Hi Team,
My self vijay krishna javvaji, I am living in Nandigama as it Was my home town. I am so exited reliance fresh came to Nandigama previous I am working in Pune I wish to shop in reliance fresh. Due to pandemic I am working from home, I used to shop in reliance fresh weekly from the day it started service in Nandigama. Customer service is worst including the management as well, no system are not working, card machine are not at all working we have to wait for long time at checkout. Today Myself and my father have visited the reliance fresh in Nandigama branch we have done out shopping and bill came around 2950.00 rupees. I have gave my card to customers service, as his card machine is not working, so he requested other check out person to take the money with my card, I have waited around 15 min they didn’t serve me and they relied to wait, I don’t want to wait any more and I left all the items which I want to purchase by the checkout. From now I don’t want to go to shopping in reliance fresh anymore. It’s worst service, which never happened to me till now. I have took 1 hr to shopping and to scans my items I have waited for 10min and to pay bill I have waited till 15 min which is not acceptable. I don’t want to do any shopping in reliance fresh nandigama branch only.
I am hoping you will take some action if not you will see constantly sales will be decreased in Nandigama branch

      Today(21/12/2021) I visited Reliance Fresh (M.G.Road pallimukku, Kochi) and purchased some items, there is one item CAVINS MILK SHAKE (2 numbers) ..sir it is a spoiled one.. i just took one zip ..its taste was sour ...they are keep it in a dry place...sir one request, keep it in cool place...i am attaching the bill copy with this..take further actions.

        Yesterday and placed order for BOURBON BISCUIT 100 pcs .
        Ur staff confirmed me that stock is available but another staff said that we r out of stock but itself stock was kept on their shelf.
        I was dissappointed wid their behaviour and i paid for other stuffs purchased and left ur store .

            There was a customer in the billing counter not wearing mask at the store - Kohefiza outlet inspite of requests.
            When requested the store manager - Mr Shivraj Sahu to make this unruly customer comply with the local health guidelines, he just stood there and didn’t even request him once .

            With the pandemic still lurking, omicron threat on the horizon, this is completely unlawful and unacceptable.

              While measuring the weight, then followed by price slip, it was shown to me as INR28.12, but in bill counter it shows, 29.50. When i ask abt the difference, staff of the shop, given varies reason, myself brought it to manager, he also gives different reason, in addition to it i am unable to get balance amount correctly, 50 paisa, one rupee were not given to me, i have five bills,
              So what to do. Suggest pls

                Recently (within a months time) we purchased KOHINOOR brand CHARMINAR SELECT basmati rice 5 kg from Reliance Fresh store, West Thiruvenkataswamy road, R.S.Puram, Coimbatore-641002. Last Sunday when we opened the plastic sack we found rice containing several dead worms.
                When we approached the branch people they asked for the original bill which we have lost or destroyed. We requested to track the bill with our mobile ph no[protected] but they are asking the purchase date. I requested to trace my bills with my mobile no but they are refusing. The Batch No is P621425BUA PKD on 27/02/2021 priced Rs 569/-. We are regular user of this brand for the last 2 years and we are highly disappointed to see dead worms. I need a proper reply from the company as well as refung from Reliance. Please help to sort this out.

                  I was purchased on 9th October 2021 some grocery items and make the payment but payment not updated with reliance fresh then biller said to me do the payment again and your first payment refund with in week.then I have done the payment again.
                  I have wait for refund for one week but refund payment not received till the date and many times I have visited the reliance fresh Store but no one listen my problem

                            I purchased grocery of rs 1101.00 on 17.08.2021 at reliance fresh, district centre, bhubaneswar. offer for 10% cash back within 90 days was applicable on purchase through sbi debit card. but after expiry of 90 days, cash back is still not refunded in my sbi account. please look into the matter and do needful. contact no - [protected].

                              I buy 5 things from reliance fresh and one thing that is extra is gone by mistake in the trolley and i don't know about it the gatekeeper checks the trolley and the bill and he not say anything to me one employee comes outside and talk rudely to me that i steal the thing if i steal the thing why should i kept the product in trolley, i hide the thing in somewhere i tell them but they saying that I have steal the thing and i buy many things from reliance fresh and belongs to a good family so why i steal if i see the extra product in trolley i definitely give the product to mart.I Know the mistake done by me and i accept that the product is unbilled and i kept but I don't know about that i tell the employee also but the behaviour of employee and gatekeeper is very bad.

                                I was paying the bill through debit card. So the machine had some connection issue.when it was alryt the staff(male) inserted my debit card and asked me to type in my pin. Then i took the machine so that i could type in my pin privately .But the machine was wired and i didnt notice it which disconnected the machine.the staff was realy angry and he said the lady staff near to him that "the boy pulled the wire off " in a very bad gesture which was really rude as i could hear what he was saying.than he let the lady staff take care it.This was a really bad experience as a costumer.

                                  Employees are not helping at all. When you ask about a product, they say it’s not there. If checked ourselves, it’s there. No one in billing, has to call someone and wait. Stopping recurring visits if things don’t improve.

                                    Hi there, I went grocery shopping to a reliance fresh near my place, I wanted to use my Sodexo food coupon money for the payment but the cashier insisted on sodexo card, I explained that since we are working from home, I was not given a card by my employer but I can make the payment through the Sodexo Zeta app on phone and that I needed the merchant ID to do it, but the cashier rejected the mode of payment but on the Sodexo app it says reliance accepts it ..I was very disappointed by this, since I've been a reliance card holder from many years. Please resolve this soon.

                                      I had made a purchase of groceries on the 17th of October for a bill of 1646.5 rupees .The person at the counter made me to swipe the card twice and said it's not working and made me swipe the card at the next counter .The payment was made at the counter and I left the store .Two hours later I get message from my bank money debitted twice along with the third third transction debitted .I went back to store .The manager checked and said she has given a complaint .I waited for a weak now she says ur transction was not made atall abd speaks rudely and tells me to go any sought out with my bank .Is this the way to treat a coustomer .I showed her my bank statement .also .I am going through lot of turmoil with no help from the store .I need my money back that got debitted twice .

                                        I have bought some groceries on 18/09/2021 via UPI .The UPI transaction failed two times.They told me the refund will be processed within 4 days and no need to be afraid. But its been more than a month the worst expereince from reliance store, Vellayitambalam Kollam Kerala.

                                        Why Reliance is so money hungry and Scamming customers money. Please people be aware of reliance petty action before your money gets stolen from them . I lost 363 Rs two times and staff and customer care dont care about it
