Dear Team I just want to convey my msg that all vegitable prices are high that market value . There is no benifit to buy from reliance fresh. Even we are paying for carry bag too. Sir, Of late it is observed that less customers are coming to the Reliance Fresh store at Sahakarnagar. I think the reason is this. Today morning I had been to the above store. I wanted some onion and I found one person who sells vegetables on a thela selecting and taking some 15 kg of onion or so. He has been selecting and only left overs were there in the bin. Similarly I saw another man taking a big basket full of banana. This is not the first time I have seen people taking 10 kg and more. Then they sell it on footpaths for much higher price. Lazy people who does not want to come to the stores take it from them. Further all the fresh ones are taken by these people and leaving only bad ones. So people are not interested to come to the store and get bad left overs. I complained to the supervisor who was there at the time (around 8.45 am). He told that there is no rule that one cannot take more than a particular quantity. I told that after they take all good ones we genuine customers are left with only left-overs he told that next day again fresh ones will come. Obviously those 'thela-wallahs' will corner them also as soon as the store open. I have a feeling that these people are in collusion with the supervisor and he might be getting a cut. The supervisor refused to give the contact number of the head office in Bangalore. I would like to know whether this Reliance Fresh stores are meant for 'home' customers or a wholesale store for small time retailers? If you don't have any policy that it is meant for one and all whether for retailers or home needs, I don't have anything more to say on this matter. There are many more stores where one can get fresh vegetables and other provisions. We go there because it used to be a good store selling fresh vegetables at competitive prices. I would like to file a complain about reliance fresh outlet which is located in Mehdipatnam Hyderabad !! the sales boys and girls are being very Unethical to the customers, and when the sales boy asked mobile numbers for reliance card swiping and took my number with out my permission and some fellow was doing prank calls to me, not only that there are lot of other issues revolving in this store from quiet few years, i was so irritated and disappointed as there is no change even when the staff was changed, as the sales persons are not at all trained how to behave themselves Properly, Store maintenance is so horrible, general stores are far more well maintained than reliance fresh - no proper arrangement and everything is dumped like dump yard . Rude Behaviour by Sales Person while billing, and even when there are 4 billing counters there will be only two counters running - as there are only two counters running there is being a big line for billing, just for a small chocolate we have to wait 10mins, there is lot of inconvenience caused ! No Proper billing process !! i hope these problems are resolved and the sales people are well trained behaved and be in there limits !! Yesterday I go to store, I have to buy 5kg sugar but there was not available 5kg polithin bags. I ask for the same no one property answared. And I forced to make three or four packets of 1-1.5 kg bags. Behaviour of staff person's not helping. One more thing, I go to pay to counter I saw that always there is one or two counters without any attender, among 4-5 counters, where there was rush on saudays also. Another's point is when wish to pay through debit card the m/c is in such place that it is difficult to enter 'password' in crowd. I am regular costomer of store but in such situations I forced to think that should I go there in future.

