Dear Sir I had taken a loan in June 2013 from Reliance Home Finance Ltd.My Application ID no is 634959.My loan account number RHHLDEL[protected]At the time of your disbursal my loan amount was 1,20,00,000.At the time of sanction of my loan your manager's came to me and had a meeting with me at that time they told me about the Rs 50,000/- as an insurance charges.After sanction of my loan one of your executive came to me for signing of Loan Agreement at that time i refused for insurance amount.They assured me that there would not be any charges for insurance. In fact i got a fresh Sanction Letter without any insurance charges from your company manager's official mail ID. Hereby i am providing you that sanction letter copy which i got from your manager's mail id.But i was shocked when i got my Draft.There was 2,04,000/-debited as an insurance charges.After getting that draft i was trying to coordinate with all of your Manager's but all of them are very busy.Some time they are in full day meeting or some time they are Out of station.I don't understand what i have to do.Because all of your manager have done a big fraud with me.All of them are involved in this Fraudulent. How could all of you can do this kind of cheap actions.How could you can deduct any kind of insurance charges without taking permission of customer.What do you think that all consumers are same.Now over all my my concern is only that cancel this Insurance Policy and refund my 2,04,000/- or adjust in my account.Please feel free to contact me on below mentioned number. I just noticed that customer has written complained in Apr'2011 and you are saying that you will take care of it in Aug'2013.

Reliance — raud
Dear sirI recharge my cdma number [protected] by Rs 299 on 3 April 2011 . this plan gives free local calls reliance to reliance & 30 min/day for other network. On 5 April 2011 1:39 p.m I received a sms from Reliance that “ you have recd a free offer-200 min pm local calls to reliance mobile ,100 sms/day. Validity 5 mths. Reliance” after it my Rs 299 plan stopped working & company began to charge 50p / min for calling on other network. I complaint 4 times on 198 to stop this free offer and asked to give back my 299 plan.

They told me that it is impossible to give back the plan because I recharged this offer but reality is that I didn’t recharge after 299.
WHY COMPANY IS TELLING A LIE? WHY THEY MADE A FRAUD. I WANT BACK MY PLAN OR MONEY
