Hi Reliance flocks,

Even after repeated complaints on connectivity issue, it stays.
I have taken the 4Mbps plan of monthly rental 1143.
Since May I have logged a lot of complaints for the same issue and nothing is resolved.
1) I do not see any refunds on no connectivity days & even charged for late payment even though there is no connectivity.
April month late payment was promised to be reversed but still not reversed.
2) If the issue is something which you cannot resolve. I can peacefully switch to other providers.
Below are complaint details logged for this month. Since morning there is no connectivity!!

I was assured the issue will not happen again and now connection is gone more than 24hrs.
I did not recieve any detail on usage for June 2016 & May 2016.

Hi Reliance team,

I have raised multiple complaints since April 2016 on speed and connectivity issues and it continues.
Its hard for me to call up customercare on a daily basis to get the connection active.
and more over for May 5+ days net was not working and June 10+ days and now for july 5+ days
I had requested for detail report for May and June which i didin get yet.
Below are the complaint details which i raised when im in town. There is not point to pay 1150 per month
And complaints get closed without the issue being resolved/notification.