I have attached the screenshot of the transaction that mentions my transaction in credit card with reliance fresh. I have informed him 5 times with patience and love but last time I needed to shout and the store manager says he is not responsible for that. I said what the hell your machine deducted money and you are not responsible for that. I think Ambani's have the old habit of looting money from public. My issue was I added purchased from card and there was failure in machine's transaction also I paid in cash for the same. They told be they will update me once they get a reverse transaction but last time he replied with that attitude and said I can't help you. Now I would like to have justification for the same and would request to ban the transaction machines which cannot perform realtime transaction as its someone's hard earned money that comes after hard work it should not be taken away that way it has emotions attached to it and I mean it all. Sir, I am a member of Reliance one, My card number is [protected]. Reliance one had recently come out with a scheme wherein the members who had spent more than rs 500 on a single bill were eligible to submit their names for a lucky draw. It was an exciting scheme and was very popular among the Reliance fresh members. BUT what about the result? Usually the result of such schemes are declared in newspapers. The manager at the Inderpuri, NewDelhi outlet are not telling us the name of the winners, inspite of repeated reminders. WAS THE LUCKY DRAW NOT GENUINE. WAS IT A SHAM? Hi, I Purchased rice bag in RF store(Kondapur Ravi Enclave Branch Hyderabad) on 02/06/2015 and opt for Home delivery. Store Incharge Said that bag delivers with in the day, but fail to deliver. Reliance fresh, Koperkhairnae and Vashi stores of Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra., adopted the easy way to get rid of mosquitoes and flies by spraying hit on vegetables and fruits directly on it. . The food items which we are getting from these stores are very harmful for our health. I repeatedly informed the staffs of these stores, but no one is listening to us . On 23rd May 2015 I called on customer care and filed the above mentioned complaint. My complaint no is 2179576. But nothing had done so far, as yesterday 27th May 2015 I went to above mentioned store, they still spraying hit- insecticide on vegetables and fruits for getting rid of flies. hi many is kapil and i am regular costumer of relience fresh . last week I bought some grocessery from reliance super elment mall Jaipur . you cant believe I found so many jerk and other thing in poya and even other food products I am attached here few pics. I did complain in relicense store but no body help to change my products . Dear Sir/ Madam, I Hussain Firangi had applied for the loyalty program in reliance fresh (Thakur Village) 2-4 years back. At that time I had received an card which was a cardboard cutout. I don't remember the mobile number given by me at that time. I have been receiving the point statement on my email "[protected]@yahoo.com" assuming that I had given this as my registered email. Now I wish to obtain a duplicate card so that I donot waste the points gained by me in the card. I tried calling at customer support no and contacted the customer support email inorder to get the reliance one card. They were unable to help me in this regard. Now I have no option but to officially apply for the compliant so that the matter can be solved. I am attaching the email received by me from the reliance one. Hope to get my card no and information soon.

Security and management in reliance fresh, PJR Stadium Ln, chanda nagar are not allowing the people to drop their belongings, in my case it is helmet. Daily while coming to the office i used to shop at reliance fresh for milk, bread and eggs and groceries weekly once. earlier they used to keep my helmet at security and now they are asking me to take it inside. for me i am already carrying laptop bag, it is difficult to hold by hand while shopping. Since my vehicle is vespa, i cant hang it to bike. so, i stopped visiting that shop and started visiting more super market, vijeta and ratnadeep. surprisingly the staff in these markets are very helpful and they dont have any issues in keep my things with them till i shop. yesterday, due to rush again i went to reliance fresh and same scene repeated. I just throw my reliance card to their dustbin in from of them. So, i suggest never encourage these king of people till they do better service to customers.

I was using HDFC Food card for purchasing all food items from this store but all in sudden this store has stopped accepting my card. HDFC food cads do not have Pin/Password and BYPASS option was always given by POS machine. Now all in sudden these machines are not giving BYPASS options for Password/PIN. I spoke to branch Manager Mr Hemanth ( [protected] ) and he told me story that they don't accept card without pin now. My card is working everywhere but not at this store. I purchased household products from Reliance Retail Ltd.(Previously Reliance fresh) on saturday 23rd may 2015 but have not received the delivery of same till today i.e, 25th may 2015. When I purchased the products I was told that it will get delivered till 24th may but they have not delivered the same. I called up the store twice everytime thy said that they will deliver it in some time. This is highly unprofessional on their part. So should take necessary action. Thanks

Hi Team, We purchased paneer from the near by reliance fresh store. When it was cooked it started melting. Due to the intake of (plastic paneer) the same our stomach started paining. I hope u will take some action before anything could happen and reply. They sold us the expired dated paneer i.e. 14May15 on the date of 23May15. I believe they are not checking the products on daily basis or i would say on weekly basis too. This is really a bad to say that a renoened company is doing all this and playing with the customer health. If I'll not get the reply asap then I'll take some strict action on the same.
