Hello sir/mam, Yesterday my neice purchased some cooking item from relience fresh vidyadhar nagar branch jaipur. Whn they reachd hme I saw one packet of cooking oil mfd date was expired also written on it not for sale my neice z little girle age of only 11 yrs she hvnt look on that packet . Its great irresponsbility from by your store. Other oil paket was ok . Bt expired item they are keeping their store. Wht we should do... Consumer service ? I have been purchased 5 T-shirt before month may-2015 from NEW ARRIVALS WITH NO DISCOUNT prices (399-699 RS.) at Rajkot Reliance Mart Mall, 150 Road Rajkot-Gujarat, it have very nice design and also fitting is good but after 2-3 wash of T-shirt, it have some kind of holes. So, Let me know what is quality of the product and I am very much disappointed with this GHATIYA product. I am a true customer of Reliance from the inception of Stores in Rajasthan. From last many of the years I am enjoying services as well as products sold at Reliance Fresh Stores. Today around 12.15-12.30, I went to buy some vegetables and other product from Reliance Fresh, Vidhyadhar Nagar, Jaipur. My elder brother was with me. We were having two helmets in our hands and one Folder so we took wheel trolly and kept our helmets and folder there. We bought ladyfinger, potato and onion in vegetables. Along with that we also bought Scrubz dishwash bar. At the payment counter the employee made the bill worth Rs. 115. I paid Rs.120 and she returned me Rs.5 very gently. We packed the vegetables in two envelops. In an envelop we packed Onion and Potato and in the other one we packed Ladyfinger. The Dishwash Bar was in my hand. At the exit gate we produced the bill to the Guard. He checked our products very deeply and performed his duty in a positive manner and marked seal on the bill. My brother took one envelop of product, folder and one helmet outside. I was having the other envelop, dishwash bar and my helmet in my hands. Being a civilized person, I pushed the Wheel Trolly inside the store as it was at the door and could have disturbed the other consumers. For this I had to go 2-3 steps inside. I was happy because I fulfilled my responsibility of an Educated Consumer. Then after the seen started. I came outside and just after 2-3 seconds, one person called me from inside. He was Mr. Bhoop Singh. I asked him what happened sir? He said show me your bill. I said sir your Guard has checked the bill and sealed it up then why should I show it again. He said you are going from inside and you have not presented your bill. I said sir, me and my brother came together and the guard has checked the bill then why you are asking for the bill again. He said many consumers come and do not pay and take the products from here. So I am checking you. I called my brother who was just 20-30 steps far from there and shown him the bill again. But he was continuously communicating in a very harsh way. I said him you should ask from your Guard first. But he did not listen to me. Even the Guard was saying that I have checked and they two were there yet Mr. Bhoop Singh did not listen. I tried to call the store manager but the store manager was not at that place. One another official Mr. Dinesh Prajapat entered in the seen. I also asked him to solve the matter and give me a complaint register I want to lodge my complaint. He said it is your mistake. Why did you go inside again and we are not having any complaint register. I will not give you the register as it is not a very big matter to be considered. He took this this very lightly. On the other side Mr. Bhoop Singh said don't you see my age? I am very senior and You are wrong we are not. They did not give me my bill back and said do whatever you want to do. Till the end they spoke in very harsh way and did not listen to me. Sir, I am an educated young customer of Rliance. My Reliance Card No. is [protected]. I have done my Masters and doing my Ph.D in Marketing Communication. But this kind of rude and harsh behave hurt me a lot. Mr. Bhoop Singh who is the main culprit in this incident declare me a thief in front of many people. That discouraged me to buy any product from Reliance Fresh Stores further. I want you to take a necessary action on Mr. Bhoop Singh as well Mr. Dinesh Prajapat. They both are failed to satisfy the customer and they are the biggest representative of defamation of Reliance Fresh. I am an aware consumer and with a hope of positive reply I am writing this complaint. Kindly take action as soon as possible and revert me back. Thank You.

Hello I am very disappointed with the service of reliance customer care. I have been trying to redeem my points from my reliance fresh card for a very very very long time but in vain. Whenever I try to redeem my points the cashier refuses that you have to update the card. I have already contacted customer care and they keep on saying that they have made the right adjustment but so far I have been struggling to redeem the points. Yesterday as well, when I tried to redeem the points, machine refused. I contacted customer care immediately and the executive told me that I had an old paper card which was not linked to my new card is the cause of the issue. I had asked for this linking of card in the month of May as well but no action had been taken on it. Yesterday again I got the same response as earlier that they will link the cards not sure if this time it will be done or not. brought a door mat on buy one get one free offer. but only one mat was kept in my bag. noticed it only after getting home. when i went to get back the other one they said that i had cancelled the purchase of my free mat. why would i cancel my free mat? it happened in the outlet in nerul (east)

we had a bought a home theater and on time of installation the person said he doesnt have extra wired and will come the next day but from the next day he disappeared even we went to the sony service center and reliance stores but no service was provided to us

Dear Sir, I wish to bring to your notice that Reliance Fresh Hyderabad has fresh cream sold in the shelves on certain days. They bring in small quantities and sell them off. It is completely fresh and not branded. Tastes good and can be used in making variety of dishes. Unlike Amul this is better. Wish to have the same product sold in Reliance Fresh Bhubaneswar. I bought one sky bag from Reliance fresh ltd Faridabad with bil no. #0007, R007 Dated 03 May 2015. within a month bag zip is out of control. Today 11/6/2015, I visited outlet and shows issue but there is no solution. I think company claim higher discount at the cost of quality and deliver poor quality. I am very disappointed with today service. There is no any senior person is present till 11:30 AM. I request please look into the mater and short out the my issue.

