My name is s. Venkatesulu on 21-nov - 2009 i was joined as a jr. Customer service attendant in reliance mart, sreenivasa nagar, anantapur, andhra pradesh with offer letter ref : hr/nov/09/k1/50931018/50217272/[protected] dt: 21-nov-2009. My employee number is 60059434. Later i was transferred to nellore reliance mart on[protected]. I was worked in nellore reliance mart for a few months and resigned to this job in november month...

I have purchase washing machine from reliance retail limited, Now the machine is not working. I have made many complaints to reliance customer care but there were no response i have received yet. After lodging a complaint reliance customer not even bother to call or message me even they are not giving complaint no to me. while purchasing the machine they have given me extended service warranty card and they charged me too.. Is this a response from one of the leading retail outlet.

I want someone to accept my companits for repairing it asap, or else i will go to consumer forum. SUCH A POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE OF RELIANCE RETAIL LIMITED.

My regustered Mobile no & E mail id is not existing now. I have requested them to change it, Even it is not yet change, No response from reliance customer care at all. Waste service..

Sir,

I had triple option convertible debentures of reliance petroleum limited issued during 1997.
Rpl was merged with reliance limited.

During 1998, the option was given by the rpl to convert the tradeable warrant to equity shares of reliance industries. Now i want either to convert my 200 warrants into equity shares of reliance limited or redeem my tradeable warrants issued by rpl.

I am a regular customer with reliance smart for reliance smart store, ansal plaza greater noida with store code 6708.

Since last 1 month there are only 2-3 billing counters that are opened and when we complain this to the manager there they pay no attention to it and starts fighting with the customers.
There are long queues (About 15-20 people) in the main working hours and only 2-3 operational billing counters.
The security personnel is also not ready to listen. On paper they make 12 billing counters working but on site just 2-3 are opened for public.

The manager there, specially mr rakesh rai, started fighting with me only when i reported this issue to him
Request you to please pay proper attention to the operations of the store 6708.

P. S. The store is also filthy with mice running here and there in food grains

Hi, we are pinetree venture capitalists private limited and we purchased a refrigerator whirlpool 350l 3s if 375 elt alpha steel on 03/12/2018 from your reliance retail store located in phoenix marketcity kurla west and it got delivered on 05/12/2018. Just after 15 days its cooling got reduced and in next 5 days it was not cooling at all. We did complaint for the same a lot of time at reliance store but still no response. We got a number of mr. Deepak of whirlpool (Contact number: [protected]) and whenever we called no proper response from him either.

I would like to inform and would like to bring in your notice that my 45 shares against (Reliance Industries) - folio number[protected] has been lost on 01/10/18 so i contacted Karvy for reissue of duplicate certificate against lost one
Karvy sent the procedure of issue of duplicate share certificate.
As per procedure i prepared all the documents which includes
1 FIR of lost certificate from nearby police station
2 Indemnity bond on Rs 500 stamp paper as per given instructions,
3 Affidavit on Rs 100 stamp paper
4 Demand draft of Rs 650 in favour of Karvy computorshares PVT LIMITED payable at Hyderabad
Above all the documents sent through Speed post having consignment No EG[protected]IN

but sorry to says that Karvy office of Hydrabad (Reliance Unit) says that it has not been delivered to their office and they asked for PDF copy of all this documents which are also provided them to hydrabad Karvy office.
I am writing again and again to them through mail but they are not responding at all.
In communication they have just ask my folio no which has also been
provided to them
i would like to intervene your office to issue of duplicate share certificate

I bought sharp led tv 32inch from reliance digital visakhapatnam branch and i paid 250rs money for installation but till now tv is not installed. They told that tv will be installed with in 24 hours, but 1 week over till now i nobody came to install my tv. This is so embarrassing.. In college placements, only those students are selected whose reference & political connections are good. And many talented students are rejected in interview. & many students are selected who provided fake information during campus placement process.
There is also some partialities in campus selection.in my college students from jamnagar got rejection by the recruiter.
Only 2 students from jamnagar got selected because of political connections. So please review on that..

Respected sir, i billa siva kumar, s/o nageswara rao, i have allotted nine shares in reliance capital ventures limited, reliance natural resources limited, reliance energy ventures limited, reliance industries limited. When go to demat., them in india info line limited they sent back that due to signature mismatch. I sent again with bank manager's authorisation. Again i sent with notary but still the problem is not cleared. Please do favour.

Hello mr/ms manager

I hereby wish to bring to your notice that i have being using appel laptop and suddenly the screen went blank, it wasn’t turning onn even though i charged it. So i had send the laptop for check to the above addressed store on 12/12/18

They checked and on 13 th dec they reported their is a hardware problem { touch pad and key pad} both have been damaged!!! They quoted 30, 000/-rs for that.

I was shocked to hear that, we complete family are appel found we use apple mobile my father, brother, mother and me. Myself and my brother use appel laptop. I am an engineer, mba (Cardif[censored]niversity united kingdom) and llb i know how the appel products are and i understand if software gets corrupt but hardware?? When thr was no such thing done that can damage laptop. So i withdrew the laptop and showed it to other centre and all i had to do is formate and reload all the software. Now the laptop is working perfectly fine no issues at all.

I have a question i took a sensible decision and got the laptop checked elsewhere what if i had not checked and trusted on the store people? This is a fraud and breach of trust from your reliance store. We being customers have right to consumer court aswell, but i trust and look forward that you will look in this matter seriously.

Hopefully you will look in this matter and let me know what action you will take against the store.

I am using jio only from relaince product.

I asked jio customer care also, they said ask to bank.

Then i asked bank customer care, they said to ask relaince retail.

I am not bought any product from emi.

Kindly find the attachment of my account transaction.
