Dear team On 28th Oct, 2014, I am a regular customer of Reliance fresh, my name is Shivsagar, my Reliance One Card no. is [protected] and my e-mail id is [protected]@rediffmail.com. I purchased FMCG items for Rs. 4646.72 from Reliance Fresh, Kohe-Fiza Branch Bhopal but at the time of payment I used my HDFC Bank Credit Card. When they swiped the card by staff he said it is not working properly, and make Payment with Other Option i was make Payment with my HDFC Debit Card but money was deducted two time from Both Cards Debit and Credit Card also. When I make Complaint for Refund on 5th November 2014 through Complaint NO :- 1978498 to give back the money, he asked me that for Submit Bank Statements and Credit Card Bill . i also submit the requiredDocuments to Reliance Fresh at Bhopal but there is not any Response From Reliance for the Same. also Current Status of My Complaint (NO:[protected] is Show Pending at toll free NO. I Request to you kindly forward this to Reliance Fresh Higher Management and arrange to refund at an earliest.

    I am not getting my things which was for home delivery in time ie not also within 24 hrs.my house is just 2 min walk from your store and it has happened twice consecutively...though free home delivery written over there...very disappointing service

      Dear Sir, I went Reliance Fresh yesterday i.e. 16th November 2014 11:a.m. and purchased 5 KG Sundrop Oil and the receipt was attached in this mail.When I went and opened the can I was shocked! shocked! it was filled with only water there is no Oil in the can...Would like to bring to your kind notice and request your suggestion on this.         Sir This is in regard of the incident that took place today when i went to purchase the groceries in the reliance fresh store code no:0127 situated at f-99.bali nagar near ramesh nagar metro station, new delhi. I purchased the groceries from the store but no one was available there to pack the things and that i had to do myself ( as visible in the Cctv footage). The gaurd was standing just behind me.in all this hapazard situation, two ladies gt hold of my bag and stole the wallet containing Rs.10000/- cash and all my important dr cards and pan card..now who should be held reaponsible for this theft..Um really agitated at this moment and you just tell me what should i do? Although the store manager helped me with the cctv footage n all..but its of no use as i have gone through a huge loss. Kindly guide me that why should not i take this matter further..             Hi, This is regarding the misbehaviour done by the cashier at the Reliance Fresh Counter which is located at Mira Road Thane, Maharashtra. Today for the first time i went to Reliance Fresh store and the behaviour I have got from the employee available there I was surprised to see that such a big brand and that to part of RIL has employee such type of staff who use slangs for customer. And after speaking to store manager also there was no resolution we are getting since store manager was also least bother about what is happening in the store. After this experience will not be prefer to go again to such retail store and will not suggest also to go in such store for whom customer is like a common man and they can treat with customer badly. I dont o what basis the upper management in Reliance is planning to open further 450 stores wherein they currently dont know what type of behaviour their staff are doing in the existing stores.               Yesterday evening I entered into the Reliance Fresh store at Golmuri, Jamshedpur. Did the hectic shopping for around two hours. When reached at billing counter my turn came after a long que. The billing person took another 10 minutes to clear my items. For payment when I produced my credit card he replied that they don't accept cards. There were four card swipe machines nearby and nowhere it was mentioned as cards are not accepted. I requested him as I was not carrying cash with me and already spent more than 2 hours valuable time of my whole family and car fuel as well. Even after that he has shown me the door and removed all the materials from the bag to his desk. It was an embracing situation for me. The sales man was completely rude, not even told me to get the cash from nearest ATM.

                Hi, I am writing this complaint regarding having Very Bad Experience this morning at Reliance Fresh Store at R.P.D.Cross, NH4-A Road, BELGAUM (KARNATAKA) Offer was written for MONGINIS CAKES ( 40gm & above) BUY 2 & GET 1 FREE. But when I bought this product & when I reached the Billing Counter, I was told that Offer is not Valid. Now how can you do this to your customer by giving wrong offer?                   Dear Team, It was a repetative bad incident & experience for me at the Prerna tirth, Ahmedabad Relieance Fresh store by the Store Manager (Mr. MANAN). I had a very pathetic experience with both Manager. The billing was done by the manager & when I asked that why the Sodexo Meal voucher wont be acceptable for the Juice then he started saying that "Puchase if you want or get lost... Also started using abusive language & started shouting when I asked him to talk properly". The behaviour of the rest staff is not bad but the behaviour of the manager is always pathetic .. I've seen him speaking in this manner with other customers in past incidents also. Moreover a couple of staff had said to me outside the store that Mr. Manan is rude to staff also. Pls look into the matter & request you to take strict action against the employee which is causing trouble to the customers & staff also. If required, pls call me & I'll be there for the assistance.                     I was at sindicolony yesterday 30/10/14 around 3pm. I'm writing to complain about the bad costumer service provided at the counter. I had an issue with my debit card. The lady at the counter was I'll mannered and had no ettiquates to talk. We come to fresh for a standard service if we have to encounter such tone and language we would rather go to a veg. Market. We expect humbility and well trained people. I hope you take appropriate action. Thank you.

