hi my name is anil kumar .my mobile no is [protected]. unknowngly my balance was deducting from reliance gsm delhi . i called several times to customer care they are making complaints but my deducted balance is not crediting to my mobile no [protected] .whenever my balance is dedcuting i am geeting a service message like (AMOUNT CHARGED FOR VAS INDIATIMESV PAK RS 5.00) THIS MESSAGE RECIEVED ON DATE[protected], ON[protected] ALSO 5 RS DEDUCTED & FINALLY ON[protected] ALSO 10RS WAS DEDUCTED total 20rs was deducted automatically unknowningly ..i also activated dnd service, i dont know why balance was deducting always .even i am unable to call 198 also Was this information helpful? | |||
