anticipating a reply at the earliest..

                On 28/06/2015 had one issue on billing, the cashier done bill for only one oil packet instead of three packets, but your staff and guard misbehaved with me and they behaved very rash & rudely at reliance fresh, 104 area, marripalem, visakhapatnam-530018. For this reason they are asking me to pay Rs.25000/- for two oil packets and they are telling me that they are loosing Rs.1 Lac to 2 Lac every month in that store.Is that true? They have taken my items and bill receipt. With this incident i can approach legal for justice. Please take action as early as possible and reply to mail : k.[protected]@gmail.com

                  Hi, myself Dr.Rajeev kumar felt that the reliance fresh outlet of the Pawanpuri, Bikaner, Rajasthan is in such a pathetic condition that that its very hard to purchase any fresh vegetable or fruits from here. It was totally rotten condition of fruits as well as vegetables. Its not a matter of concern whether we should purchase these items or not rather main problem is the health issues of the local residents who will consume all these items. So, either improve the condition of this outlets or close it permanently keeping in mind of the health concern of the society. THANKS

                  i bought a watermelon from reliance fresh raja park jaipur store...and after 4-5 hours saw foam coming out of it when there was no hole in it though...store didnt had manager that time...though he registered a complaint i seek for an update for it...please check the food quality while buying from there next time.

                    i went to reliance fresh on 21 june15 near my home fatehnagar jail road 110018. I purchased some items from there, at the billing counter I gave my pnb debit card for payment but the machine shows error then again she swipe the card again it shows the error then I left my shopping items there only and back to my house .As soon as i reached at home, i saw in my mobile that my account has been debited two times Amount 847, 847 Date 21 june 2015 Time 11 am I request you for refund

                        Hi, I have been seeing some rotten stuffs like tomato, onion, potato etc .even the Fruits are of the same standards.yesterday I visited the store to buy rice and was she'll shocked to see even the Basamati rice kept in a big drum infested with plenty of worms.If this is the quality level that Reliance Fresh is trying to sell.The company can be renamed as RELIANCE ROTTEN. I[censored] have any sense of towards customers satisafaction towards please initiate necessary steps immedaitly, else u may vanish soon from the market.

                          This is the complain about the Reliance Fresh outlet, situated at Hiran Magri, Sector-3, Main road, Udaipur(Rajasthan) 313002 and i am the regular customer of that store.Being a big retail store chain of the country, i find that there is no updation of variety of stock in different products which are readily available in the market. Many a time i have complained to the store manager about this issue but no action was taken from their side. Even the normal grocery shopes are more updated in terms of variety of product than that so called big retain outlet brach. And also there is lack of attendents at the billing counter. There are 5 such counters and only one is activated at a time which comsumes a lot of time in getting billed a product.Its my request to please get in their notice and solve this problem

                            Hi, I am writing this on behalf of my aged Father in law who is 64 years old( CXan submit age proof if needed). We are regular customer of Reliance and generally we go and pick things from the shop.This weekend, we bought everything else and just booked the 25KG rice for home delivery. The basic purpose of HOME DELIVERY I believe is to help the customers having things delivered at home without any hassle. In this case, the person who delivered the rice, left it at the doorstep saying I will not keep it inside house and Not to mention he was pretty rude. I am sure that he must be following the policies of company guidelines. Please let me know if as per your policy you leave things at door or you deliver it inside home. ( I AM SO DAMN SPECIFIC because my old Father in law can not carry 25KG bag; I will rather opt out of your service and get it from someone who will deliver it to me to the desired place, an I am sure there are many vendors like that) I do not have the bill copy with me but my mobile number is [protected] which is registered with the card.I did the shopping from Bangalore, Park Square mall. Whn they reachd hme I saw one packet of cooking oil mfd date was expired also written on it not for sale my neice z little girle age of only 11 yrs she hvnt look on that packet . Its great irresponsbility from by your store. Other oil paket was ok . Bt expired item they are keeping their store. Wht we should do... Consumer service ?                                 I have been purchased 5 T-shirt before month may-2015 from NEW ARRIVALS WITH NO DISCOUNT prices (399-699 RS.) at Rajkot Reliance Mart Mall, 150 Road Rajkot-Gujarat, it have very nice design and also fitting is good but after 2-3 wash of T-shirt, it have some kind of holes. So, Let me know what is quality of the product and I am very much disappointed with this GHATIYA product.                                   Hello I am very disappointed with the service of reliance customer care. I have been trying to redeem my points from my reliance fresh card for a very very very long time but in vain. Whenever I try to redeem my points the cashier refuses that you have to update the card. I have already contacted customer care and they keep on saying that they have made the right adjustment but so far I have been struggling to redeem the points. Yesterday as well, when I tried to redeem the points, machine refused. I contacted customer care immediately and the executive told me that I had an old paper card which was not linked to my new card is the cause of the issue. I had asked for this linking of card in the month of May as well but no action had been taken on it. Yesterday again I got the same response as earlier that they will link the cards not sure if this time it will be done or not.                                     brought a door mat on buy one get one free offer. but only one mat was kept in my bag. noticed it only after getting home. when i went to get back the other one they said that i had cancelled the purchase of my free mat. why would i cancel my free mat? it happened in the outlet in nerul (east)

                                      we had a bought a home theater and on time of installation the person said he doesnt have extra wired and will come the next day but from the next day he disappeared even we went to the sony service center and reliance stores but no service was provided to us
