Dear Sir/ Mem,
I beg to say that i am a customer of relince gsm Delhi. One day company send me a offer message [(Your Unlimited 3G Pack has expired.Recharge with Rs 359 for Truly Unlimited 3G Data;28 days. Unlimited extra benefit to be posted within 2 days of recharge)].. Then i recharged my no. With Rs359 But i didn't get the benefit company gave me 3 Gb net balance and in the message they were saying you will get unlimited net.. I called customer care and concernd About my problem. But again they offerd me only 3gb net balance. I sumbit again a complain and complaint no. Is[protected] now they makeing me fool.. They are not giveing me benefit only sending message that your complaint is approve.. And now customer care no. Is not connecting by my no. So therefore i am requesting you to help me. As soon as possible i am very upset from this type of cheating by Relince Please help me..

3G data 600mb instead of 1GB on rs 156

i am reliance gsm prepaid customer [protected].
on 20/09/2015 i recharged with rs. 156 for 3G netpack of 1GB, but the company credited only 600MB to my prepaid account instead of 1GB.
The reliance website clearly shows 1GB for 156rs, but why didn't they give it, the customer care lins difn't responded to the issue.
i want full 1000MB data, and request the company to look in the mater,
also do notify ur regular data customers about any tarrif change instead of sending other promotional SMS.

hi my name is anil kumar .my mobile no is [protected]. unknowngly my balance was deducting from reliance gsm delhi . i called several times to customer care they are making complaints but my deducted balance is not crediting to my mobile no [protected] .whenever my balance is dedcuting i am geeting a service message like (AMOUNT CHARGED FOR VAS INDIATIMESV PAK RS 5.00) THIS MESSAGE RECIEVED ON DATE[protected], ON[protected] ALSO 5 RS DEDUCTED & FINALLY ON[protected] ALSO 10RS WAS DEDUCTED total 20rs was deducted automatically unknowningly ..i also activated dnd service, i dont know why balance was deducting always .even i am unable to call 198 also

Reliance GSM Delhi deducting money for some autorenewable pack not requested

I recharged my mobile with Rs. 247. There was nowhere written that this is auto renewable. After recharge I got the message from Reliance that your pack will be auto renewed after 1 month. I want to deactivate this service. I called customer care many times, either they say some technical updation is going on so they don't register the complaint, or they do not provide any complaint no. Recently i took these no in which i got 100rs +500mb 3g data .itake sim from mobile on 15 oct 2013 when again i serted on 20oct 2013 at around 10.00pm my balance 80 rs was deducted at present am having only 19rs .when i called to customer care dept they are saying that ..we dont have info regarding the same some times they disconnect my call ...iam totally frustrated ...what should i do ...i want my balnce credit to my mobile no [protected]...

VAS Activated, No refund, No calls , Nothing

from last 2 week - I am getting automatic VAS Subscriptions and The company deducted 20 Rs this week and 3 Rs last week.
I tried to call 198 - but they are making fun with me -
Saying - Our system is upgraded due to some reason - you have to call after 2 hours.
I lost more than 30 Rs in last 2 week.
My VAS services arlead activated - dont know why
I never like to subscribe for any Value Added Services. And also in future - I never like it -
Please Reliance Staff - De-activate all VAS and refund my money
They also drop my calls from 1PS/ second to 1.2 Ps/ second - without any SMS Notice or any call notice., which is not fair.

My phone number is +91 [protected]. This is a Reliance GSM number. I got a message on July 19, 2010 that Voice Chat service has been renewed and Rs 30 have been deducted. After trying really hard, I got to talk to customer care people and I was told by them that it was activated on June 19, 2010 and renewed on July 19, 2010. I clearly remember that I had never sent any request to activate anything like this. A similar thing happened last month as well when I got a message about caller tune being renewed. This is a clear case of cheating. Customer care people do not even talk properly. Please take this case up and teach Reliance GSM services a lesson so that they do not dare to do any cheap trick like this with any one in the future. For any kind of information, please feel free to reach me on the number given above.

i hav brought reliance prepaid sim ([protected])on 3rd feb from THE MOBILE STORE, BN MARKET SHALIMAR BAGH, DELHI(PH NUMBER [protected])...i hav given my election card copy n passport size photo at time of purchase...n filled CAF also...my number got activated next day but after 3 days it got barred... i called mobile store dealer, he told me has submitted my documents to reliance so his duty is over... i called customer care on *333 which is busy all the day.. n one can only talk with customer care executive after 1am, they told me to submit address proof n photo to any reliance web world n my nuber will get activated...i went to web world in saraswati vihar...they told me that my number was not entered by the dealer in the system so they cant help me... my number got barred for 4 days...it was so inconvinient for me without woring cellphone...more over i had loss of rs.20(rs 5 per day as free local also)... now my number is activated but still i m getting messages frm reliance saying that sumbit your CAF to enjoy reliance gsm service...pls help me out...