                      Team I had a very pathetic experience with both Manager and Staff Lead at Madinaguda (Hyderabad)Store today...The billing done by the staff had many mistakes hence asked her to refund the extra amount charged, the reply I got is that they will not refund even though they have done the mistake it is like Gundaraj ...and the behaviour of the manager was more pathetic ...at the last the manager challenges saying that the product is already at discount and how customer can again look for a discount, the basic is he doesn't even understands how the discount format works and for sure he needs training one how to handle customer and second he should be aware about the promotions if he is really a store manager...I appreciate if action is taken on the same so that no other customer suffers and even the Relaince brand doesn't have impact

                        reliance fresh staff and local store owner are running scam. all the discounted products are sold to local store owner on commission base. how about customer need if local store owner gonna buy every heavily discounted products before customers knows it. pls take action. pls do check the cctv footage.

                          Rel One Card No. [protected]. There was an advertisement in Gujarat Samachar on 20/10/2014 for 20% discount on cheese, paneer etc. showing Amul brand along with others. In Galaxy Anenue, Naroda, Ahmedabad branch, the posters were also displayed. When I purchased cheese and paneer of Amul, the same was not shown in their system and the cashier said that the offer is over. In the advertisement it was written that the offer is valid till 23/10/2014. He was confused and his manager was also not having any answer. I was really disappointed and returned those items. Its very shameful for this kind of companies. Please do the needful.

                            Rel One Card No. - [protected], on 20/10/2014, in Gujarat Samachar 20% discount offer was advertised (for cheese, paneer etc. up to 23/10/2014) but when visited your store at Galaxy Avenue, Naroda, Ahmedaba, I was informed that the offer is only in Britania and not on Amul products (although the posters were displayed on all brand products). When I went home and confirmed, I found that the advertisement page itself was showing Amul brand in the offer. Please check and do the needful.

                              I purchased 1 kg kabulichana from Reliance Fresh Nerul and prepared Chhole at home on 15th Oct 2014.The chhole had a strong, foul odour and my family ate it just because I had slogged in the kitchen.I had tried a new recipe adding coconut milk and I thought maybe that's the reason for the weird taste.I run a Daycare for children and today, 20thOctober 2014, we again prepared chhole.The same foul odour persisted and I had to throw it away.I was 100% sure that the problem was with the kabulichana.Iwent to Reliance fresh, Nerul and returned the remaining kabulichana.The loose kabulichana kept in the drum had the same smell .I requested Mr.Sudhir Gaonkar, Supervisor not to sell the remaining kabulichana to any customer and to hand over sample for quality inspection.

                              I hope this is followed up from your end.Kindly take this matter seriously.As a Reliance Fresh customer, I expect greater quality control, especially with food items.

                                  Hello This is to inform you that today I went to buy atta from form your store at Prashant Vihar, Rohini, Delhi. On the cash counter I tendered Sodexo coupon. The cashier refused to accept them. I spoke to the Manager as well, but he was also adament for not accepting the coupons. He told me that it can only be accepted on ready to eat food. However, if you read the coupons at their back it says that these can be used for food and non-alcoholic beverages. I did a video recording of the manager where he is refusing to accept the coupons. For you information the same store accepts coupons on vegetables, Daals rice etc. Also other stores are accepting the coupons on all food items irrespective of the fact that the items are ready to eat or can be eaten after cooking. He also told me that the software does not permit so. Can you please look into it and if the need be, please update your software.                                     i had gone to shop from reliance fresh, phase 5 mohali, i did shopping of 1487 rs and asked them to deliver it to my place as mentioned there, (they will deliver the purchased goods next day between 12pm to 2pm and 4pm to 6pm and it is also clearly mentioned on them invoice- Call For Free Home Delivery). i told the boy on cash counter to deliver it to my address, it is less than a km distance form the reliance fresh store, he denied and told me that this scheme means you have to shop between given timings. i became surprised to see that this was not mentioned there. i inquired him two times and in hesitation he signaled towards a man and told me he is manager of this place, ask him. i was surprised at this type o[censored]nprofessional behavior. ok, i went to manager, and told him the whole story, he told me that this is their duty to deliver the goods at my home, but problem is with bill. i inquired him, which type of problem, so he told me that his cash counter boy has not mentioned on the bill that this has to home delivered, so they are not able to deliver it. again unprofessionalism . why i have to pay for their mistakes, i was alone on my bike, and i was intended to shop their to get home delivery, i had to hire an auto for 150 rs because these goods were impossible to carry on bike. i have learnt a lesson from now that big names does not means commitment. regards Vikas Sethi ERIS Life Sciences Chandigarh [protected]

                                        Today on[protected] I shopped for Rs. 1273/-at Dombivli west outlet. After standing in the line for payment It was told that no card payment .After arguing he prepared the bill and send me to another counter for payment. There also I have waited for half an hour but the person did not take payment. At last after wasting 50 minutes for payment I asked to take the material back. He took the material back.There were no proper tags on payment counters for cash/ card payment. No responsible person was present to answer the complaints I will like to know why to visit the outlet again if you are not bothered for customers satisfaction.
