With respectfully i beg to state that, i have purchased double door fridge which tax invoice no [protected], model no rt28r3723s8/ hl dated on 06/06/19 from reliance retail limited store g. I. P. Mall noida with cash paid rs. 2500 and rest amount will paid with 2500/month emi by bank account.
When i was buying fridge that time reliance store staff told me of fridge compressor (Gas) warranty 10 years but if within one year fridge compressor (Gas) end then your fridge will change and new fridge will deliver against your fridge.
At first time scratches fridge was delivered. When i complained to reliance store staff, he told me i shall change. After some day’s fridge that had send by reliance retail limited which box was open, damage and bind with rope both side. When our mrs asked him how box is open and fridge brought with bind rope. Delivery boy told our mrs that i do not know this only fridge has given for delivery from reliance store.
When i came from office, our mrs told me who delivery boy said. When i went to reliance retail limited store discuss with reliance store staff this entire situation, he told me you be relaxed i am present for all time create for any problem. I shall solve all problems.
Our fridge was not cooling 09 days. I have complained service centre dated on 20/04/2020 which request no is [protected]. Engineer told me that due to covad-19 all place is lock down, when relief from lock down then i shall visit.
After some days engineer came for checking fridge dated on 09/05/2020 from company. He checked fridge and told that gas (Compressor) end. When i asked him that gas (Compressor) guarantee is 10 years, how gas (Compressor) end within 09 month. Then he told me you complain to reliance retail limited store for replacing fridge.
I want to told that at first when fridge had delivered. He delivered old fridge because that fridge found many scratches.
When i complain for this scratches, then he changed fridge but this fridge also old, box is open, damage and fridge brought with bind rope both side at that time, when our mrs. Asked to delivery boy he said that i did not know, reliance retail limited store this only fridge has given for delivery.
I want to say that such a big reliance retail limited store was delivered this type of scratches fridge to customer and when i complained for this, then again he had send old fridge, whose compressor (End) soon.
I have mailed to reliance retail limited store for compressor (Gas) end. Reliance store staff told me, i get the gas filling done. Just after that when i informed them that my product is under warranty, and then there response suddenly changed. At that moment i understood that this won’t be easy for me and that is what happened.
But i want to say that why do i get gas filled. When i was buying, he told me fridge will exchange due to problem of compressor (Gas) end last one year.
From above it is very much clear that intentionally they people don't want to attend my complain reason being the product under warranty.
In this hot summer it is almost impossible to live without fridge. Our food and many item are damage due to without cooling.
This is the way they people cheating the customers, firstly forcing them to buy and then provide this type of disgusting service.
Lastly if they do not want to attend the complain to exchange of our fridge within 2 to 4 days then refund our money and.
The consumer act should impose a fine in such large store for harassing the customer, so that in future, other customers should not go through this phase.
Reliance Industries customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by Santosh989 I got a call today from Samsung company, whose name was Samya Khan, Mob: [protected]. and Email Id: samiya.[protected]@partner.samsung.com she was speaking from Samsung to fill gas in the Refrigerator and she was saying that four months warranty will be extended. I talked to her that you will write to us on the letter head of Samsung that any problem create in compressor within four months, you will replace fridge, Then she did not respond. You replace our fridge or return our money.