My no. is [protected] I had bought this prepaid number two three months then I was very happy that it will competition to others because it has lower call rates at that I was a stronger promter of Reliance Gsm but now things have changed the Value Added services are below par one thing that really shocked me and to all my freinds that Gprs work in only selected model I have nokia 5130 it doesnot work in that when I talked to customer care they said reliance is not supporting Gprs in Nokia 5130 and there are many others set earlier I was using vodaphone there it was working properly.
So kinldy look in this seriouly other wise it will hamper the market of Reliance Gsm because there are so many cases like this.

GSM. they people recharged my no. with 50/- only instead of 105/- I contacted to cc & they lodged my complaint no.[protected]. & their reply they are not going to return money. custmer care representative Mr. beli ram sharma was behaving rudely never taking interest keanly.this is really distroying reliance image. it shows how rudely they serving their custmer & cheat them.
mere paas reliance gsm ke 2 number hain aur har number par reliance wale koi na koi service active kar ke paise kaat lete hain. customer care kabi unka milta nahi hain every time busy network rahta hain jab bi customer care caal karo. Kabi milta hain to service deactive karne ke lihe bolte hain aur jo pase kate hote hain wo pavs nahi hote. Muje lagta hain customer ko is tarah cheat karne se accha hain AMBANI PARIVAR ko har chorahe par katora le kar bed jana chahihe. shaam tak bheeg main kuch na kuch jaroor mil jahega.
Go for filing a case in the consumer forum/court and bring the matter to public notice as soon as possible. Reliance is just exploiting us all.

i am sorry to say might be i will never use relience in future if my problem will not be resolved soon.
actully without any activation of any pack or without any request on 15 march one pack was automatically get activated on my phone which deduct 30 rs from my main balance
yesterday(14.4.11)at 12:21 pm in afternoon i got a call from relience mentioning that rim will give me a free call tune activation pack as i am a regular customer.the call was of about 2 minute.yet i was not intresed in that i want to say that i am not inrested in this, customer care executive cut the phone without listening.i dial the no.[protected] again but it was not reachable, then i was busy i didnt call to cc center
i call at 198 customer care number at arond 1:00 am in night i requst them not to activate any pack.they accure me i that will never happen again and any pack will also not be active.but today itself 50 rs deduce from my account automatically.
i call at 198 again on 15.4.11 at 11:22am and requst them to give my 50 rs again in my balance.but find no help.

sir, mai tughlakabad extn. se hun. maine apne distributor se naya easy sim manga to usne mujhse rs. 130 sim ke liye mang raha hai sath hi yeh sart hai ki aapko 2 handset aur new sim card lene honge. new sim card to samajh me aate hai par nai dukan ke liye new handset ki shart samjh me nahi aayee. kiya yah jayaj hai. mai aur bhi cdma, gsm ke easy sim use kar raha hun, ve sabhi sim free of cost hame mili thi. hamare dealer ka nam unique trds., lajpat nagar hai.

sir me reetesh comunication se agra se rcom ki retialer sip lene hai koyoki sir rcom ka rechargre paka hai isme koi dhoka dari nahi hai.mera mobile number pe is company ke message aate hai ki rcom ki site se recharge karo aur benifit udao. per jab tak retiler ko benifit nahi mile ka toh wo kayko recharge kareka kirpya humari samsaya ka samadhan kare.

This is kind for your information My Reliance SIM Missed palace last 6 Dec 2013.at Bus stand Punjabi Bagh .also we launch one FIR against SIM Missed palace in police station.
we have give FIR In West Punjabi Bagh Reliance Dealers. his saying sim charge @ 100/- But i confirm Reliance Customer Care his saying SIM Charge @ 24+1=25/-
I talk to dealers in this regarding but his behave is not good. so i paid 100 for New sim Charge.
I Request to you please look in to same and take the Necessary action to him.

I am the customer of Reliance GSM. My number is [protected]. The number I have purchased recently and facing the lots of problems.
I am not able to call outside but balance available on my account. The problem I had discussed to customer care about the same but their behavior was very unusual and not provided any solution. In that time my network of mobile was good so I was able to talk from outside call. I have recharged (08-April-2014) again to RS 110 and 248 for outside calling and internet facility. But when the recharge successfully done after network signals showing very week. I have again tried to connect customer care for the logged the complain but I am not able to connect. Now I am not able to receive call due to signal problem and facing the same problem to access internet.
I request you to please rectify my issue as soon as possible. I am very thankful for same.
