I am holding 160 equity shares in relaince industries limited which have been lost under the name of kusum ramani. The company has responded to my previous complaint and provided with procedure for issue of duplicate but they are not replying regarding its issue in demat or physical format. Moreover they have said abt lodging of fir along with other things like indemnity surety etc which are done but police did not give me general dairy number on f.i.r but they have sealed and signed it. Will non provision of dairy number impact the entire process of issue of duplicate shares.
Moreover many of my past dividends remain unpaid.

My company registered with reliance since january 2018 and we are purchase pp & ppcp granuals regularly. Every time we ordered a material it takes minimum 15 to 20 days to delivered. On 29 april 2019 we give the order but we not recieved material yet. So, we cant get satisfaction from your side. 15 to 20 days its to much days for small scale industries and our cycle is disturbed.
So, we are requesting you to please do somthing for costomer satisfaction.

I borrow samsung fridge and reliance retail limited take 899rs extra from me to told that we give you one year more warranty.. But i dont want that one year more warranty which give the relaince retail ltd. And i told that you give me return that money.. But reliance not give me return that money. They gave me two bill of one bill total amount 17189rs at the time of purchase and the second final orignal bill come with delivery of amount of 16290rs. I dont have that warranty but reliance give that warranty forcefully and take extra money which not by the samsung company. It is from reliance company & i told give the money back or reduce that money but they not give and reduce they are take extra money of 899rs on the name of warranty.. That is option which depend on the consumer or customer that he want to buy or not that warranty period. Please help me and give that money back. I try to upload the bill but in mb. It take 2mb photo that why i cant upload that bill. And i have both orignal bill.

With despair it is inform that the subject item was scheduled to deliver on 29.04.19 against full payment but still date no action did not taken from firm. Arranging to deliver immediately otherwise refund full payment with interest. Once again, communication have been stopped from firm. Like a reputated concern su h type of deal not expected. I have purchased Panasonic AC dated 28 April 2019 from Reliance Retail Ashima Mall Bhopal ( M.P.) . Since last 2 days, I am waiting for technicians for installation.. I am getting calls every day verifying the address and by late evening they report their unavailability... At Reliance store I was told that the installation will take only a day .. you purchase today and it will get installed by tomorrow... But no luck so far.. is this is the kind of service we get from Reliance .. ?????

This is to bring in your notice that I have purchased a Reconnect 1.5 Tone split AC on dated 15/05/2017. Now i am facing no cooling issue in this product so i called to customer care number(i.e., [protected]) on 05/04/2019 of Reliance because reconnect is product of Reliance company. But they are not giving the service, all time they are saying your request is in process and our timing is 72 hours working days. But its more than 72 hours from 05/04/2019 and i am getting any response and service. No engineer visit happened till now. I am in trouble please help me and suggest.

I have purchase washing machine from reliance retail limited, Now the machine is not working. I have made many complaints to reliance customer care but there were no response i have received yet. After lodging a complaint reliance customer not even bother to call or message me even they are not giving complaint no to me. while purchasing the machine they have given me extended service warranty card and they charged me too.. Is this a response from one of the leading retail outlet.

I want someone to accept my companits for repairing it asap, or else i will go to consumer forum. SUCH A POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE OF RELIANCE RETAIL LIMITED.

I am a regular customer with reliance smart for reliance smart store, ansal plaza greater noida with store code 6708.

Since last 1 month there are only 2-3 billing counters that are opened and when we complain this to the manager there they pay no attention to it and starts fighting with the customers.
There are long queues (About 15-20 people) in the main working hours and only 2-3 operational billing counters.
The security personnel is also not ready to listen. On paper they make 12 billing counters working but on site just 2-3 are opened for public.

The manager there, specially mr rakesh rai, started fighting with me only when i reported this issue to him
Request you to please pay proper attention to the operations of the store 6708.

P. S. The store is also filthy with mice running here and there in food grains

Hi, we are pinetree venture capitalists private limited and we purchased a refrigerator whirlpool 350l 3s if 375 elt alpha steel on 03/12/2018 from your reliance retail store located in phoenix marketcity kurla west and it got delivered on 05/12/2018. Just after 15 days its cooling got reduced and in next 5 days it was not cooling at all. We did complaint for the same a lot of time at reliance store but still no response. We got a number of mr. Deepak of whirlpool (Contact number: [protected]) and whenever we called no proper response from him either.

I would like to inform and would like to bring in your notice that my 45 shares against (Reliance Industries) - folio number[protected] has been lost on 01/10/18 so i contacted Karvy for reissue of duplicate certificate against lost one
Karvy sent the procedure of issue of duplicate share certificate.
As per procedure i prepared all the documents which includes
1 FIR of lost certificate from nearby police station
2 Indemnity bond on Rs 500 stamp paper as per given instructions,
3 Affidavit on Rs 100 stamp paper

I bought sharp led tv 32inch from reliance digital visakhapatnam branch and i paid 250rs money for installation but till now tv is not installed. They told that tv will be installed with in 24 hours, but 1 week over till now i nobody came to install my tv. This is so embarrassing..