Sir, Of late it is observed that less customers are coming to the Reliance Fresh store at Sahakarnagar. I think the reason is this. Today morning I had been to the above store. I wanted some onion and I found one person who sells vegetables on a thela selecting and taking some 15 kg of onion or so. He has been selecting and only left overs were there in the bin. Similarly I saw another man taking a big basket full of banana. This is not the first time I have seen people taking 10 kg and more. Then they sell it on footpaths for much higher price. Lazy people who does not want to come to the stores take it from them. Further all the fresh ones are taken by these people and leaving only bad ones. So people are not interested to come to the store and get bad left overs. I complained to the supervisor who was there at the time (around 8.45 am). He told that there is no rule that one cannot take more than a particular quantity. I told that after they take all good ones we genuine customers are left with only left-overs he told that next day again fresh ones will come. Obviously those 'thela-wallahs' will corner them also as soon as the store open. I have a feeling that these people are in collusion with the supervisor and he might be getting a cut. The supervisor refused to give the contact number of the head office in Bangalore. I would like to know whether this Reliance Fresh stores are meant for 'home' customers or a wholesale store for small time retailers? If you don't have any policy that it is meant for one and all whether for retailers or home needs, I don't have anything more to say on this matter. There are many more stores where one can get fresh vegetables and other provisions. We go there because it used to be a good store selling fresh vegetables at competitive prices. I would like to file a complain about reliance fresh outlet which is located in Mehdipatnam Hyderabad !! the sales boys and girls are being very Unethical to the customers, and when the sales boy asked mobile numbers for reliance card swiping and took my number with out my permission and some fellow was doing prank calls to me, not only that there are lot of other issues revolving in this store from quiet few years, i was so irritated and disappointed as there is no change even when the staff was changed, as the sales persons are not at all trained how to behave themselves Properly, Store maintenance is so horrible, general stores are far more well maintained than reliance fresh - no proper arrangement and everything is dumped like dump yard . Rude Behaviour by Sales Person while billing, and even when there are 4 billing counters there will be only two counters running - as there are only two counters running there is being a big line for billing, just for a small chocolate we have to wait 10mins, there is lot of inconvenience caused ! No Proper billing process !! i hope these problems are resolved and the sales people are well trained behaved and be in there limits !! Yesterday I go to store, I have to buy 5kg sugar but there was not available 5kg polithin bags. I ask for the same no one property answared. And I forced to make three or four packets of 1-1.5 kg bags. Behaviour of staff person's not helping. One more thing, I go to pay to counter I saw that always there is one or two counters without any attender, among 4-5 counters, where there was rush on saudays also. Another's point is when wish to pay through debit card the m/c is in such place that it is difficult to enter 'password' in crowd. I am regular costomer of store but in such situations I forced to think that should I go there in future.

I have attached the screenshot of the transaction that mentions my transaction in credit card with reliance fresh. I have informed him 5 times with patience and love but last time I needed to shout and the store manager says he is not responsible for that. I said what the hell your machine deducted money and you are not responsible for that. I think Ambani's have the old habit of looting money from public. My issue was I added purchased from card and there was failure in machine's transaction also I paid in cash for the same. They told be they will update me once they get a reverse transaction but last time he replied with that attitude and said I can't help you. Now I would like to have justification for the same and would request to ban the transaction machines which cannot perform realtime transaction as its someone's hard earned money that comes after hard work it should not be taken away that way it has emotions attached to it and I mean it all. Sir, I am a member of Reliance one, My card number is [protected]. Reliance one had recently come out with a scheme wherein the members who had spent more than rs 500 on a single bill were eligible to submit their names for a lucky draw. It was an exciting scheme and was very popular among the Reliance fresh members. BUT what about the result? Usually the result of such schemes are declared in newspapers. The manager at the Inderpuri, NewDelhi outlet are not telling us the name of the winners, inspite of repeated reminders. WAS THE LUCKY DRAW NOT GENUINE. WAS IT A SHAM? Hi, I Purchased rice bag in RF store(Kondapur Ravi Enclave Branch Hyderabad) on 02/06/2015 and opt for Home delivery. Store Incharge Said that bag delivers with in the day, but fail to deliver. I Went to store for 3 times for pick the rice bag, Store keepers said that no Stock of Rice bags and gave irresponsible answer. Still now We are not received the Rice bag Worth 960 RS Even though We paid for the bag. We suffer from irresponsible answers from your Employees.
