I am a true customer of Reliance from the inception of Stores in Rajasthan. From last many of the years I am enjoying services as well as products sold at Reliance Fresh Stores.
Today around 12.15-12.30, I went to buy some vegetables and other product from Reliance Fresh, Vidhyadhar Nagar, Jaipur. My elder brother was with me. We were having two helmets in our hands and one Folder so we took wheel trolly and kept our helmets and folder there. We bought ladyfinger, potato and onion in vegetables. Along with that we also bought Scrubz dishwash bar.
At the payment counter the employee made the bill worth Rs. 115. I paid Rs.120 and she returned me Rs.5 very gently. We packed the vegetables in two envelops. In an envelop we packed Onion and Potato and in the other one we packed Ladyfinger. The Dishwash Bar was in my hand.
At the exit gate we produced the bill to the Guard. He checked our products very deeply and performed his duty in a positive manner and marked seal on the bill. My brother took one envelop of product, folder and one helmet outside.
I was having the other envelop, dishwash bar and my helmet in my hands. Being a civilized person, I pushed the Wheel Trolly inside the store as it was at the door and could have disturbed the other consumers. For this I had to go 2-3 steps inside. I was happy because I fulfilled my responsibility of an Educated Consumer.
Then after the seen started. I came outside and just after 2-3 seconds, one person called me from inside. He was Mr. Bhoop Singh. I asked him what happened sir? He said show me your bill. I said sir your Guard has checked the bill and sealed it up then why should I show it again. He said you are going from inside and you have not presented your bill. I said sir, me and my brother came together and the guard has checked the bill then why you are asking for the bill again. He said many consumers come and do not pay and take the products from here. So I am checking you. I called my brother who was just 20-30 steps far from there and shown him the bill again. But he was continuously communicating in a very harsh way. I said him you should ask from your Guard first. But he did not listen to me. Even the Guard was saying that I have checked and they two were there yet Mr. Bhoop Singh did not listen.
I tried to call the store manager but the store manager was not at that place. One another official Mr. Dinesh Prajapat entered in the seen. I also asked him to solve the matter and give me a complaint register I want to lodge my complaint. He said it is your mistake. Why did you go inside again and we are not having any complaint register. I will not give you the register as it is not a very big matter to be considered. He took this this very lightly.
On the other side Mr. Bhoop Singh said don't you see my age? I am very senior and You are wrong we are not.
They did not give me my bill back and said do whatever you want to do. Till the end they spoke in very harsh way and did not listen to me.
Sir, I am an educated young customer of Rliance. My Reliance Card No. is [protected]. I have done my Masters and doing my Ph.D in Marketing Communication. But this kind of rude and harsh behave hurt me a lot.
Mr. Bhoop Singh who is the main culprit in this incident declare me a thief in front of many people. That discouraged me to buy any product from Reliance Fresh Stores further.
I want you to take a necessary action on Mr. Bhoop Singh as well Mr. Dinesh Prajapat. They both are failed to satisfy the customer and they are the biggest representative of defamation of Reliance Fresh.
I am an aware consumer and with a hope of positive reply I am writing this complaint. Kindly take action as soon as possible and revert me back.
