Where as in reference to above, after installation we have found the product defective and some problem occurred in the indoor unit of one unit and then subsequently second indoor unit also occurred some defect. We contacted the whirlpool and after two to three weeks of follow ups they intimated that some parts needs to be replaced. But they failed to do any action and told us that the reliance will do the replacement.

So we started following reliance and for the last four week, we are being given false assurance of replacement. One mr. Ashish arora ([protected]) is being followed up and he has assurred us the replacement by 28.05.2019. But till today nothing has happened.

Such an un professionalism is not expected from a company like whirl pool / reliance.

We are big interior company and has lost confidence bcoz o[censored]nprofessional attitude of both company.

I am holding 160 equity shares in relaince industries limited in the name of kusum ramani. The company informed abt the process for issue of duplicate share certificates but in the f. I. R the police havent given the diary number. For this issue i have mailed the company that will this impact the issue of dupli while other documents are as required including indemnity and affidavits. No replies from them yet.
Also i wanted to ask them that would duplicates be in demat format.

The company has responded to my previous complaint and provided with procedure for issue of duplicate but they are not replying regarding its issue in demat or physical format. Moreover they have said abt lodging of fir along with other things like indemnity surety etc which are done but police did not give me general dairy number on f.i.r but they have sealed and signed it. Will non provision of dairy number impact the entire process of issue of duplicate shares.
Moreover many of my past dividends remain unpaid.

My company registered with reliance since january 2018 and we are purchase pp & ppcp granuals regularly. Every time we ordered a material it takes minimum 15 to 20 days to delivered. On 29 april 2019 we give the order but we not recieved material yet. So, we cant get satisfaction from your side. 15 to 20 days its to much days for small scale industries and our cycle is disturbed.
So, we are requesting you to please do somthing for costomer satisfaction.

I have lost the reliance industries share certificate under the folio number[protected] containing 160 equity shares. I have informed about this loss to the company on 16 apr 2019 through mail. The shares are registered in my old name kusum ramani while after marriage i have changed it to kusum vardhani in all my documents including pan passport etc.
The last dividend was submitted by me in my sbi bank ac number [protected].br...

I borrow samsung fridge and reliance retail limited take 899rs extra from me to told that we give you one year more warranty.. But i dont want that one year more warranty which give the relaince retail ltd. And i told that you give me return that money.. But reliance not give me return that money. They gave me two bill of one bill total amount 17189rs at the time of purchase and the second final orignal bill come with delivery of amount of 16290rs. I dont have that warranty but reliance give that warranty forcefully and take extra money which not by the samsung company. It is from reliance company & i told give the money back or reduce that money but they not give and reduce they are take extra money of 899rs on the name of warranty.. That is option which depend on the consumer or customer that he want to buy or not that warranty period. Please help me and give that money back. I try to upload the bill but in mb. It take 2mb photo that why i cant upload that bill. And i have both orignal bill.

With despair it is inform that the subject item was scheduled to deliver on 29.04.19 against full payment but still date no action did not taken from firm. Arranging to deliver immediately otherwise refund full payment with interest. Once again, communication have been stopped from firm. Like a reputated concern su h type of deal not expected. I have purchased Panasonic AC dated 28 April 2019 from Reliance Retail Ashima Mall Bhopal ( M.P.) . Since last 2 days, I am waiting for technicians for installation.. I am getting calls every day verifying the address and by late evening they report their unavailability... This is to bring in your notice that I have purchased a Reconnect 1.5 Tone split AC on dated 15/05/2017. Now i am facing no cooling issue in this product so i called to customer care number(i.e., [protected]) on 05/04/2019 of Reliance because reconnect is product of Reliance company. But they are not giving the service, all time they are saying your request is in process and our timing is 72 hours working days. But its more than 72 hours from 05/04/2019 and i am getting any response and service. No engineer visit happened till now. I am in trouble please help me and suggest.
