At time of forclosure the company is asking for forclosure charges of 3% +service tax as the one of the coapplicant is a company
It was not mentioned in the sanction letter nor the same was intimated to me.
As per them same was written in the loan agreement which is part of huge numebr of pages signed by us. How can they except us to read all the loan documents the sanction letter should have all the imporatnt terms and condition.
I will file a complain to highest authority incase the same is not removed Was this information helpful? |
